Fullt möblerade hus med tvÄ sovrum, "The Little House" har allt!

The Little House var det första hemmet som byggdes pÄ Arcadia Ridge Estate, Imon, Ruth och Linda Folsom flyttade till sin bondgÄrd i början av 1950-talet frÄn Billstown Arkansas. The Little House byggdes nÄgon gÄng pÄ 1930-talet frÄn ett mycket Àldre hus som stod i samma plats, vÀggarna och golven visar fortfarande fyrkantiga naglar som anvÀndes frÄn det ursprungliga hemmet, rika hjÀrtat har tallskoggolv ÄterstÀllts, tillsammans med dörrar, tak och överallt charmen hos en bondgÄrd, den har en lÄng veranda alla vÀgen över framsidan, vÀnd om kök med full storlek apparater., vardagsrummet har endast TV och DVD-spelare, sÄ ta med dina DVD-skivor för filmer pÄ natten, matsalen har bord för fyra, frÀmre sovrummet har drottning sÀng, andra BR har tvÄ lÄnga enkelsÀngar.

The Little House

Beautiful home with spectacular views in every direction. Went to the crater of the diamonds Didnt find any but this place was the true gem!!

The place was perfect for my family!

The setting was great and we enjoyed exploring the property! The house was lovely, private, and very comfortable. There was a lot of space around the house, and we enjoyed short walks in the morning and early evening. It was also a great location to the Crater Diamond State Park and close to town. DeWayne was an amazing host and provided information about the area including places to visit. We had a great time and plan to come back soon!

Terrible

There is no fence around yard,it wasn't safe for kids the catage was so close to the road,it was so old and unclean,there was deed bugs and bee was on the floor.I wish I could give mines star .

Comfortable, Clean and convenient

Just what we needed. Clean and warm on the 20 degree nights we had. Beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Best New Year Ever

Awesome property reminded me of my great grandparents home on a cattle ranch in Texas. Got to dig in the rocks and knock Crater of Diamonds off our bucket list
 the owner is one of kind. Might not get lucky at the crater but we found a jewel at the little house!

Superb Communication

Listen, we loved everything about our stay and the home. It was quite cozy and worked well for our family. What I aim to highlight is the incredible communication the homeowner had with us. He was on the ball and went well above and beyond the scope to help us feel comfortable and at ease with how to find things in town and such. I would give this place an A++ even if it was a “dump” (which it was NOT) just based on the communication skills alone. Wonderful trip and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Cute bungalow with southern charm

Cute southern charm. Loved the property and the owners have just about all the amenities of home. We do think adding a few more kitchen utensils and a newer coffee pot would have added to the ease of cooking our own meals. But we did let the property owners know. It had a fire pit, charcoal grill and lawn chairs you could relax near the fire or watch the sunset from the front porch.

Cute little house

We enjoyed our Stay. Close to Crater of Diamonds and some very good food at the Miners Diner. We wish we had more time there to explore the area. We would definitely stay there again

Lovely little house

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Dewayne was very communicative and super easy to work with. The house we quaint and just like stepping back in time. It was just far enough out of town to not be bothered, but close enough that we were close to everything we wanted to do!
