BUNTING BRIXHAM - vackra marina hus med vidsträckt havsutsikt

Bunting Brixham Cottage är ett 3 sovrum marin hus bekvämt beläget nära Berry Head naturreservat och Shoalstone stranden, ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde med enkel parkering om en 15 minuters promenad till centrum. Med 2 badrum ett separat spelrum, WiFi och sova upp till 6 personer är det perfekt för familjer semester eller par likadana.

Under högsäsong är vår vistelse på 7 nätter med övergång på lördag. Utanför högsäsong accepterar vi korta pausbokningar under minst 3 nätter. Vänligen kontakta oss för ett konkurrenskraftigt citat för korta pauser.

Bottenvåning; Stor entré vinterträdgård inrättades som en familj spelrum, med soffa, TV, spelkonsol och bordsspel. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och inbyggd garderob, duschrum med toalett, handfat och duschkabin.

Första våningen; Vardagsrum med separat vardagsrum och matplats. Tre bit läder svit, 36 "platt-TV med Sky och PS3 spelkonsol och spel, matbord och 6 stolar. Rymligt kök med inbyggd dubbel ugn, gasspis, kyl-frys, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, brödrost, strykjärn och strykbräda.

Andra våningen; Sovrum med super-king size dubbelsäng, inbyggda garderober, TV, två badkar stolar och toalettbord. Panoramautsikt över bukten. Sovrum med två sängar och inbyggda garderober och utsikt över staden. Badrum med badkar, dusch-over, toalett och handfat.

Utanför; Gemensamt off road parkering och lawned trädgårdar. Från vardagsrummet en dörr som leder till en liten Integral balkong med bistro-set, till en idealisk plats sitta och njuta av utsikten över bukten.

Bunting Brixham Cottage har gratis WiFi och full gas centralvärme. En resesäng och barnstol finns tillgängliga vid behov.

2nd time staying at Bunting. Great location. Beautiful sea view. Spacious, with all amenties, a real home from home. Close to the beach & harbour. Can highly recommend.

A beautiful, clean, spacious town house in the heart of Brixham. It provided all amenities & was perfect for my husband & I & 4 grandchildren. Would highly recommend & hope to book for next year.

Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing week. My parents came along with my husband and our 2 children. The way the property is laid out meant they could have their own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor while we had the top floor. Very clean and modern accommodation. A nice walk down to the harbour and lovely views. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend In Brixham. The house was clean and modern and the views were wonderful. We were able to enjoy this house in all the weathers we experienced during the weekend. The children loved the games table and the PS2.

Great property for family stay.

Bunting Brixham is very family friendly with games room for adults and children alike, WiFi and Sky TV being a big plus for rainy days. The property was cleaned to a high standard, spacious and having two bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the evening so much quicker. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with the property being just a short walk to both Brixham Harbour and Berry Head it is so ideally located. Beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine to hand was also great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Bunting Brixham again in the future, it was perfect for our family of 6. It could also suit two smaller families as the downstairs double room and bathroom gives independence from the other double and twin room on the third floor. Definitely worth a visit.

Très bon séjour

Maison très confortable et bien équipée. On sent la volonté de mettre à disposition des vacanciers ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments à l'intérieur. Seul petit reproche, on aurait apprécié un peu plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner (1 seul saladier !). Très belle vue, environnement calme, tout en étant à 10mn à pied de la piscine d'eau de mer et 15mn du port et du centre. Une bonne surprise : le restaurant de la piscine fait une très bonne cuisine pas très chère : coquilles St Jacques délicieuses, on s'est régalés !

Bunting Brixham

We had a great stay and the property and all fixtures and fittings were of a superior standard. Property was clean and ideal for extended family. No problem with parking on road. Only niggles were lack of a toilet brush in downstairs shower and toilet and the coat hooks needs to be redrilled and plugged. I would happily recommend this property. We were lucky to have lovely weather but there is plenty to do in the area if the weather isn't so good.

Lovely home with beautiful sea views

This house was perfect for our family. Lovely sea views from both double rooms and the living room. Perfect set up for the family with everything there we needed. Just a 15 minute walk to the Harbour (longer back as it was uphill but we really enjoyed it). We loved it so much we definitely recommend and are hoping to go again next year! Thank you for setting it up to make our stay so enjoyable. Such friendly neighbours too!

Paul has been coming on holiday to Brixham for over 50 years - he first came aged 2 years old! His parents, grandparents, children and now his grandchildren have all enjoyed holidays in Brixham and all the family love the area.
In 2014 we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Bunting as our second home. We love the house and the area and look forward to sharing it with you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is in the popular Wall Park area of Brixham. It is located in a quiet residential area with off road parking (a real bonus in Brixham!) yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre or 2 minutes to the beach.

Short breaks (minimum stay three nights) available outside of peak season. Please contact us for a quote.
