The holiday you have always dreamed of. Let yourself be captivated by the beauty that has fascinated visitors from all over the world for generations.

The Apartment Alghero Blu, located in a small building close to the centre of Alghero, facing the sea, is situated on the first floor and has an internal living area of 110 m² with a large furnished veranda overlooking the sea.

The neighbourhood is characterised by peace and quiet.

The house is fully air-conditioned.

The flat is located near the centre of Alghero near the Lungomare Valencia, close to the centre, with access to the beach (on a cliff) below the house. The Calabona beach is about 10 minutes' walk from the house.
Close to the flat there is a bathing establishment (Il Riservato), with sunbeds and deckchairs, open from morning until late at night, so you can enjoy the sea, aperitifs and nightlife, all right next door.

Its main advantage is that it is close to the centre of Alghero, so you do not need a car to go out at night. The flat is located in an elegant and well-serviced area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity that can be enjoyed without a car.

The house consists of two large bedrooms and a large living room, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a kitchen tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking, a large living room with sea view and a large terrace overlooking the gulf where you can eat and have breakfast with family or friends, admiring the summer sunsets.

The location of this flat is enchanting, situated as it is near the sea and a short distance from the historic centre of Alghero.

Great location for exploring Alghero

Lovely spacious appartment. Local beach bus stops just around the corner which brings you to all beaches right up to Neptune Grotto. Lovely rock pools for swimming at end of the road and fabulous seafront walk into the old town, 20 mins walk, with beautiful sunsets.

Wohnung und Alghero sind ein Erlebnis

Wohnung ist top. Terrasse und Ausblick sehr schön. Der Vermieter hatte viele Lebensmittel, Tee und Kaffee für uns beschafft. Verbesserungsoption: eine Markise oder Rollo an oder zur Terrasse, da es sehr sonnig und warm wird.

Ein tolles Objekt, vor allem die Terrasse und mit dem Blick.

Das einzige was man bemängeln kann, ist die Parkplatzsituation. Trotz das das Haus eine eigene Garage hat, darf man dort nicht parken und muss auf der Straße parken und jeden Abend einen der wenigen Parkplätze erkämpfen. Ansonsten war alles top!

Sehr schön Wohnung

Sehr schöne neuwertige Wohnung mit einen atemberaubenden Blick über Stadt und Meer. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt und das Einchecken waren einfach und unproblematisch. Natürlich muss ich als über 190 großer Mensch vor allem im Bad wegen der Schräge auf meinen Kopf achten, das war aber kein Problem. Besonderheit, trotz hoher Temperaturen haben wir keine Klimaanlage nutzen müssen. Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung ist extrem gut gedämmt und nachts ist es eh so um die 20 Grad. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Hunde im Umfeld schlafen wohl schlecht und bellen mitunter stundenlang. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

tolle Wohnung

Lage ist perfekt. Mit dem Rad waren wir in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt. Auch zum Strand benötigt man nicht länger. Alghero selber ist wunderschön und hier und in der Umgebung kann leicht eine Woche verbracht werden. Die Wohnung hat alles was benötigt wird und sollte doch was fehlen kann der Vermieter kontaktiert werden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super. Auch reagieren sie schnell auf Fragen oder Bitten. Insgesamt alles top.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Mädelsurlaub in Alghero verracht. Das Appartment ist sehr gepfelgt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Einweisung von Giann und Luca war sehr nett und ausführlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Very nice and outstanding Apartment, with a very fantastic view. Walking distance to the old town of Alghero is about 20 minutes. Supermarket and other Shops are near by the flat. No privat parking, but in the street parking spaces are available. The Appartement is very spacious and bright. The only things we missed, was sun protection on the terrasse.

Die Beschreibung hält, was sie verspricht. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Alghero verbracht. Die Dachwohnung im siebten Stock wird von den letzten Sonnenstrahlen erreicht und lässt einen traumhafte Sunsets erleben.

Top Penthouse in zentraler Lage mit Super Aussicht

Neuwertiges modern eingerichtetes Penthouse mit einem super Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Alghero. Einrichtung in weiß, sauber, geräumig mit einer großen möblierten Dachterrasse. Top für 2 Personen, auch möglich für 4 Personen. Das Penthouse ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Lift geht direkt ins Appartment und aus dem Haus selbst hört man nichts. Was uns besonders überrascht hat, war die Komplettausstattung im Kühlschrank für Frühstück, Erstausstattung Getränke und Obst sowie die Badausstattung mit Seife und Gebrauchsutensilien. Fussläufig 10 Minuten ist man am Strand, wobei wir es bevorzugt haben, ein Stück mit dem Auto weiter raus zu fahren. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt perfekt. Wir werden das Penthouse weiter empfehlen und würden es erneut buchen. Eine kleine Anregung : ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wäre super - man findet auch mit ein paarmal um den Block fahren einen Parkplatz an der Straße, Abends ist es etwas schwieriger. Grazie an die sympathischen Besitzer Gianni e Luca.

Wonderful apartment and charming hosts

Our first vacation at Sardinia - and this in such a beautiful apartment. Incredible view over the roofs of Alghero and towards Capo Caccia - best enjoyed at sunset and with a glass of Vermentino! Since many years we book our vacation apartments through HomeAway but such a welcoming - warmly, charming and hospitable - we did never experience before! At apartment handover with espresso at the roof terrace, fruits at the table and the fridge filled with the necessary stuff to start vacation ... Thanks dear Luca and dear Ganni for the wonderful time here ...

Gute Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Badestellen sind ganz in der Nähe. An vielen Stellen im Ort kann man Fahrräder leihen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu wunderbaren Stränden zu radeln. Auch zum Wandern ist die Lage perfekt.

Perfect apartment!

We have just returned from our weeks stay in this stunnng penthouse apartment. Everything was just perfect! The location was great, close to the beach and a 20 min walk into Alghero itself. We had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was lovely to sit out there as there was a nice breeze being so high up. Booking the apartment was straightforward and all communication was quick and informative. Luca was there to greet us on arrival with a smile and showed us around the apartment. We had a couple of small issues in the first couple of days but they were dealt with quickly and we really appreciate that we were not made to feel as though we were a nuisance so thanks for that! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alghero and would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Maria and Luca!

Fantastica settimana ad Alghero

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana in Sardegna dall'1 all'8 luglio in questo meraviglioso attico con vista sul golfo di Alghero: lo spettacolo dei tramonti dalla terrazza e' stato impagabile. Appartamento molto luminoso, moderno e dotato di ben tre condizionatori, necessari per affrontare il caldo estivo della Sardegna!!! Posizione strategica, vicino al centro storico di Alghero, raggiungibile anche a piedi con una bella passeggiata di una ventina di minuti sul lungomare. Grazie a Luca e a suo fratello Gianni per la loro gentilezza e disponibilita'!!! Claudio & Massimo
