Villan ligger i den vackra byn Blonay i ett lugnt bostadsområde. Redan på höjden erbjuder denna plats en panoramautsikt medan den förblir mycket nära sjön, Vevey och Montreux. Platsen är idealisk för familjer och naturälskare.

Framför huset (nedanför) ger en stor privat parkeringsplats dig möjlighet att parkera flera stora bilar eller minibussar

Tillgång till huset är via en stig som är helt åtskild från huvudhuset. En stor ansträngning gjordes under designen för att behålla den privata sidan för de två bostäderna. (Separat parkering och tillträde, terrass på varje sida av byggnaden, husets sexkantiga form, avancerad konstruktion med en dubbel festvägg, etc.)

Vardagsrummet, matsalen och det moderna köket utgör ett stort rum att möta. Utrymmet är mycket ljust med stora fönster med en vacker utsikt över sjön och bergen samt direkt tillgång till terrassen,

Köket är modernt och fullt utrustat för att ta emot stora grupper.

Vid ingången hittar vi också gott om förvaring, en toalett, en trappa som leder till en källare med en tvättstuga utrustad för gäster.

På övervåningen finns 3 stora sovrum och två stora badrum. Möjligheten att organisera vissa extra sängar annorlunda

På sommaren:
Utomhusområdena är mycket trevliga med den stora terrassen
Möjlighet att gå på promenader runt huset eller med det lilla tåget vid Pleiades
Möjlighet att begära en gas-BBC för grillning
Regionen erbjuder otaliga möjligheter (ballad, sjö osv.)
Passivhuset förblir tempererat även i varmt väder

På vintern:
Snö finns då och då i trädgården beroende på säsong eftersom huset ligger vid regn / snögränsen. Tillgångsvägen och alltid rensade, enkla snödäck räcker. Nära huset (300 m) låter ett litet tågstopp gå upp till Pleiades, en liten familjeby, 15 minuter med bil kommer du också till Les Paccots station eller på 30 minuter med bil till de stora skidorterna ( solens dörrar / Diableret / villar / etc)
Passivhuset (med Minergie P-etiketten) är mycket bekvämt med golvvärme på båda nivåerna

Great location with incredible view of lake Geneva and mountains close to railway station with easy connection to Lausanne and montreyx beautiful 1 hour walk down to lake House modern and gorgeous layout wonderful terasse and access. Beautiful Modern Home in Blonay - Highly Recommended

My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume. We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay along with the organized instructions and recommendations during our visit. The home was beautiful and modern as described. It comfortably fit our family of 4 and our 2 friends traveling with us. The views were stunning with many enjoyable sights including Old Town Montreux, the Chillon Castle, and the Lavaux Vineyards. This VRBO is highly recommended, not only due to the beautiful and convenient location, but also because the hospitality and communication from the hosts. Excellent vacation spot!

A perfect home from home

Blonay is a peaceful location within easy reach of the beautiful Vevey and was a good base to us to explore the region. We had a great time and found Montreux holiday home provided everything that we needed.

Beautiful Swiss Home

Fantastic home overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. Loved the space, the location, the kitchen, the pool, and everything. Hiking the mountains in the morning followed by time in the pool was my favorite during our stay.

Beautiful, modern home.

This home in Blonay is modern, brand new and well appointed. Highly recommend only staying here if you have transportation. It is high up and not within walking distance of the main downtown. Lovely view of the lake. Nice walk through the houses and lanes. Owner very nice and readily accessible.

Serene and beautiful!

This beautiful home is new, superbly clean, and sleek for a stay in the blonay area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there while we traveled through Switzerland by rail. We were able to walk to the rail station each morning, downhill about a mile through the nice town. In the evenings it was late enough (and uphill) to take an uber from vevey, which was easy. The home is in great new condition and was spacious and open. Enjoyed use of laundry machines and the beautiful views of lake Leman. The owners were incredibly accommodating and gracious. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and showers were very nice. Kitchen well furnished. All was wonderfully clean, which is one of the most important items. I would recommend this house to anyone who would like to have a clean space to relax in while in the Blonay/Lausanne area.

Amazing stay in a quaint village - Montreux/ Blonay

This amazing chalet on top of a hill in Blonay is directly from the Swiss fairy tales - it is everything we search in a summer home in this beautiful country. Guillaume and Emma are such good hosts - Always available to help you. Ensure that you are aware of the fact that this place needs a car to reach . Relying on just public transportation means be ready for a hike. Also, if you are a bigger group- ensure that you bring along your soap, hairwash, shampoo etc. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. We had young kids and we really enjoyed the pool and the trampoline at the house. One last thing - This place does not have air conditioning - It is a very normal thing in Switzerland as they are a country that is moving towards zero emissions very soon . So in summer - it can get a bit too hot - The house has features that allow it to be cool - with window treatments etc. Just ensure that your expectations are in check when you land in summer. Overall -we had a lovely time- nestled among the mountains - Close to all the lovely cities/ villages in the area and even close to France.

Newer House with Great View and Everything You Need

We really enjoyed staying at this amazing property. The view from the bedrooms was beautiful. Lots of space to spread out. This house really had everything we needed. A short walk to the Tusinge rail stop. We didn't have a car and it would have been a bit easier to get around with one. A short drive to all that Vevey and Montreux have to offer! The host was a great communicator and very responsive!

Wonderful place to explore the Lake Geneva region

Great home base for our family with two young children. Enjoyed the toys, outdoor space, and of course the pool. Would recommend to those looking for a place situated between Vevey and Montreux with access to the mountains as well.

Perfect villa with great view on Lake Geneva

The villa is brand new and well equiped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, actually everything is very spacious. Nice livingroom and great kitchen. We had a lovely holiday week at this villa. The small town of Blonay offers a supermarket and some small shops and restaurants. Within 15 minutes driving you are in Vevey or Montreux where you can do a lot of sightseeings (musea, castle, boattrips). The views from the villa are great, there is a large outside area. The only thing to keep in mind is that the road just in front of the house can be noisy, there was more traffic than we had expected. The owners live next door (the villa is semi-detached), and they respect your privacy.

Fabulous house

We have just enjoyed a week's stay in this wonderful house in Blonay. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious and has everything you could possibly want or need to make it a perfect holiday base. Guillaume the owner was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. You definitely need a car staying here but the local area is lovely and it is very well located for getting on to the A9 or A12 to explore further afield. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing

My first time to the Lausanne area and this was a perfect spot to rest. The views are some of the best in Europe and the region is amazing to explore. The house was modern and had everything we needed. We had 7 people and more then enough room for us all.

Fantastic modern house close to Montreux

We, as a party of 5 adults, recently rented this house in Blonay, as a base for a short break, and we were certainly not disappointed. The property is exactly as described, being very spacious, nicely decorated and was spotlessly clean for our arrival. The villa is also very well equipped, in respect of equipment for cooking, cleaning, resting and entertainment (the TV system provides a wide selection of channels and the WiFi is extremely fast and reliable). The location is excellent, for a whole host of reasons; Stunning views of the lake and mountains, close to the local supermarkets, easy access to the motorway (for touring), very close to Montreux (if you don’t want to travel far afield) and easily accessible, regardless of which direction you are arriving from. The trip from the airport to the villa is also very straight forward and only takes around 70 minutes by car. The last, but certainly not least, of the things to recommend this place are the hosts and owners, Guillaume and Emma. They are both very friendly and incredibly helpful if you need any advice or suggestions regarding any aspect of your visit and, since they live next door, they are very easy to contact. We can find nothing to fault this beautiful villa and have no hesitation in recommending it. If you are considering this property, but still aren’t sure about taking the plunge and making the booking, our advice would be just stop hesitating and do it. You won’t regret it for a moment.
