Vår strand lägenhet ligger på den vackra vita sanden på Treasure Island, Florida. Vår balkong sport en av de bästa utsikterna på hela ön. Du kommer att vara mycket glada att luta sig tillbaka, slappna av och njuta av Floridas underbara solen på våra bekväma beach house. Glöm inte att sätta en kamera för att ta bilder av solnedgången från balkongen! Vår lägenhet har alla möbler i ditt hem. Den har två stora sovrum, ett med en kung och den andra har en drottning. Välfylld kök med alla kastruller och stekpannor, ett stort kylskåp och även en stor kapacitet tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Rena lakan och handdukar. Vår lägenhet ligger i en mil från världsberömda Johns Pass! Det finns massor att göra och restauranger att äta! Du kommer att vara mycket nöjda med vår home away from home. Exceptional beach front condo!

This was our first trip to Treasure Island. This condo has been updated and is well stocked. It’s also right on the beach. I love how this is a smaller condo so the beach was never crowded. There was also plenty of beach towels. While we were here hurricane Debbie hit. Sheila contacted us to make sure we felt safe and had everything we needed. We weren’t able to leave on our scheduled date because of the hurricane and Sheila was so kind to let us stay an extra day. I would definitely stay here again. Sheila was always very responsive anytime we needed to communicate.

Wonderful place!

Our stay at Sheila’s property was one of the best we’ve had. From the condo to the beach and the amenities, I would highly recommend! The view from the deck cannot be matched and was the perfect start and end to each day. The owner even bought us beach chairs that were there upon our arrival! Thank you again Sheila and we look forward to returning!

Best yet!

We’ve travelled extensively and stayed in many properties. This was by far the best in terms of cleanliness, needed supplies, location. I cannot say enough good things about this property if you’re looking for a very comfortable place to stay within 100 steps of the beach!

Lots of great memories from our vacation

We had a very enjoyable & relaxing vacation in Treasure Island. The beach is wonderful and family orientated. When we wanted to get out of the sun we sat on our deck and simply enjoyed being outdoors. The condo is peaceful, spacious and remodeled nicely. We would recommend it.

Great condo!

We loved staying in this condo during our third visit to Treasure Island. Great walking distance to John's pass, restaurants, and shopping. The condo is updated, clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated having plenty of beach chairs, towels, and other items handy. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!

Beautiful views! Beautiful home!

My husband & my 2 daughters 17 & 11 loved our stay. The townhome is right on the beach direct ocean front. The home was very nice & very clean. Location is great! My girls loved walking to get ice cream everyday @ the shake shack that's maybe a 3 minute walk. Safe area. The owner was super friendly & easy to get ahold of & was able to accommodate us w/ a request the last day that we very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolute Paradise -Just add a cheesburger and Jimmy Buffet! Very Clean too!

This beautiful condo is definitely a paradise! The views are absolutely spectacular and we enjoyed our coffee on the patio every morning and sunset at night. We love how it was a block away from the concrete trail that is parallel with the ocean and goes a mile or so. It was perfect for a morning run and walking to Sloppy Joes. The beach access was right next to the condo which was super convenient and there is a service that sells umbrellas and lounge chairs right at the end of the access. Oh and there is an ice cream store on the same street! Woo woo! The condo itself was very clean and comfy. I felt like I was at home. There were plenty of utensils and pots and pans. There were tons of soft towels too! I brought some of my own because many times we stay places that don't have enough. The beds were comfortable and I loved loved loved the kitchen. I took some pictures of it for my own kitchen remodel. The only issue I had was not having directions online on how to check in or check out. I didn't take off any stars but wanted to mention it so you know to do. Just call Sheila! She answered right away when I called her and she was super sweet. I would love to come back again!

Such a great view!

We had a great time at Shelia's place! The view is wonderful, the porch is cozy and very nice at night. Its so convenient to the beach, there are plenty of places to rinse off and the pool is just down the steps. Plenty of space for parking. The condo is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The towels are soft, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. No complaints about the accommodations at all! We had two gripes, but neither was a deal breaker or would keep me from recommended this stay. 1. The check-in information wasn't shared on VRBO ahead of time so we didn't know if we would be able to get in when we got there. We messaged the night before and texted, Shelia got back to us about 30 minutes before we arrived. We were able to get in on time and Shelia was nice, but it was a little stressful. 2. There are three sheets of rules, very simple, common courtesy type-stuff. Very easy to follow. They made it seem as if rentals in this property are uncommon and while I get the need to be on one's best behavior, it seemed that we had other renters beside and above us who either didn't get the same rules or didn't follow them. Again, not deal breakers at all. The condo is great for a week at the beach!

Treasure Island Beach Condo

We had a great family vacation to one of our favorite locations. The location is private and very quiet condo with 3 buildings. This condo is the front condo beachfront. There is a nice walkway from condo to the beach with chair service available. We vacationed the week after Elsa hit and the red time was bad at times on the beach but we decided to proceed with our trip as planned and it really was ok. The beach was well maintained and limited issues for us. The condo was nicely decorated and met our needs. There is a rollout bed in one closet. Parking was assigned below the condo. The only recommendations I have regarding our stay is... The trash is located right at the walkway to get to beach and was very full most of the time. Unpleasant to have to walk by every time you went to beach. The pool area was littered, no trash can located at pool. I cleaned the pool area up twice while we were there. The biggest downfall is owner's apparently let other's come and use the facilities or pool but are not guests staying at the condo. This limited the availability for guest's who were staying at the condo. The pool is fairly small in size and there was not enough space or chairs. There was smoking on the patios next to us although there was supposed to be no smoking on the premises per the owner's rules. We also experienced some guests talking louding on patio with conversations not appropriate for little ears. The way the patio area is set up is not very private for guests. You can hear everyone's conversations. It was not really an issue and not the owner's fault as you would expect people to be respectful of other guests. The booking of the trip was a little chaotic. I have used VRBO once before. The owner was ill and did not respond to my request in 24 hours so VRBO locked up the request. The owner did respond that she would accept and was ill but I had to call VRBO and get them to reset the system so I could book. I think there should be a longer time period for owner's to respond for a booking. We drove quite a distance and did not have the access information to get in. It was not in VRBO. We were able to reach the owner after a few attempts and it worked out but would have liked to have this information a little sooner than we did. I would recommend this condo and would stay again. I give it a 4 stars.

Perfect beach location on TI. This was our second year staying at Sheila’s. We had a great vacation. I enjoyed talking with Shelia, she gave tips on places to go. We are familiar with the area and vacation here at least once a year. Perfect condo for our family of 4.

Beach Front Splendor

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful beachfront condo. It was very easy to get to and using the keypad on the door made entry and exit a breeze. The condo is very spacious with a large living space and two generous bedrooms. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed while the second bedroom had a queen but could probably use a new mattress in the future. The a/c was very efficient when we needed it but the best part was the huge deck that extended the length of the unit. With a high-top table and chaise lounge, it was a great space to sit and look out over the beach. We loved being in a small condo complex, the intimate setting was very quiet and the people we met that lived there were all very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook with although we didn't really use much of it. The condo also had a large number of beach towels and accessories that made life very easy there. We wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

Very Clean, Excellent Beach View & Access!!

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property! The unit itself was very clean, and afforded our family of five plenty of space (three rambunctious boys (12, 9, 7)). You cannot beat the view and the access to the beach is a 2-minute walk on a nice boardwalk. The unit owner was very responsive and cooperative, but I would be remiss to mention that the owner could’ve supplied common items such as trash bags, laundry soap, etc (but aside from these minor items, the stay was great!!).

Beautiful property, excellent location!

My family and I loved our stay in Treasure Island at this beautiful property! It's clear the condo is well-cared for, as evidenced by its cleanliness and updated furnishings and amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to serve as our "home base" while we played on the beach and explored in and around Treasure Island. Tampa and Clearwater Beach. The property owner, Sheila, was fantastic with providing us with tips about places to see and restaurants that she and her family enjoy. We highly recommend this property!

Tranquil Paradise

We enjoyed 2 weeks of beautiful beachfront views, wonderful Florida weather and friendly neighbors at this condo. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, reading, listening to the ocean or watching the beautiful sunsets. The place was beautifully decorated and contained everything you need including a washer and dryer. The location was central with a Publix a mile south and John’s pass less than a mile to the north. I would like to thank Sheila for letting us stay in her beautiful condo

We just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. We were looking for a quiet area on the beach and we found it. The view from the wall of double patio doors is all beach and ocean. There is a boardwalk from the condo to the white powder sand. This newly remodeled condo is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. You have everything you need. The counter tops, new appliances and very unique lighting are so well done. The living room is very comfortable with beautiful leather furniture. We had coffee every morning on the balcony and in the evening listened to the sound of the waves. The two bedrooms, each with their own bath are separated by the kitchen so you have plenty of privacy. The beach/tropical decor is lovely and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. There are ample towels and beach towels. It is very convenient to have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board there as well. Sheila has done an excellent job of making it feel like your own home away from home. She was absolutely wonderful to talk to and called us right after booking to offer any help we needed. I spoke with her several times and she was an absolute sweetheart. She provided us with her choices of great restaurants which did not disappoint! Our favorite for lunch was Sloppy Joe’s and for dinner, Sea Breeze. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beach this is your place! Thank you so very much Sheila for sharing your beach gem with us. We are sad to be back in the snow but memories of the sights, sounds and sand beneath our toes are right here.
