Situated in the village of Ravello, the most beautiful one in the Amalfi Coast, this villa is placed directly in heaven! This little yet enchanting town is worldwide known for its beauty that comes naturally, just like its love of art and music. For centuries, the harmony made of stately villas and cliff edge gardens have been attracting the world’s greatest artists to the tiny town overlooking the bay of Maiori: musicians, actors, painters and the greatest writers. It is also known for the Ravello Festival, which stakes place every year in the summer. Ravello enjoys great prestige thank to its central position, in the very heart of the Coast and for its ability to find a wise compromise between ancient and modern.
Near the luxurious area of Caruso Hotel, the villa allows entry through a lovely little gate which takes the guest directly to the upper floor, in a nice living room that leads to the entrances of the four double bedrooms: two double bedrooms, on the left side, which share a bathroom equipped with shower, while the other two are on the right side, sharing a common bathroom with tub. From the upper floor, a beautiful and characteristic stair-case takes to the big open space, positioning itself at the center of this and allowing the hall to be imaginarily divided in two: on the right side of the open space there is the access to the lounges, while on the left, the guest will find a nice dining room, which is directly connected to the beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with all the comfort, plus a storeroom and a useful guest bathroom. Furthermore, the big hall on the lower floor turns out to be surrounded by three stone arches that lead outdoors. The whole villa is characterized by the attention to details and for its warm colors, reminiscent of the delicious French parlors: the fine furniture together with the search for a classic style, are the ones that make this structure a real jewel!

Ravello Wedding

We brought our three adult daughters and their significant others to a family wedding in Ravello for the weekend. The villa was incredible and looked exactly as the pictures described. The patio area was wonderful and we had dinner out there on two different nights.The only thing that would have been more helpful is to know that Ravello generic is a private area and so even though we rented cars, and there was a parking area with a shuttle, no vehicles without a pass to drive around in Ravello. So we thought we were gonna be able to drive our 80-year-old parents to the wedding property in Revello and we were not so they had to walk in the heat and up many many stairs. This is not the fault of this VRBO. This property did not have stairs leading up to it. It was just all of the stairs within the small city. The other thing to note is that in Ravello the water shuts off at 1 AM and does not come back on until the morning. So if you get in late at night, you will not be able to take a shower.The host representative Novella was wonderful! Early in the evening of our first night the air-conditioning went out and she came and even had an electrician come out to find out what was wrong. I would still recommend going to Ravello and this Villa is in a great location. Just be aware of the restrictions within this beautiful little city at the top of the hill.

Timeless Beauty

Great location! The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We absolutely loved the oversized terrace especially at night when it’s a bit cooler. Our host Daniela was very responsive to our requests and very courteous! A little update would be nice especially since few pieces of furniture were falling apart, but it was just fine for our week stay for a family wedding. Most importantly my small dog was allowed to stay with us.

4 nights in Ravelo

The property was in a fantastic location. But unfortunaly that was the only thing about the stay that was fantastic. We had problems with commuications at check in which might have just been we were unfamilar with our phones in Italy. Luigi upon arrival was good on check on and informed us of the trash schedule and that there would be a 100 Euro fine if not followed. We did our part with sorting and putting the trash out on schedule but was not picked up by town on Friday and Saturaday. So Luigi attempted to inforce the 100 euro fine so I ended up taking the trash with me along with my luggage. The trash was a major inconvenience during our stay. As far as rest of property the interior furniture was very old, broken and uncomfortable. Big hole in sofa and several chairs legs were broken upon arrival. We had a problem with the stove and Luigi was non-responsive to it until check out. So with all of the negatives and only one positive aspect to this property I would not stay here again.

We plan to return.

There can be no better way to stay in Amalfi Coast than be in a luxurious villa on the magnificent town of Ravello. Beautifully appointed with amazing furnishings, this is a taste of the coast that most people don't experience. Rooms were wide and clean, beds very comfy and we sleep well at night. The kitchen was well equipped even if we did not use it that much. We could not have been more pleased with how we were treated and all the comfort of home away from home. The Agency and its whole staff could not have been more accommodating.

good food made our holiday unforgettable

Spacious villa, complete with all appliances, a little bit vintage in the stylish, located near the centre and perfect for families and friends. The lady who welcomed us is friendly and helpful – she gave us all the info. Rooms were luminous and quietly, perfect for relaxation.
