Njut av våra rena och prisvärda tre sovrum två badrum tre nivå privat hem med skärmad i däck / verandor på varje nivå med utsikt över en stor vår, kanal och vildmark. Du kommer säkert att spendera dina morgnar på att smutta kaffe eller på kvällarna på middagen på trappan från ett modernt kök. Hemmet är utrustat med allt du behöver inklusive WiFi, plattskärms-TV och en ljudfält för att Bluetooth-musik / filmer ska Bluetooth. Du kommer att älska hur nära det är till affärer och restauranger medan du är lugn och omgiven av naturen. Vår kanal leder till Kings Bay / Crystal River och viken utan broar. Vi har ett täckt båthus, avskärmad fiskrengöringsstation och släpvagnsparkering på fastigheten. Vi erbjuder tre kajaker för närvarande (två enkla och en tandem sitter ovanpå). Detta hem är perfekt för stora familjer, par eller två familjer eftersom det är ett hem på tre nivåer där du kan njuta av de gemensamma områdena och ha privatliv genom att dra dig tillbaka till första eller tredje våningen.
Bra chans att du kommer att se massor av vilda djur i källorna utanför vår brygga inklusive manater, oter, massor av fåglar, fiskar, sköldpaddor och en och annan delfiner. Kajak den första platsen för manate tittar eller snorkling med Kings Springs en kort 10 minuters paddel!
Vårt fullt utrustade kök har allt du behöver för matlagning - kylskåp, kaffebryggare, mixer, full storlek spis och ugn, och mikrovågsugn plus alla nya redskap, köksredskap och disk.
Master-sviten har en king size-säng, platt-TV, privat badrum med stor dusch med utsikt över naturreservatet och privat balkong. De två återstående sovrummen har vardera drottningssängar och ett rum har en 2: a full säng alla med hög kvalitet sängkläder.
Det lugna området är säkert och säkert. Det finns en restaurang, dykbutik, nationalpark och en utomhus solnedgångbar inom fem minuters bilresa !!! En cykelleder 1 mil bort.
En stor mataffär ligger några minuter bort. Downtown Crystal River ligger 8 minuters bilresa där du kan njuta av shopping och leta efter antikviteter eller promenera på trottoaren. Ett stort köpcentrum med åtta teatrar ligger 10 minuters bilresa. Du kommer att älska platsen, ha så många restauranger, banker och shoppa så nära och ha naturen ännu närmare !!

Our house is a rustic river house...the photos are accurate. If this guest would provide comments on what needs updating we could possibly address....yes our home was build in the early 80's and we have the exterior paint scheduled for later this year...but we would hope that wouldn't effect your visit to our clean, safe, pet friendly, spacious, quiet waterfront home...

We had an amazing time watching the nature from the outside decks. So many birds, turtles, fish… even saw an alligator and a manatee! Had everything we needed and super happy to have the kayaks available as well! Highly recommend this house. We will be back!

House was very clean and personally i like knotty pine! Everything worked like it should and the place was pet friendly for our little 4lb dog. The kayaks and screened in porch are where we spent alot of our time! You are right on a canal with plenty of wildlife and decent freshwater fishing. Saw a manatee and a couple of small alligators. Would come again, Thanks Pete!

Property was the perfect set up for our two families to enjoy some spring break fun with the kids. Plenty of beds, right on the water with easy access for the kayaks, and a nice sized screened porch for watching the wildlife in the mornings it the evening. The house is an older split level, reminded of my childhood, the kids had never been in a split level before and were quite amused by it. Lots of wood accents to give it a rustic cabin feel vs. a beachy feel. Kitchen had most of the utensils we needed for cooking, even an electric skillet and crock pot and toasters. The property host/manager was very responsive and helpful. Even stopped by to help us with something. Showers had great water pressure. Can't beat the location either.

We seen 4 manatees and some herrings had just hatched in a nest just outside the screen porch. Very relaxing stay. A 10 minute paddle will get you to the river.

Beautiful, Quiet Getaway

We loved staying at this waterfront home in a quiet neighborhood in Crystal River. It was a perfect location and setup for our family, traveling with three kids and grandparents. The house is a bit rustic, which suited us well, and is equipped with comfortable beds, kayaks, and a lovely screened in deck for enjoying the natural setting.

Excellent Place

This place was in a perfect location. We kayaked with the manatees and dolphins!! We swam with the manatees, relaxed on the beach. The porch was amazing and the house was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay

The house was roomy and the porch areas were great. We saw lots of birds, turtles, and alligators! The kayaks were very convenient and it was a short paddle to the larger bay. It was great that dogs are allowed and our pups loved the porch. Our family went for Thanksgiving and spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the large living area. The house was a bit dusty. Make sure to take your own toiletries, kitchen towels, cleaning spray, and toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes/flatware but the dishwasher doesn't work well, so we hand washed everything.

We had a nice time taking a manatee watching boat ride. We enjoyed excellent meals at Kane’s Cattle, Cracker Country and Seafood Sellers Cajun Restaurant.

Manatee vacation

The property was large enough for the whole combined family. Everyone enjoyed kayaking and fishing. Hunters Spring was a verymshort drive.

Girls get away

We had a girls get away weekend and stayed here. The place was very clean and the patio overlooking the canal was absolutely beautiful. Communication with the hosts was super easy. And the location for wanting to visit different springs was perfect. One of our favorite things to do was kayaking right off the deck into the canal and out into the bay where we saw manatees and great birds every time. It was a wonderful stay.

A wonderful getaway

Palm Springs House was a perfect place for our family to spend time. It was spacious and clean, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located. The owner was very responsive and even stopped by at one point to make sure all was ok.The highlight of the house was the screened in back porch overlooking the canal where we sat to play games while watching the wildlife.

Our family lives just outside of Orlando which is approximately 1.5 hours from Crystal River. We currently have three vacation rental locations in Crystal River with this location being our first private home.
We are all Florida natives; Pete grew up in Inverness which is the town next to our vacation home and why we chose Crystal River. We like the laid back sleepy little town feel and fell in love with the areas springs, specifically Three Sisters. What started as a weekend get a way has turned into a wonderful place we are happy to share.
We chose Crystal River because I grew up close to the springs and remember swimming in them as a kid. I enjoyed frequent field trips and summer camps to see the manatees and swim in the springs. My first scuba trip was in King Springs, around the corner from our place. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have....
Crystal River is a quiet little town with plenty to offer. The springs are beautiful and Kings Springs is less than a 10 minute paddle from our dock. On any given morning you can see manatees and dolphin swim in the natural spring near our boathouse. From our back yard, you can boat or paddle to waterfront restaurants and enjoy the nature preserve in Kings Bay. A 7 mile scenic boat ride takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where there is fantastic fishing, nature viewing and in the summer, scallop harvesting. You will enjoy near by Homosassa Wildlife Park and Indian burial grounds which leave a lot to explore. Golf courses, bike/hiking trails close will allow for an active vacation if desired.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We really liked this home in particular because there is nature in front of us and nature behind us (including a natural spring). We also loved the layout of the house with a private master suite on the 3rd level which includes a private bathroom, large walk in shower and private balcony. The middle level offers a large screened in porch a step away from the kitchen for easy morning coffee or dinner outside. We like being on the water and close to nature with the luxuries of town close by which made this home the ideal place....
