Denna fantastiska ombyggda (nyligen) extra stora ett sovrum TWO bad villa (1300 kvadratmeter) ligger i Kapalua Bay Villa premiär havet komplex. Denna villa, (större än alla villaer i en villa med ett sovrum i orten) ligger vid havet och kommer att ge kräsna gäster ett lyxigt inrett modernt reträtt med alla de bästa bekvämligheterna (kronformning, mahognydörrar, slabgranit, kalksten, regndusch etc.). Hela villan designer inredning accentueras av originalkonstverk från ägarna privata samling. Många fönster oceanfront ge fantastiska vyer. Man kan titta på valar och kitesurfare från gourmet köket eller som du njuta av ditt morgonkaffe medan sitter i matsalen, sol, vardagsrum eller ute på Lanai. De varma havet bris och milda passadvindarna gör för en alltid bekvämt besök.

The villa is exactly as pictured, very clean and nicely updated unit. Wonderful views and quiet area. Carol was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again.

the condo was amazing!!!

The trip was amazing.... incredible views, nicely appointed unit, comfortable furnishings and surprisingly generous with staple goods (toilet paper/paper towels/laundry soap, etc which is sooooo not always the case). The kitchen appliances were seriously high quality, in fact, I loved the fridge so much I put it on my Christmas wishlist.... lol. honestly, the trip was awesome. the condo is in an awesome location with plenty of convenient parking. 2 small draw backs that were entirely my own issues.... 1) we loved the view so much that we left the blinds up at all times which meant that people could look into the condo as they walked by.... we figured they would only look once or go blind, lol. the 2nd was that a family with young kids were in the upstairs unit. Well, either young kids or 12 dogs that ran constantly. There doesn't seem to be a lot of sound proofing between floors but truthfully, the running was all we ever heard, never voices or TV or anything else. Again,our own issue and nothing that would deter us from renting again. Notes: its on the ocean so be prepared for dampness. 1) Buy Individual bags of chips rather than one big bag. Might cost more but at least you'll get to enjoy them all. 2) If you can, bring small amounts of your favorite spices. there's salt and pepper and some other minimal spices there, but it's damp and they don't last long and who knows how old they are? 3)

A perfect location

Our stay at this villa was perfection. Everything we might have needed was provided and the proximity to the crashing surf below us provided us with an amazing view. The location is adjacent to The Montage resort where excellent restaurants were available if we wanted. I would stay there again in a minute.

WORTH...EVERY...PENNY!

Fabulous week in paradise! The oceanfront condo did not disappoint! Breathtaking panoramic views of crystal blue waves crashing against the cliffs. The unit is beautifully decorated and was well appointed with everything we needed. Now we just have to plan to return in the winter to see the whales! Carol was extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay. Exceptional property with an absolutely breathtaking waterfront view. Carol was very communicative and responsive and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our stay. Luxury villa with all the amenities. Definitely recommend. 5 stars all day long.

Beautiful villa and amazing host!

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in June. Everything was perfect. The finishes and furniture were designer level, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed plus more! The view is amazing and the location is an easy walk to 2 major hotels on a beautiful trail. What really distinguishes this experience were the hosts. They were so welcoming and responsive to our every need. I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to return.

Great Anniversary celebration

We chose this property because of the location and proximity to other places we wanted to visit. The condo has every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ever imagine. It was absolutely perfect! Carol was very accommodating for all our requests. She made restaurant suggestions that were all spot on perfect. Living in this condo is nothing short of paradise!!!

Beautiful location and villa

The Villas at Kapalua are nestled along the northwest shores of Maui. The views from this villa are spectacular. The place was clean and very well appointed. The price was fair and we would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Excellent Anniversary Destination

We stayed at this unit for our 30th wedding anniversary and from the pre booking question and information gathering to the arrival, Carol was an amazing host. This home was absolutely worth every penny. It’s features and location were unmatched. . My only recommendation for an improved stay would be to utilize black out shades to improve the cooling of the main living space. Beyond that, we would DEFINITELY recommend this to family and friends.

Fantastic location and property! We watched the whales every day we were there and could not have asked for a more private setting with picturesque scenery. Also, Carol ensured we arrived without a hitch and was very helpful right to the very last day. Thank you!

In a word, paradise

The unit is spectacular. No other way to describe. Sparking clean, gorgeous views of the ocean, crashing waves on rocks, Molokai out of the picture window. Convenient to multiple lovely beaches, walking paths, restaurants, markets, resorts. Unit is a roomy one bedroom, stocked for every vacation convenience and luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and everything works well. The owner is wonderful, we had only a couple very minor issues on arrival, and they were taken care of immediately. She’s beyond helpful. Could not recommend a West Maui rental beyond this one.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui. Our home was lovely and surpassed our expectations. We would definitely return in the future given the opportunity to make this trip again. Loved the setting and the views from the sunroom. Spectacular home overlooking the ocean.

The views are spectacular and will take your breath away. This one bedroom level villa is larger than ALL one bedroom level villas in the Bay Villas. We are not overlooking the pool so it's much quieter in our villa. Location makes a difference!
