Vacker lägenhet med 3 sovrum precis framför marinan och de bästa stränderna. 3 stora takbassänger.
Byggnaden är en första linje strandbyggnad mitt i centrum av Marbella.

Detta kan vara de bästa positionerna för hela kusten - både centrum och stranden! Vackra "Gamla stan Marbella" och fantastiska shopping bara 4-5 minuters promenad bort.

Gå till Puerto Banus längs marmorpasen utanför vår dörr. Lyxigt spa- och välbefinnandecenter med gym (yoga, träningskurser etc.) ögonblick bort liksom fiske, segling, båtturer och ny 8-skärmskino. Många golfbanor. Stor stormarknad är 5 minuter bort, liten vänlig stormarknad 1 minut!

Balkongen är ett perfekt ställe att sitta, titta på hamnen och gå till Paseo Maritimo / Board, medan du smutar på en sval drink!

The location of the property was very good. I though the unit was small and the building was outdated and not kept up. Overall it was still a great spot to stay.

Great location

The location provided easy access to restaurants, groceries, bars, entertainment, etc. Everything was within walking distance. We had some initial difficulties hooking up with Jessica. Some instructions on how to use the HVAC would have helped. Having the WIFI password typed out would have also helped. One of the bathrooms had a foul odor and there were tiny fruit flies in the kitchen. We could not access the patio because the door would not open. Eventually, a friendly maintenance man came to fix it. Weirdest design I have ever seen. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

ALTOGETHER POSITIVE - GLOBALEMENT POSITIF

Let's start with positive points. This apartment is very well located and nicely furnished. The parking lot under the building is very convenient. Good general state, nice and comfortable bedding, warming system efficient, nice bathroom and shower. Photos showing the apartment matching with reality but the first one (view of the beach) wich has probably be taken from an other flat. The apartment is nice, clean, furnished with rather new furniture (IKEA of course, normal for a swedish home). Negative points : there are some. The surface of the flat is far from 110 m². I assess it around 60-70 m², inlcuding the terrasse (around 5 m²). In the same way, there are 2 bedrooms, not 3 (a corner in the living room can't be counted as a room. It can be used up to 4 people. More will cram you. I did'nt look for the second bathroom but I did'nt see it. Be careful to the final price. There is a non optional final cleaning charge, indicated only, on my french site, at the very end of the equipment's list. By the way, the site did not offer an english version, only french or german !? (site's problem ?). Curtains were hanging loose in front of the main bay window and could be mended easily. The bay window opening system needs precautions. It's not the responsability of the owner but of the system itself. The cutlery was not clean and we had to wash wath we needed (already noticed by a former guest). Last point : I got troubles to reach the apartment because of roadworks and multiple wrong ways. Jessica's manager, Alina, has been waiting for me and was angry, in a hurry, and then, moderately and reluctantly helpfull. To finish, I noticed the negative points for next guests to be informed. But altogether, this apartment can be rented as soon as you know what you get. Don't forget the positive points, more important than the negative ones. Have a nice stay.

Drohung mit unbegründetem Rauswurf, falsche Angaben zur Wohnung=Betrug

Die Wohnung war anders als beschrieben, kleinerbeglichen wurde, wie erfolgt Rückerstattung? Bitte lassen Sie uns die AGB zukommen, die Regeln, dass wir das Geld von der Vermieterin zurück bekommen. Ihre Hotline hat uns das anders erklärt. Davon abgesehen, möchten wir verstehen, wer in der Beweispflicht ist, dass wir gegen Hausregeln verstoßen haben sollen. Die Nachbarn und den Security Service befragt: keiner hat eine Ruhestörung wahrgenommen. Wir wurden aus der Wohnung geworfen und FeWo hatte versprochen, Alternativen anzubieten. Das ist ebenfalls nicht geschehen. Die Vermieterin hatte uns tagsüber angerufen, als wir unterwegs waren und den Anruf nicht annehmen konnten. Am frühen Abend hatte sie uns erreicht. Bitte schicken Sie uns zudem den Kontakt Ihrer Abteilung Kundenbeschwerden. Wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht.

Beachfront Marbella by! Topp renovert med Seaview balkong

Topp renovert er vel en smule overdrevet leil har kun to soverom sengene er gode, godt internett 300 mbs, balkong er liten ja du kan se sjøen men vi ser rett på barene ved havnen, leilighet er meget sentralt plassert men det har fordeler og bakdeler. Det er ett høyt støynivå fra barene disco og tekno musikk start 2100 slutter sjelden før 0300 hver dag så dårlig med god nattesøvn i 5 uker. Basseng på tak var bra men basseng i 2 eta mellom bygningene kan ikke brukes av folk ,Marbellas fugler (måker) har inntatt det rundt hele basseng er fullt med fugleavføring blir heller vedlikeholdt burde hvert stengt av helsemyndighetene. Reagerer på at det ikke er ventilasjon eller utlufte mulighet fra wc eller bad/dusj alt må via dør stue og til balkong. Løse mosaikk fliser på gulv i dusj vert fikk beskjed men hørte ikke noe mer, avløpslange vask på toalett er løs og lekker, vannkran til kjøkkenvask er helt løs, støtte stag dusjvegg er løs. Vi valgte ikke denne leilighet men ble flytte hit då vår leid leilighet skulle selges

Een mooi appartement op een super locatie!

Het appartement is modern ingericht en ligt direct aan de boulevard van Marbella omringd door alle restaurants en winkeltjes. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien airconditioning en de bedden hebben uitstekende matrassen. Aanrader is om gebruik te maken van de betaalde garage aangezien de parkeerplaatsen in het hoogseizoen moeilijk te vinden zijn. Er is een zwembad op het dakterras met een schitterend uitzicht over het strand en de haven en een groot zwembad op de begane grond. Steek je de weg over dan heb je keuze uit 2 stranden met eventueel standbedjes. Verder was het contact met Jessica heel professioneel en prettig.

Superbra läge för allt

Jättebra läge vid strandpromenaden i Marbella stad. Restauranger, barer och butiker inklusive matbutiker finns utanför dörren, stranden nås med några steg och med en kort promenad á ca 10 minuter når man Gamla Stan. Lägenheten är rymlig, ren och modern, har all utrustning man behöver under en semestervistelse och balkongen är mycket trevlig med utsikt över hamnen. Om man inte vill sträcka ut sig på stranden har lägenhetskomplexet även tre stora pooler. Värdarna var mycket professionella och hjälpsamma. Jag lämnar mina varmaste rekommendationer till andra semesterfirare.

Lovely, BUT essential promised element missing - consistent internet

This home had many of the elements we were looking for when making a decision where to stay in Marbella, including a perfect location, view of the ocean and meeting all online expectations except one crucial one, which was the complete lack of consistent internet service, which proved to be an ongoing issue over our 17 day stay despite some efforts on part of owners to resolve But, resolve it they did not, which left us almost every day and night unable to have internet access to check our email and to make calls on What’s App to family and friends in the US. We had to scramble to find alternative locations with internet access and truly missed sitting back in our apartment and being able to do the myriad of activities online. While not their fault, clearly there is an issue that is not easily solved as situation is beyond their ability to address. Not recommended if you expect to have internet during your stay.

Perfekt läge!

En lägenhet helt enligt beskrivning med enda avvikelsen att den har två sovrum och inte tre. Detta är dock inget problem för lägenheten är i övrigt exakt som beskriven och fint underhållen. Fint kök och bra balkong, hela familjen på 4st bodde alldeles utmärkt. Värden Jessica mycket bra och kommunikationen funkade super. Allt sköttes perfekt och vi återkommer mer än gärna till någon av de lägenheter Jessica har!

Perfect location and Great apartment

The location was amazing, right on the beach front with views onto the harbour. Perfect for all shops, restaurants and bars and only 10 minutes stroll to the old town. 2 minutes walk to the harbour beach with plenty of space and sheltered swimming area. Apartment is fresh, modern and spacious with all amenities required. We would stay again.

Beautiful apartment

Family of 5 (9,9,14) What an absolutely beautiful apartment, with the most perfect location ☀️ We were greeted by Jessica upon arrival who is so lovely and very very helpful. The apartment was very clean, plenty of space, nice bottle of bubbly in the fridge, plenty of towels and everything you would need in the kitchen is provided. My husband, myself and my girls really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Marbella

The apartment was totally equipped for self catering, there was ample space for 3 people. This is a great base to explore old town Marbella. The beach is on your door step and plenty of places to eat and drink. The supermarkets are dotted around the apartment if you want to cook. Lovely place and great location. I'll definitely return here.

Not for children!!

This property is advertised as 3 bed - it’s definitely not . It’s only a 2 bed apartment . Pool area is not suitable for children either. They get shouted at by the security guards for splashing !! Check in was terrible - as we had arrived at 8pm there was no one there to greet us and we found it difficult to get the key from the reception area . There was absolutely nothing left in the apartment for our arrival - no milk, water or anything. The water was off when we arrived with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes ! There was no information left in the apartment about the surrounding area - u have to work it out for yourself ! The owner had changed the dates of our booking with home away until December 2019 even though we were there in August for some reason which meant I couldn’t get the address of the property as it’s only displayed 3 months prior to arrival !! Don’t know why she would have done that ?? Cleaning charge not clear at time of booking - This was collected in cash on day 2 of our arrival . It was supposed to have been collected on day 1 and we waited in ! Balcony is small so don’t expect to be able to dine outside . It’s in a great location but not impressed with how we were dealt with . It’s an apartment for a couple or 2 small children but definitely not suitable for a family of 5 with teenagers ! Transfers were also more expensive than what was quoted but we had no choice but to pay it. We were told that it’s high season and that’s just how it is . How can someone quite a price and then go back on it? Too much hassle with this apartment - won’t b back

Absolutely fantastic!

I stayed at Jessica’s flat with my daughter and parents for a week over the April school holidays. It was without a doubt one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Perfect location, right on the beach, great restaurants and bars on the doorstep and old town 5 mins walk away. The place itself was also fantastic. Very spacious, modern and clean with great amenities. Very comfortable! Jessica was also a great host. She went over and above to ensure I had a great stay and communicated well from the moment I booked. She was the hostess with the mostest! Overall, great stay, location, and very reasonably priced considering everything.

Excellent location and very well equipped

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It came with plenty of equipment, bedding, towels etc and was spacious and clean. Jessica was extremely helpful with any enquiries we had and arranged good transfers to and from the airport. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay in this apartment will have a great time. We will definitely be using it again for our next holiday.

Great location, nice and modern apt

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was superb, on-site parking a great plus. The apartment was nice and modern, perfect for our group, a couple and a single lady. The one improvement we would wish for would be better cooking pans, pots and utensils. Also there were no wine glasses. Otherwise a very nice experience and we hope to visit again.

Nice modern apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is bright and modern in a seafront block right next to the beach. There are many shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The kitchen is well equipped making it easy to cook inside. The car park below the property is very handy.
