We loved the condo! It was clean, and decorated nicely. The only downfall was how hot the master bedroom was at night. All of the rooms were great at night except that one. Adding a standup fan would help for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved this location and we would return. We have stayed in Destin before, but liked this location best. Easy access to beach. Great pool. Clean property and quiet. Not an overly large complex. Unit was updated and spacious for 4 people. Decorated nicely. My only downside was laundry was not in unit. But self serve laundry area was nice and well maintained. AND they offer linen exchange several times during week to offset. We would definitely return here.

We took a trip to fuds week. First time staying here and had a great experience. Condo is exactly as listed. Easy booking and check in. Great location and easy beach access. Would definitely stay again.

Annual family vacation

The property was amazing! Short walk to get onto the beach. Property staff were very helpful. The only thing I would recommend changing is have linen changed out more frequently instead of only on Tue and Fri. We did not have a washer and dryer in our unit but there was a laundry mat It was a little inconvenient because if you are like me and do laundry daily. Other than that I was very pleased and my family and I had a great time. I would highly recommend this property!

It was ok

The condo was clean. Enjoyed the fitness center and pool area. Only issue and it was small, was that the garbage bags were very small and flimsy and didn’t fit the garbage cans in the kitchen. And only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 5 day stay. We had to buy our own. Otherwise, it was nice.

Comfortable and convenient place

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the amenities! The shuffleboard, heated pool, easy beach access with chairs/umbrella already set up for us, tennis, pickle ball, etc! The front desk team were exceptional and gave great restaurant recommendations! Loved the location as well

The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Loved it except for the mattress issue! We had to be at the boardwalk by 6:30 am to get a front row umbrella because of fall break. Will definitely pick another time of the year to come. We have stayed previously multiple times without this issue.
