Beläget vid sjön Pomme De Terre, en fantastisk Lakefront View Home fullt möblerad på trädbevuxen tomt med privat båtbrygga nära Pittsburg, MO. Detta 1500 kvadratmeter stora hem har en enorm täckt skärmad veranda mot sjön, mindre än 100 meter från vattenkanten. Det finns också ett mycket stort utomhusdäck som vetter mot vattnet, perfekt för att grilla ut och koppla av. Du kan bokstavligen gå ner till din brygga för bad och båtliv, i fri utsikt över ditt bakre däck. Hemmet är komplett med gott om parkering, 3 sovrum och extra tvättstuga / spelrum. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV med lokala Springfield-kanaler, ett WII-spelsystem (inkluderar spel) och ett omfattande videobibliotek med DVD-spelare. Tvättstugan är stor och 4 bäddar komplett med en fotboll och brädspel. Det finns ett komplett kök med kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, spis, disk, grytor och kokkärl, kaffebryggare och filter, burköppnare, mixer, brödrost, vanliga redskap och massor av engångsredskap också! Det finns ett badrum med dusch, fåfänga och toalett. Det finns ett eldstadsområde i sidogården med 8+ gräsmattestolar. En propangrill är klar för användning på bakdäck och det finns flera stolar för att smutta på ditt kaffe eller din favoritdryck och njuta av den hisnande utsikten. Vårt vackra hem har utsikt över sjön (västerläge) så att de är vackra solnedgångar på vattnet varje kväll Perfekt för smekmånader, helgeturer eller familjesamlingar.

Lake Pomme de Terre erbjuder gott om vilda djur och avkopplande sjöåtkomst som inte är lika överfulla som andra Missouri-sjöar som Lake of the Ozarks och Tablerock.

Great dock for our pontoon. About as close as you can get to the water since it’s a corp lake. Would stay again!

A place of peace!

The coordinates that Vrbo gave were off by 8 miles and the first location was a little sketchy! With no homes to be seen! Then the mailbox on the home said 2772 and own sent us 2771! And the home has monster of a hill that you can not safely go down ! Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like babies!

Quiet and peaceful place to stay

We enjoyed how quiet this area was and our view was great! We didn't go down to the dock except for when we first arrived and spent most of our time in the screened deck area and at the fire pit. The beds were comfortable. The house itself could use a power wash because there were lots of cobwebs and such on the exterior but didn't impact our stay in any way!

Pomme de House....

Overall is was great, it was waterfront with the dock being a bit of a challenge to get to,, rough terrain, the cabin itself was set up great and the screened in back porch was the real ticket, the only thing is that no outdoor lights were working and knowing guests were coming the outside entry had lots of spiders and cobwebs hanging around, that said My family would consider going back...Thanks

Beautiful view!

The panoramic view of the lake was beautiful! The house was comfortable and clean and fishing was good! Check in was super easy. The hill down to the water is steep and a little challenging to climb. But overall a really nice place to relax on the water!

WHAT A VIEW!!

I've always wanted to stay in a lake house that had a fabulous view of the lake... and I finally did it! We spent most of our time on the enclosed deck, and the fire pit because it was so perfect outside. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Access to the property was easy, once I got the actual address to the place. The address VRBO send you is not a real address. But the property owner sent the actual address when asked. The beds were super soft and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Quaint Lil Getaway

Adorable property perfect for our lil family getaway. An older property but clean with some cute updates. The address numbers were not visible so passed by it but then found the house. The views of the lake were spectacular! We LOVED the screened in porch. Only bummer was the boat dock was like 3 feet away from shore and tons of limbs and branches were in the way but that could have been due to recent storms. Just FYI, the hill down to the lake is a pretty steep but other than that we have a wonderful time! Thank you!

Overall pretty good. Said they had a washer and dryer on site but the dryer was full of sheets and towels. Folded them all before I could use it. Recliner did not recline. It was pretty steep to get to the water. Thought by the pictures it was closer than it was. Not their fault but it rained the whole time we were there. Bummer.

Inaccurate representation of property

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Carpets were not vacuumed; the "yellow bedroom" had dust strings 3 inches long on the wall and on the plastic mini blinds; the closet had no room for clothes as it was full of paint cans, an unhung mirror, a mop and bucket and the vacuum. Also the mattress in this room was so lumpy that my husband and I could not sleep together in the bed. The sheets did not fit the bed and were pilled, The pillow cases did not match, there were only three pillows and the one case had two corner tears in it. Of the three bedrooms only one had a chest of drawers. The others had nowhere to put a suitcase or clothes. Valances in the rest of the house have dust hanging from them, also. The steps off the deck were broken and the screened in porch had dirt and leaves on it from several years. No one older than 20 could possibly navigate the steep hill down to the dock let alone carry any supplies to a boat. No steps and also, no electricity at the dock. The back room with the dryer and bunk beds also is home to wasps. The dead ones fell from around the door frame when we entered from outside and the live ones are in the window air conditioner, The outside has had little to no upkeep or landscaping done in quite a while as there are big weeds growing up around the perimeter of the house. Not inviting or welcoming at all. Obviously, only very minimal upkeep done for a long time. Need to get a new cleaning crew! We were very disappointed.

Great stay and awesome view of the lake.

Overall we had a great stay. The lake view was magnificent. Overall the place was clean and as advertised. A couple things would have made the stay even better. A larger bed in one of the rooms would have been nice and should be considered by owners. A detailed map / directions to the nearest boat launch site is needed. There is a close one that is steep and not a lot of room to turn around but we were unaware of it and drove to the other side of the lake (25 minute drive) to the state launch site. The wi-fi was very slow and intermittent , and streaming anything on the living room tv was difficult. The coffee pot didn't work so we had to make a 15 minute drive to nearest town daily for coffee. The walk from house to the boat dock was very steep and keeping footing was very tough due to the grass being wet in the am and the spots with rock was tough on the legs and unsafe. Not a walk you would want to make with young children or if you are an older couple that may have problems walking up / down steep inclines. The boat dock is in need of repairs. interior dock guarding was missing or in bad shape. One spot on the dock had board missing and was a hazard. I thought the dock had electricity for charging boat batteries but it did not. It would be really nice if the owners added a fish cleaning station to the dock with a water pump. That should be mandatory for anyplace advertised as a fishing destination.

Being able to walk less than 100 yards down to your own private dock is a unique commodity on the lake. Watching the kids fish and swim off the dock, or ride jet skis in the cove has been a blast!
