Den yttre: Casa Salvaje är en villa med två våningar. Den blå kaklade swimmingpoolen med uteplats och däckområde ligger vid havets sida av fastigheten. Karibien kommer att vara din bakgrund när du hänger vid poolen och njuter av din eftermiddag Margaritas. Skugga palapas, strandstolar, kajaker, gasgrill och andra utemöbler finns så att du kan njuta av stranden! En stor terrass på andra våningen är perfekt för att titta över bukten och njuta av utsikten!

ALLMÄN LAYOUT: Huvudnivån innehåller ett fullt modernt kök med frukostbar, matplats med plats för tio och ett stort vardagsrum som är bekvämt inredda och utrustade med satellit-TV. Från huvudnivån är en vacker utsikt över stranden med tillstånd av glidande glasdörrar som leder till poolen och soldäck.

Två av Casa Salvajes sovrum ligger på första våningen. En är möblerad med en queen size-säng och ett med king size-säng och båda är luftkonditionerade. De två sovrummen har skjutdörrar som leder till poolen, däckområdet och privata badrum.

På andra våningen finns den stora luftkonditionerade master sviten med privat badrum och king size-säng. Befälhavaren svit har vacker havsutsikt och en ocean sida terrass. Det fjärde sovrummet ligger också på andra våningen. Detta stora sovrum har utsikt över trädgården, är möblerad med två queen size-sängar som är åtskilda av en liten skiljevägg. Det fjärde sovrummet är också luftkonditionerat och har ett privat badrum.

GUEST HOUSES: Pensionen öppnar till trädgårdssidan av fastigheten. En är en studio-enhet på lägre nivå med en queen size-säng och en enkelsäng. De andra 2 pensionat ligger på övervåningen, alla med en king size-säng. Tre extra casitas ger gott om plats för högst 17 gäster, vilket gör Casa Salvaje till ett idealiskt val för familjefester och stora grupper av vänner som reser tillsammans.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great location for beach and esp golf which is right across street at PGA Riveriera Maya. Pricey but beautiful course. Hard though. One item of note that I had not seen in earlier reviews is, there is no dishwasher. It's doable, but just good to know in case that's a dealbreaker for you. They gave plenty of supplies to do dishes and the cleaners helped with that every day, but we felt with 13 people we should do our own dishesThey clean the pool every day which is awesome o get sand out and clean all rooms. Very nice and we were happy to tip them at end. Eating at La Buena Vida a quick drive down road was highly recommended! We had a great time. We also did a boat trip per our entire group for a morning that they helped us coordinate and they did an amazing job.the boat was called endless summer and the stag and chef were outstanding. We had free drinks and fajitas for lunch. Perfect for kids and adults. Also included a snorkel activity. We will be back!

Perfect Spot for our 3 Generation Beach Stay

We didn’t want to leave. Something for all of us. Plenty of room for the eleven of us aged 3yrs to 74 yrs. The swimming pool was a big hit, as was the private entry to the gorgeous beach and snorkeling (rays,squid,turtles,fish). The well stocked kitchen with two refrigerators made for easy breakfast/coffee. The daily housekeeping and groundskeeper kept the house immaculate. Plenty of baths, outdoor shower, safe parking, cozy family spot for games,puzzles,dining. We were able to pull up NFL games. We were amazed at how quiet and secluded the beach area felt. Our group went to local cenotes,took the Playa ferry to Cozumel , drove to Coba. Able to experience some of the quieter activities we remember from 50 years ago.Short drive to Akumal for restaurants.In a pinch, walk to bikini bar for drinks and snacks.

Escape 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Framily (close friends & family) decided to be out of the country for the 4th of July due to a catastrophic event in 2023. We are a large group of 15. This was the perfect place for us. The 7 bedrooms and bathrooms gave each family a place to retreat to when needed for naps, etc. The commons area easily handled all of us together for meals, board games, movies, etc. The view is breathtaking!!! The water is so clear and beautiful most days! On storm days it was a little darker but still beautiful.With another crazy experience for this 4th of July, Hurricane Beryl was barreling down on us, the host made sure we were up to date on our options and helped us through the whole process.Our flights were canceled due to the hurricane and we were allowed to stay until the airport reopened and we could fly home.We watched the turtles lay eggs at night, swam with the turtles, visited the turtle sanctuary, and watched the baby turtles make a mad dash to the sea just as the hurricane began coming into our location. It was an amazing experience!We visited the Mayan ruins of Coba-Ha. The guide we had was a wealth of information—such a cool thing to get to see.Unfortunately, we could not visit Xel-Ha due to the hurricane or the Cenotes. We will be back to experience these amazing sites.Margarite (Spelling?) lived in an apartment at the front of the property and was amazing at helping us obtain food, crank the generator, etc. She is such a sweet lady. Things went off the rails but with all the nice people helping, the staff, the electric company, Margarite, etc. our visit was amazing despite Mother Nature's Hurricane Beryl.We highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property. We plan to be back soon and this may become a frequent place to visit.

We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper were provided. Please tip them well because they do a great job. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach. A cool beach bar is just down from the house. We snorkeled right off of our beach. Just a reminder there is only AC in the bedrooms. However we were all very comfortable.

Highly Recommend Casa Salvaje

The pool and beach are so stunning and perfect to entertain a family. Access to sea kayaks is a bonus! The care takers, Betty & Arullio, are so kind and keep the property spotless. We highly recommend booking a chef through Jorge, the property manager too. We will be back next year!

Anniversary Celebration

The gardener and the housekeeper were great; did a excellent job of keeping the grounds and house clean without causing any disruption. Can not comment on the management company as we had no interaction with them. Be aware that coming down the stairs from the bedrooms located on the second floor can be tricky for older people as handrail does not extend all the way to the top of the stairs. The house was in a great location for restaurants and other sights including seeing loggerhead turtles that come upon the beach at night to lay eggs, which was amazing. Highly recommend the house, we had a fantastic time.

Family Vacation

Our stay was perfect! House and grounds were beautiful. We went in the “sea weed” season but it was not a problem at all! Air conditioning was great in the bedrooms. House keeper and gardener were fantastic. The area was beautiful and we felt safe. We rented cars and had one group picked up from the airport without any problems. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Our FAV Annual Family Trip

It's perfect for several families with kids when you add on the garden suites. Betty, the housekeeper, and Aurelio, the gardner, are the kindest people and we look forward to see them annually. It truly is a hidden gem!Also, Jorge, the house manager is quick to respond and fix any issues. This year we had a little problem with water pressure and they fixed it asap. We can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 11 (9 adults 2 children) had a wonderful time on the property. David held our hand throughout the booking process. The chef was amazing. Betty made sure the inside was thoroughly cleaned daily. The groundsman (sorry I forgot his name) made sure the pool and outside of the property was cleaned. Then our “security” guy always met us at the entrance. There was enough space for everyone to gather and also have privacy. We were literally right on the beach. Everyone loved it. The road leading to the property is super dark bumpy so be careful coming in. They property provides bottled water in all the bathrooms since we cannot drink the water. Betty offered to wash clothes. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. You definitely need a rental car to get around. There is a cute beach bar about 2-3 doors down. Everything was perfect for our week long stay. Thank you.

Beautiful home with a pool right on the beach. Who could ask for more?

Our family of 11 enjoyed the Christmas week at this Akumal beach house. Initially it was a little hard to find, as we arrived after dark. Then we drove down a quarter mile rutted dirt road that led towards the beach and to the house. But the remote location gave us quiet and solitude. We had the beach to ourselves, except for occasional beach walkers passing by, and snorkelers swimming in the water. The location was fantastic. The house had four bedrooms, two down and two up, each with their own bathrooms, and three of them with views of the pool and beach. The rest of our family stayed in the three bedrooms of the casita, each with Its own bathroom. We were quite comfortable. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were ample and comfortable for our family, and having Bette arrive each day to housekeep for us was wonderful. There were plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. The only thing lacking was a table outside large enough for all of us to dine, but as it was December and dark early, we did not miss it. We had a great time and highly recommend Casa Salvaje.

Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this beautiful house right on the beach! What a great place to be with family. The house was perfect for our large group, and we spent many hours swimming, sitting by the pool and on the beach. Having the Beached Bikini Bar just down the beach was perfect for easy meals. The property managers were incredible in helping us plan excursions, transportation, and catered meals. Betty and Aurelio kept the place in tip-top shape and super clean every day. The location is pretty isolated, so you’ll be needing taxis. My recommendation is to agree on a price with the taxi driver prior to the ride, and pay separately for each leg. They’ll charge you for waiting in between rides if you aren’t careful! Otherwise everything was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this house!

great location

The property was in a great location... It was turtle nesting season and we saw many turtles nesting as well as babies being released, very exciting. The beach is right there, the sand leading right up to the steps to the house. The water was shallow enough, as well as calm enough for the younger guests to enjoy. The maid and the grounds man were very efficient and unintrusive and quite helpful with helping to figure out transportation as well as local places to visit. Overall an epic trip and a wonderful time.

Amazing Place!

We had absolutely the best time staying at this property. It was perfect for a larger group- we ended up using the main house and three rooms in the guest house (very close). Everything was exactly as pictured and maintained so well by the groundskeeper as well as the housekeeper- both were incredibly kind and even helped us when we wanted to arrange a chef to come to the house. The kitchen wasn't the biggest but it was made better by having two refrigerators. It was amazing to have a house right on the beach with a pool; we spent so much time lounging on the beach and walked to the local beach bar many times. It literally was a private beach! We felt safe and secure. We also really appreciated the guidebook with local recommendations and tips. It was a very quick drive to the local town but a bit farther to a supermarket. Overall, an amazing property. Highly recommend.
