På Marlin Key är semestermöjligheterna oändliga! I detta komplex med låg densitet kan du njuta av utsikt över viken från din privata balkong, bada i poolen vid Gulf Front, laga dagens fångst i utomhusgrillområdet eller gå på en solnedgång längs de socker-vita sandstränderna. Uthyrning finns på stranden för vadderade strandstolar, paraplyer och mycket mer. Köket har vackra koriska bänkskivor, är rymlig och levereras med disk, köksartiklar, bestick och många andra viktiga köksartiklar. Det finns en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten ligger i ett stort tvättstuga.

The beach view was unobstructed and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you wanted to cook. Very clean and spacious. My family had a great time.

Overall excellent. Great location and beach is not crowded to to smaller facility. Partial view obstruction by the neighboring building from our corner unit not shown in pictures but not a major factor.

Peaceful and Fun all in One

Loved the beach wasn’t crowded and not many people in pool as well. If I had to be picky maybe just need to dust the ceiling fans and change the rusted bottom patio furniture. But that being picky. It was great!

Need of refresh & renewal

Having the beach right out the door was great! Condo was nice but it needs some TLC. Fresh paint. Carpet in main bedroom needs replaced. Stove, dryer & frig are old, Ice maker in fridge & mini bar did not work. Condo was disappointing from how it was listed.

It definitely needed some upkeep and it needed a better cleaning. There wasn't enough silverware for the amount of people it sleeps. Dishes were put up wet so the cups smelled soured. There wasn't any extra linen. 4 extra pillows had no cases and the 2 trundle beds had no sheets or protectors on them. We found cheezits here and there and everywhere. As someone who cleaned rental properties exactly like this I was kinda mortified. We did love the view. It didn't have a bad smell. There was plenty of pot and pans and the ice maker worked once it woke up after day 2. The ac worked great. The shutters in the master suite and living areas were so easy to mess with. Kids loved the pool and 2 of them learned to swim while we were there. Now lets discuss the ELEVATOR... If you are like me at all it will terrify you to death. When you get in it or when it starts down or up it jerks down. It has zero air in it and is hotter than the beach at noon. This was a common complaint I heard of people staying. We took it 3 times and even my daredevil 8 year old refused and walked 4 flights of stairs up and down many many times a day for a week because he got so freaked out. Also if you hold the door open with your hand instead of the button it will have to reset and takes around an hour. Would hate to be stuck in there while it does! Overall we had a great time with family and beached it most of our time. Would stay again if not for the elevator lol

Love Orange Beach

We love coming to Orange Beach this time of year, and we love the location and atmosphere of Marlin Key. This was our first time staying in this particular unit there, and the check-in process itself went smoothly. However, there were some issues when we first arrived with the bed linens and towels not being present. I messaged the property manager and they had the cleaning company bring them pretty promptly. I do think some things need updated in the unit, particularly the patio furniture, which was a little older, and the patio door, which was old and worn and difficult to lock. I appreciated the kitchen which had plenty of utensils and the extra kitchen appliances on the pantry shelf. You can’t ask for a better location than Marlin Key….beautiful view, close to everything you could need, and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

Orange Beach

The condo was nice but it needed a good cleaning. There was dried blood on our comforter and it looked like the floor rugs had never been moved and vacuumed underneath. In the bathroom we found a used contact lens and dried toothpaste on the vanity. The patio was a mess when it rained, there were no provisions for the water to run off under the folding storm doors. There was at least an inch of water on the patio which created a huge safety hazard.

Finding dried blood on the comforter and other overlooked areas, such as the rugs and bathroom, is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our standards.
