The view of the Old River and the easy beach access make this Molokai unit an outstanding value for the price.

Peaceful and beautiful

This is a great place for sitting on the balcony and letting your troubles fade away.... the sun and the view of boats, fishing on the dock etc. etc. was just wonderful. I liked this place and will stay here again for sure!

First time staying on the bay

This is a Great and tranquil spot, beautiful view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. The pool lights did not work for the whole week we were there other than that we had a great time

Very relaxing

My friend and I took a break from our stressful jobs to unwind and relax. We were able to enjoy the pool, the short walk to the beach and pier. We had a great time.

Great family vacation spot!

Great place to stay rather with family or not. Short walk to beach. Pool was never crowed. Great places to eat a short drive either direction. Wish dock would have been repaired,but can still fish from bank.

Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking over the balcony, seeing all different types of bird, people boating or fishing and dolphins swim in the cove was very peaceful and relaxing. Thank you!

The whole experience was great

We loved the bay view watching the dolphins, catching blue crab in our traps, and stingray by rod and reel. The 7A condo was perfect for our stay plenty of room and very clean. All of the nice restaurants are close by. Private beach access across the road is just a short walk, but there are several public beaches not far either. Overall I have to give it a 5 star rating.

Gulf Shores 2021

Even though our stay was on the COLDEST week through out the country, we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are exactly what our place looked like. Would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that there is not a full length mirror anywhere.

Vacation Memories.

Condo clean and in a quiet location. Parking spaces were small. Pool across from the condo. Condo balcony needs upgrading. The view of the bay was beautiful.

Beautiful view

The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked and grounds were nice. The master bedroom bath facilities are very strange. There is a shower added to the room that is literally in a closet behind 2 louvered doors. The kids loved the lofted room!

Great getaway

Property is just as described in the listing. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable. The back deck is awesome and the wildlife is fantastic to watch. I talked with the owner of the property as well with the realtors office. Way to run a business folks! Kiddos for making our trip GREAT!

Quiet and beautiful

There was 6 of us ages from 12 to 50. We all had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood but close to several beaches and things to do. We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were very prompt on getting it fixed. Anytime i had a question the staff was very quick on responding. Definitely will stay again. No one in our party wanted to leave. Thanks again for an amazing get away.

Wonderful time!

Great location. Very clean and beautifully decorated condo located on the Bayside. Easy access to the beach just across the 2 lane stretch of 292. The staff was very quick to respond when we called for a minor detail. Enjoyed easy access to fishing and crabbing. Would definitely stay again! Only complaint was owner's lack of cable or satellite TV but instead had sling TV which was very unreliable. Thankfully weather was fantastic and we only missed the TV in the early morning and at bedtime.

Fun trip

This was our 1st trip to this condo. I can say this is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed at,everything was spotless even the grounds were well maintained. The kids loved the pool right outside the door and the view on the bay was beautiful. We saw dolphins in the bay from the outside deck,and we caught several fish from the pier.It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach,the road is not real crowded,but kids need to be with a parent.The only thing was the parking,it is tight.We loved the beach,it was clean and very few people.We will definitely return.Thanks so much for making our trip so enjoyable.

Great place and GREAT property managets

We stayed at Perdido Key location September, 12 - 19. 2020. While there, we took a direct hit from Hurricane Sally (that's the last time this small town girl listens to the locals when they say it won't get bad). The condo we were staying in received quite a bit of damage. Due to the damage, our stay was cut short and the owners refunded 100% of the days we were no longer there. I was highly impressed with the amount of communication between us and the property managers. They were very helpful each time we called. This is a beautiful condo and a great location. I will definitely stay here again should we ever return to the area.
