Located in Villafranca , charming village in the center of the island . From the house you can walk to the town center and . for example, to the church square . In the village there is a small supermarket and some bars . Restaurants can be reached within minutes. Villafranca enjoy the serenity of the Mediterranean. It is a lovely little town .
The ground floor consists of main entrance , lounge , kitchen and dining room. In one of the bedroom leads to patio and pool . Upstairs are two bedrooms , one with en suite, and another bathroom .
The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes .
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x190, with AC
- Bedroom 2: Double bed 150x190, with fan
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x190, with fan
The house is equipped with Internet WI - FI and satellite TV . At the rear of the house is a large covered terrace with barbecue and patio pool 8 x 4 meters away . In the living room there's no Air Conditioning, but there's a fan.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
