Detta ljusa och luftiga hus är perfekt året runt - utomhuspoolen är perfekt för sommar och inomhus uppvärmd pool ger ett alternativ på svalare dagar. Gym, squashplan och bastu finns också gratis för dem som vill ha en mer aktiv semester.

Två sovrum, badrum och andra toalett, modernt fullt utrustat kök, öppen planlösning matsal, uteservering.

Huset har supersnabb fiber WiFi (som också sträcker sig till trädgården), SmartTV och Blu-ray-spelare. Golvvärme finns också för att hålla dig mysig under vintermånaderna.

Husdjur kan accepteras men vänligen kontakta mig för att diskutera. En extra rengöringsavgift kan också tas ut.

Komplexet ligger bara 2 minuters promenad från La Greve-stranden och hamnområdet med dess överflöd av spanska och internationella matställen. Sandstranden i Arenal ligger 5 minuters bilresa längs havet. Gamla stan (Pueblo) är en 15 minuters promenad för en smak av den lokala historien och arkitekturen, ett besök på marknaderna eller en bit av tapas.

Javea är ca. 1 timme från Alicante flygplats och ett liknande avstånd från Valencia så det finns gott om flygalternativ. Från Alicante finns det ofta bussbuss med Beniconnect eller gott om val för hyrbilar.

Med hamnen, restauranger och butiker i en sådan närhet kan du se att det inte finns något behov av en bil under din vistelse.

Beautiful home

To begin with: communication with Sarah was superb! She answered all our questions very quickly and friendly! Thanks again!The property itself was in good condition and offered everything we needed. It‘s also in a very pleasant and well maintained neighbourhood.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Wundervolles Apartment

Sehr gut platziert in einer geschlossenen Anlage. Schönes Apartment mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Leider waren jetzt im Dezember und Januar die Pools nicht beheizt oder geöffnet. Super Kontakt mit Sara die immer sehr hilfreich war.,

Lovely property in Javea Port

Really enjoyed our week in this 2 bedroom apartment. Had literally everything you needed and the bonus of great outdoor garden space. The apartment was so clean and loved we could walk to the port from here. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Javea. Thankyou Sarah

Geweldig huis met prachtig zwembad

Het huis was heel rustig gelegen tussen het oude centrum en de haven in. Een heerlijke tuin waar je prima kunt zonnen of ontbijten. Het gezamenlijke zwembad was een topper! Heel veel leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Pleasant house close to the port

We stayed there in the fall and bit of winter. Great house for winter, good heating and part of the day the sun in the garden. Within walking distance to the port and beach. The house is simple but well furnished. The communication with Sarah was good.

Relaxing, quiet location

The house is close to both Javea Port and old town. It has good pool and sports facilities for guests to use and is kitchen is well supplied with equipment. Lots of things to do nearby and excellent restaurants and cafes for eating out.

UBICACION EXCELENTE

Es un pequeño chalet adosado con patio con jardin, no pudimos aprovecharlo mucho por el tiempo, la cocina estaba muy bien provista de menaje y la casa en general era muy cómoda. La piscina climatizada no estaba disponible por acuerdo de los vecinos para ahorrar electricidad, asi que no conteis con ella...

Great duplex, quiet location, dog friendly 😊

Very good communication prior to arrival, everything was clean and functional. A few much appreciated goodies in the kitchen to start you off. Excellent suntrap enclosed patio garden, great for the dog to potter. No issues other than the complex entry gates, the locks were quite tricky. Didn’t use pool area but it looked lovely. We will hopefully return, thanks

Pleasant Stay in Javea

A comfortable and well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area. The garden and patio were a real bonus, as was the easy pedestrian access to the port area. Ideal for both couples and families.

This area of Javea is supberb! The property is ideally located very close to the Port but also within walking distance of the Arenal- so you get the best of both worlds! The apartment was lovely and Sarah is a great host !

A superb property

We were due to stay at the property for a month but unfortunately circumstances dictated an early return. The modern style house is immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and provides all the amenities for a comfortable stay.It’s central location makes it ideal for a level, short walk to either the old Town or Port area. There is ample car parking directly outside the property which allows private access to the rear enclosed garden.We spent many an hour relaxing in the garden sipping ‘sundowners’. There are numerous quality restaurants/ bars within walking distance to satisfy all discerning tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed our break and look forward to a return visit in the not too distant future. We regularly stay in quality holiday rental properties hence our highest star rating and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Thank you Sarah for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home

October holiday.

A great little townhouse in a good position for a five minute walk to the port and fifteen minutes to the old town. On a mixed community of houses and apartments set it pretty gardens. Excellent pool which was a good size if you want to do laps. Not too cold even in October. The house was well equipped for our stay. Comfortable furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. Great to have a washing machine so you don’t have loads of laundry when you get home! Nice bathroom with an excellent shower There is a small courtyard at the rear with loungers and a settee, but we didn’t use it much as it was very hot , while we were there. The use of the umbrellas and beach chairs was great, which meant we spent loads of time at the beach. We did have an issue with the key to the outside gate until one of the other residents showed us the automatic button on the wall to leave the complex! Our only slight complaint was that there are no fly screens on in the windows. As it was so hot we were getting bitten at night so had to keep the windows closed. Even using the fans the bedroom was stifling hot. Great little villa if you want to explore Javea. You could easily manage without a car. Many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Particularly recommend the bar in the mercado in the old town. Great tapas and friendly staff, and sotavent restaurant, next to the vine in the harbour. Great value and excellent food.

quiet development

A comfortable town house, well equipped. Nice court yard garden in the sun all day. This is a large development, well built and maintained. Despite its size it is remarkably quiet and peaceful.

I live in London and like to escape to Javea as often as possible for lazy days by the pool or beach or a round of golf on one of the nearby courses.

This property has been newly renovated, is equipped with all mod-cons and provides the added bonus of a private south-facing garden together with the benefits of the large communal swimming pools. Just a few minutes walk to the port and beach yet a quiet and relaxing complex - it really does provide the best of both.
