Megan, We are so disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The maintenance supervisor was in this unit prior to the check-in on this day and did not smell chlorine in this unit. Our management team did look further into this issue but was unable to smell chlorine. We didn't have any other complaints about a chlorine smell during this time. Our management team takes all of our guest concerns very seriously and addresses all maintenance issues promptly. We do apologize that we were unable to replicate the smell. Please know that we took this matter as we do for all of our guest's concerns very seriously. You are a valued guest and we do hope to have the chance to host you again.
