Great location

We love San Jose del Cabo! The location of this property is perfect for walking to local restaurants or easily catching an Uber. We will definitely be back to stay at Las Mananitas.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is well equipped, had comfortable beds and properly working AC. Views from the condo was amazing. It was great to wake up to ocean view. Overall, it everything we needed. We will certainly consider staying here again!

Peaceful and convenient

Pristine condo and grounds
 beautiful balcony view, saw many whales while sipping morning coffee! Super quiet and relaxing vacation. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants or surfing 10 minute walk down the beach. Quick Uber ride into downtown San Jose.

Quiet and beautiful ocean front condo.

All what you can expect for a condo on the beach plus very close to town of San Jose. You can walk or Uber to go in and out the town. Walk to groceries.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was located close to everything, including two excellent grocery stores! It was very well decorated, the beds were super comfortable and the balcony was amazing. We were able to sit on the balcony most of the day!

Las Mananitas Amazing

Second time at the complex and stayed in different unit than last time. Area is perfect for low key family vacation. Both two bedrooms we have been at are amazing in building three. Host was easy to communicate with. Will return if possible next year!!

This is an outstanding condo with an amazing view of the sea of Cortez. The condo is very clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. Our host Leila was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this rental

Beautiful Unit on the 3rd floor. Large well furnished unit and balcony. Excellent amenities including pools, hot tub, gym. Will be coming back.

Clean, Well Provisioned and Great Location

Clean, well provisioned and a great location with many restaurants to walk to for meals. Not only is this property close to grocery stores, it is QUIET and has security. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and the beds are super comfy with upscale linens. The unit has a large balcony with a great view of the beaches and the pool area. There are two BBQ's available and the grounds are well taken care of - we were traveling with my 88 year old mother and all of us were impressed with the condo and loved our stay! Hope to be back soon!

Perfect spot

This condo was clean and the deco was up to date. It felt like home. The location is the perfect spot . Close to beach, great for wave watching. Lots of great eateries within walking distance. Groceries and coffee nearby. We love staying in this complex, Las Mananitas! The security staff and the grounds maintenance is of high quality. We loved our time here. Hope to be back next year.

Good value for the price

The view from this property is amazing location is perfect. close to grocery and restaurants. Condo was very clean. The only suggestion that I have is that it could use some new towel and sheets.

Nice apartment on the beach and centrally located to everything in San Jose. It's on the third floor with lovely views along the beach. Very nice and would recommend.

Great location and beautiful property.

We had a great time at Las Mañanitas. The landscaping and pools are very nice. The condo is great. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and some restaurants. The security guards were very nice and helpful. The only issue was the road noise.

Perfection

We loved the location! The condo was beautiful and everything we were looking for. Sun, surf, Lateral Tacos and pickleball. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was a much needed vacation and we could not be happier. Hope to make this a regular thing.

Great condo. Great location. Wonderful grounds and pools. Only minor critique would be the sofa covers are stained/dirty. Adding grocery bags for trips to Le Comer would be a nice touch. Again it’s very nice. Thanks for sharing.

Comfortable condo, beautiful view

Easy communication and check in. Great view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and perfect location for us. Quieter complex with great amenities and friendly owners/guests which was perfect for us. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery store which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo and Value

My wife and I really enjoyed the condo. We’ve stayed at many LM condos and this is one of the best- especially the value. Very clean, well appointed and equipped. Really enjoyed the nice furniture on the terrace. More property owners should invest in that. Leila was very accommodating, helpful and responsive

Amazing Place- We will be back!

Wonderful! The apartment was spacious and clean. I stayed for 5 days with my 3 cousins and had plenty of room. We came to Cabo for a family wedding and had the best time enjoying the beautiful pools and beach, and even the fitness center. A lot of my family also stayed in the same complex. We loved drinking coffee on the terrace and watching the ocean. You can also see the beautiful sunsets from there. Walking distance to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. It was pretty quiet in May when we were there and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We are already talking about our next trip back. It was great
