We have been enjoying the Spring Lake, Sea Girt & Manasquan beaches for over 20 years. In 2014 our dream of owning our own beach retreat became a reality. As renters for many years and parents of children ranging from 12 - 29, we understand that as a renter you want to be in a clean & fresh home with the space and amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We are working hard to ensure everything you require is available in the house so that you feel at home and don't have to over pack. Each year we invest in an upgrade to the home. We have an excellent cleaning staff and they are taking extra precautions due to Covid. We are still providing Linens but if you prefer to bring your own, that is perfectly fine!

The location of this property is outstanding for a family that wants to be close to the beach, have a fenced yard for the kids and enough space for the extended family - all at an affordable price. 4 adult beach passes included, bikes in the shed, swing set and a closet full of games make for fun times, rain or shine. We prefer to bike to the beach but there is ample parking if you prefer to drive the 1.2 miles to Spring Lake South pavilion or 1 mile to Sea Girt Beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Although the address of the home is Manasquan, the closest access to the beach is the Sea Girt beach which is within walking distance. The home is on a quiet street centrally located within walking distance to the shops, restaurants & bars of Sea Girt and Manasquan. (NOTE: due to covid restrictions we cannot guarantee Pool and Locker until the town releases and accepts our reservation and Payment for this special access. in 2021 We provided Sea Girt Beach Passes due to the uncertainty and restrictions about a public pool. We expect and hope to resume Pool and Locker access in summer 2022)
