Nyligen renoverade moderna och lyxiga lägenheter med gratis WiFi. Rymligt öppen planlösning Vardagsrum och fullt utrustat kök med fransk dörr som leder till privat terrassområde med utsikt över trädgården där du kan koppla av över frukosten eller titta på solnedgången med ett glas vin. Utanför vardagsrummet i lägenhet 2 är ett sovrum av bra storlek konfigurerat som king size-dubbel. Det finns mer än adekvat garderobsutrymme och lådor och det finns ett lyxigt badrum med duschrum. Alla färska handdukar och sängkläder levereras tillsammans med schampo, duschgel etc. Vardagsrummet innehåller en bäddsoffa som är idealisk för barn. Observera att detta är en 3/4 storlek dubbel och är inte lämplig för två vuxna. Köket är fullt utrustat med ugn och spis, kyl / frys, tvättmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare etc. Det finns platt-TV och DVD i varje rum. Det finns också ett stort separat gemensamt vardagsrum där gästerna kan lära känna varandra koppla av och logga in på WiFi eller titta på 3D-filmer på storskärms-TV, eller spela tangentbordet eller ett urval gitarrer om de så önskar.
Lägenheten har full centralvärme och är lämplig för både sommar och vinter ockupation. Varje lägenhet har sin egen egen ingång. Bilagan är knuten till ägarnas hus och Leslie förmedlar gärna sin lokala kunskap och ger råd om de bästa platserna att besöka och lokala restauranger etc. Leslie tar också gärna med sig gäster på dagsturer och guidade turer i det omgivande området. Vi erbjuder också gratis transfer till och från den lokala flygplatsen och buss- och tågstationer.

A very comfortable home from home

Fab place in Nairn

Lovely apartment in Nairn, short walk to the centre of town and close to the sea. Good facilities within the apartment, with an en suite double bed and a sofa bed in living area. Access to outside seating area. You also have access to a large sitting room. Ideal central location for visiting the moray firth.

Not quite satisfied

We believe we were given the wrong apartment. 8 months before arrival we requested twin share, upon arrival given Queen which didnt suit us, two single ladies. Also Wi-Fi NOT available from our apartment, nor the deck as advertised in fine print. Other than these issues Leslie was quite helpful.

Grosszügiges Appartement mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Host, Leslie, füllt sogar den Kühlschrank für das erste Frühstück auf! Ein äusserst sympathischer Gastgeber, dem das Wohl der Gäste wichtig ist.

Older (ish) couple stayed for ten nights and we had everything we needed (inc good weather) Walked to beech early every morning and town center is even closer . Property exactly as described.. was very roomy.. no problems at all. Got good enough 4g on my phone to run netflix. All we can say is highly recommended - Tony & Julie

I am 77 years of age and after a varied career in Legal / Banking and among other things, owning and running a Photography and Design Studio, Upholstery Factory and Catering Establishments I am now using all my life experiences running The Annex Apartments in Nairn. Most of my guests come from abroad and in the last year I have played host to people from USA, Canada, Singapore, Finland, Germany, France, Spain, Australia and Slovakia. I treat my guests as I would like to be treated myself. I like to think of my guests as my friends and go that extra mile to make them welcome and make their stay with me memorable. I am a native Scot born in Aberdeen and have travelled to most parts of the country. I use my local knowledge to prepare and plan itinerary's and routes for my guests so they get the maximum benefit of the spectacular scenery that Scotland has to offer and judging from the reviews I get, I think the guests appreciate this. I also get a lot of satisfaction knowing that I have made my guests happy.

The Annex at Nairn is ideally situated as a base to explore The Scottish Highlands. Enjoy "The Outlander Experience" as Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns and Cawdor Castle are all a 10 minute drive away. Within a 40 minute drive is Loch Ness, Aviemore and the ski resorts, Speyside and The Distillery Trail, The Grampian Mountains and National Park. Glencoe, Fort William, The Isle of Skye are all a day trip away, as are all the main places of interest on "The North Coast Route 500" which is Scotlands equivalent of "Route 66" I have explored and prepared detailed routes of all the best places to visit within one days drive of Nairn, which saves you the trouble and effort.

The Annex at Nairn can be anything you want it to be. If you want peace and quiet and a place to relax, it is that. If you want it to be a base to reach out and explore the surrounding countryside, it is that. Most of my guests tend to do both. After a couple of days driving the highland roads for 8 hours, they are glad to just relax and chill out sitting on the deck and enjoying the peace and quiet of the garden, or walking along the beach. The Beaches at Nairn are one of Scotlands secret treasures. Most people are taken aback when they first see them. This is one of the reasons that Charlie Chaplin used to visit Nairn regularly on holiday. We also have another famous resident, Tilda Swinton, the Hollywood actress lives here with her family. If you still feel energetic we have bicycles which guests can use.
