Located just a few minutes from PĂłvoa de Varzim, the property is located in a quiet location with magnificent beaches and, as proof of the hospitable warmth of the north, it offers a welcome pack with regional products.
The house has two suites (with complete private bathroom), two bedrooms with a double bed, four bathrooms, dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. The property has a maximum capacity of 10 people. If the number of guests is higher, it offers the possibility to accommodate more people in extra beds. However, the owner reserves the right to apply an additional cost to the reservation amount. The accommodation also offers Internet access and private parking.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden, private saltwater pool, jacuzzi, children's playground, multipurpose playing field (volleyball/badminton/soccer/handball), table football, barbecue and garden furniture. These characteristics make the accommodation an excellent option for hosting families or groups of friends.
Due to its excellent location, you will find restaurants (1km), supermarkets (1km), PĂłvoa Casino (13km), Estela Golf Course (12km) and nightlife spaces (11km). The nearest airport is Porto Airport, 30 km from the property.
The accommodation has a deposit of 300⏠to be paid in cash at the destination. This same amount will be refunded on departure, if there are no damages.
