Fantastisk villa med utsikt över Malagabukten och Sierra de Mijas mycket nära allt 1 km från Lauro golfbana, cirka 20 minuter från stranden, 20 minuter från flygplatsen och 25 minuter från Malagas huvudstad.
Huset har 240 m2 på två våningar, 3 sovrum på övervåningen med ett stort badrum med dusch och badtunna och en utomhusterrass, på bottenvåningen finns det 1 sovrum, en toalett, ett stort vardagsrum och fullt kök, plus en stor veranda med utsikt över den stora uppvärmda poolen (kontrollera priset på poolens luftkonditionering med ägaren)
Tomt på 5 000 m2 bestående av mer än 1 000 m2 fritidsområde med uppvärmd pool med solstolar, grill, lekplats för barn med gungor, basketkorg, bordtennis, biljard, hängmatta osv ... Gratis Wifi . The perfect place for recreation and activities for all ages.

We were three families in the house. The children were 7, 12, 14, 16 and 17. We all enjoyed the facilities and the outdoor activities. It was easy with instructions to come to the house by car. The friendly and helpful hosts met us and showed us around when we arrived. Also gave us information about activities and best shopping. The pool was clean and spacious. This time of the year (April 14-25) we recommend heated pool that we used also the couple of days the weather was cooler. Fresh eggs for breakfast every morning from the hens in the garden! A playground and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. We have nothing to complain about.Highly recommend this house!!!

Superb place for a big family.

We had lovely days in the house. It is spacious and very well equipped. The pool is absolutely perfect for families, stairs in one end for the youngest and oldest. Lot’s of fun for the children. The owners are really, really nice and helpful.

En härlig vecka på ett mysigt boende

Vi hade en jättebra vecka i detta fina hus med många aktiviteter för barnen . Varje dag hämtade vi färska ägg. Det blev många timmar i den stora poolen. Värdparet var väldigt omtänksamma och löste ”problem” direkt. Vi var ett sällskap från 6 år till 73 år och alla var nöjda.

Perfekt bostad för vår resa

Vi firade födelsedag med hela familjen, 5 barn o 7 vuxna. Ett perfekt hus för aktiviteter och umgänge samt härligt poolområde med utekök. Barnen gillade sporthörnan med biljard, pingis o basket mm. Härligt med hönsen som gav oss ägg varje morgon. Mycket trevligt bemötande av värdparet före och under vistelsen. Vi rekommenderar detta hus och skulle gärna komma hit igen. We recently stayed at Villa Vereda del Palmar for 10 days, myself and my husband and our 3 young children, it was amazing, the hosts were really lovely people, extremely helpful with providing any information about the local area we needed. We had no problems or issues but we are sure they would have resolved anything for us in an instant. The Villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted. The outside area was brilliant, a really good size pool with a really fun slide and diving board that our children absolutely loved!! The pool table, ping-pong, and a basketball hoop were a big hit with us all, our two boys loved collecting the eggs each morning from the resident chickens, we highly recommend this villa to anybody looking in this area, can't fault it.

We have just spent one week as a family of 7 at this amazing villa.It exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were nothing short of incredible. We didn’t have a hire car so they called taxis for us wherever and whenever we wanted to go somewhere which was so helpful. We ate out twice at evening time, one area to the left and another area to the right of the villa and loved both areas . I would recommend trying pub Bolin and the meat restaurant 2 doors down was beautiful. The house was spotless, the pool was beautiful, the grounds were out of this world. Figs, olives and lemons from the trees and can’t forget all the eggs from the chickens ! My little boy loved collecting them each day. Lots of pool floaties and lots of family games to play. The rooms were all of a great size and all had TVs. Lots of pots and pans and lovely bbq area. Sunrise at 7.30am on the top of the terrace were outstanding . Really didn’t want to leave and would love to return next year. Thank you Marcicarmen

This property is absolutely incredible. Quiet location, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need on site.The attention to detail from the hosts was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and welcoming.The house is absolutely beautiful and the view of the mountains is stunning! The pool and outside area are gorgeous with so much to do for all ages.Plenty of parking and the shops/beaches only a little drive away.Check in and out process is really easy.I really can't say enough about this property. It's even better than the photos. I would not hesitate to come back again!

Great Family home

Check in was very easy, we met the owners at the house and was explained everything. Fantastic nice size pool and facilities ideal for families. Even fresh figs off the trees and eggs from the chickens!

We had a fantastic two-week vacation at the villa with my partner and our three children. The villa exceeded our expectations — it included all the listed amenities and even some pleasant surprises, like a TV in every room and a karaoke set in the living room. Everything was spotless, and the pool was regularly cleaned every 3 to 4 days.The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips for exploring the Malaga area. The location of the villa is ideal for day trips — within an hour’s drive, we visited Marbella, Nerja, Torremolinos beach, Mijas, and of course, Malaga itself.There are also two great restaurants just a minute's drive away, and a supermarket conveniently located about five minutes from the villa.Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing and fun family getaway!

Faultless. Loved it so much.

We had a wonderful week. The villa was amazing, and so much to do. The swimming pool, with inflatables, karaoke, table tennis, football game, basket ball, a pool table and the list goes on. Very clean and well eqipped, tv in all the bedrooms. It realĺy is the perfect villa. The chickens are so adorable, and the fresh eggs were delicious, far too many for us to eat. Our hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was the best it could be. Thank you both so much. We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful house for a great vacation

Our party was 2 families with kids and we had great time in this beautiful house. Maricarmen and Miguel were so welcoming and friendly hosts. The house was perfectly equipped, with all kitchen appliances, and barbacue equipment. The pool was nicely heated and clean. Everything was perfect and would definitely come back.

Un séjour détente, et culturel

Nous étions en famille de 8 adultes et 1 enfant. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux : la maison est très grande, elle est très très bien équipée. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. On a passé notre temps dans la piscine chauffée à 28,5 par les panneaux solaires, et se détendre en jouant au billards et ping-pong. Le jardin pleins d’oliviers est très grand, l’emplacement est calme et idéal pour visiter l’Andalousie.

True gem of Andalusia

Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had an incredible time at this holiday villa. The view was absolutely outstanding, the heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were truly marvelous—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Great holiday!

We spent a fantastic week here. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. House is very well equipped, heated pool allows you to use it anytime. Property is situated in a calm area but very close to Malaga. Highly reccomended! I'm sure we will be coming back at some point!

October Break

Invited some family and friends to join us for the October break. Our hosts were fantastic as was the Villa. The pool is large and easily accommodated the 12 guests. We paid a bit extra to have the pool heated and it makes a difference that time of the year. We had a fantastic holiday so thanks again. Junior, Andrea and Friends.

Casa perfecta para un reencuentro de amigos

La casa fue perfecta para nuestro encuentro entre amigos. Totalmente equipada con excelente piscina, juegos diversos, aire y tele en todos los cuartos. Hasta la cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Y muy limpia. Nada que decir. Además, tuvimos muy buena comunicación con los dueños y han hecho lo máximo para acomodarnos. La casa se encuentra a 30mn del centro de Malaga así que mejor con coche. Pero también los Ubers llegan ahí sin problema. Cuenten unos 15 mn de espera en general y 23-28€ hacia el centro muy recomendada!

Excellent sejour

Séjour en famille, villa spacieuse très bien équipée. Très belle et grande piscine. Cuisine extérieure avec plancha. Figues et citrons verts à volonté, un délice ! Des œufs frais tous les jours. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles tout en restant discrets. De très bonnes vacances à refaire !

Marvellous Malaga

We loved our two weeks in Malaga in Villa Vereda del Palmar. The villa was just fabulous and perfect for our family needs, very comfortable with lots of character. Miquel and Mariecarmen were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for me. Really hope we will be able to return soon

Great Family Week - Chilling

This is a fantastic Villa for groups or families and has everything you could need, plenty of space, great facilities, chickens that lay 5-9 eggs each day for breakfast, fruit trees in the gardens, a great pool and lovely BBQ, the wifi was good, the villa was spotless and the hosts Miguel and Maricarmen were on hand if you needed anything, there were 5 of us, family with Grandma, parents and 2 teen boys, the boys loved the pool and the fast wifi. Thanks Maricarmen and Miguel and see you again soon.

14 night stay

We made contact with the owner days before we went and arrange a meeting time for arrival. The owners where more than helpful nothing was a problem for them. The owners came back and forwards to attend to the chickens and top the chemicals up in the pool when they where over they would give recommendations on where to visit witch was helpful. The house and garden was clean and tidy and well equipped. I would recommend hiring a car for traveling and shoping. One of our guests had a wheelchair and the ground level bedroom shower and toilet was a blessing and worked well. We will definitely be back. Kris & Agnes.

A taste of everything good

On arrival the owners insisted on meeting us even though it was the early hours of the morning and this personal touch continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If we wanted information about local amenities or friendly advice they were always available. The villa was exceptionally well maintained. The poolside was beautifully kept with enough chairs, beds floatables for my grandchildren to use. We were a family of 9 ranging from the ages of 4 -80 and each and every one of us found our time in the villa most enjoyable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and preferred spending our time at the villa which was a home from home than going out. Thankyou
