Välkommen till Rockland och Lamorna Cottage!
Detta hem från 1880-talet har restaurerats kärleksfullt. Stugan erbjuder en riktig tillflyktsort på en lugn South End-gata. Det är en kort promenad till allt som Rockland har att erbjuda - festivaler, shopping, museer i världsklass, vattenfronten, flera restauranger och den lilla allmänna stranden.
På första våningen finns ett vardagsrum med en soffa och stolar i tvärsnitt, en TV med internetuppkoppling och DVD-spelare med ett sortiment av filmer. Det finns också en stor matsal med plats för 6, ett gourmet fullt utrustat kök med ö, ett 3/4 badkar (dusch) och en tvättgarderob med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.
På andra våningen finns det två sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och det andra med en dubbelsäng och en tvilling. Båda rummen har sidobord, byråer, bordslampor och takfläktar. Det finns också ett komplett bad från hallen på andra våningen med ett djupt badkar.
Från köket finns ett däck med uteservering, ett picknickbord, gasgrill och en liten trädgård. Den främre gården är en solig plats att umgås på Adirondack-stolarna.
Antalet gäster är begränsat till 4 plus upp till 2 barn (det finns en utdragbar säng i matsalen och en stor soffa i vardagsrummet). Det finns trägolv överallt.
Det finns gratis internet tillgängligt och vi är husdjursvänliga. Vi debiterar $ 25 för varje ytterligare gäst över 4 för att täcka sängkläder och städning.

We really liked the cottage. The downstairs was bright and spacious with an outstanding kitchen. The bedrooms were good sized also. The house is supplied with a very nice quality of everything you need. There was a comfortable porch off the side which we used most days. First time we've opted to stay in town instead of on a lake somewhere and it was fun. Rockland is a nice town and really is within easy walking distance. Sandy beach is a very nice place to sit and watch the activity on the bay but we also discovered a hidden gem, Birch Point state park that is a must see in the Owls Head area, only a short drive away. There are several other sight seeing opportunities also. Another favorite was Breakwater lighthouse. Plenty of eateries that we walked to. I would easily stay again.

Comfortable stay in a great spot

This house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Also in a really great spot to walk into Rockland for coffee, dinner or shopping.

The house was very nice and stocked with everything, we could possibly need. One note, we arrived during a record heat wave, and he home does not have air conditioning. This was not listed as included, however, it was not called out that it did not have central air, like it's called out no carbon monoxide detector. There is a ton to do in the area, I would recommend this property to others.

Great place to stay!

We had a really great stay. The house is very clean and updated and had a very well stocked kitchen. It was an easy walk to downtown Rockland. Would definitely recommend!

This house is amazing! The kitchen is beautiful and so well stocked. Fantastic layout with so much light coming in. Love the location, only a few blocks from the ocean with wonderful walking paths. It felt like home and we hated to leave.

My daughter and I loved our stay. Juli is an excellent host and easy to contact. My daughter was able to work in the dining room while I took her dog into the also pet-friendly town. Perfect location. The binder full of suggestions for the area was appreciated. The home was exactly as described only better!

Lovely cottage home

Amazing!

My family and I loved staying in this cottage. It was very clean and well appointed. The town of Rockland was cute and fun. We all had an amazing time and would happily make a return trip.

Great time in Maine

Our trip was fantastic. The home was wonderful. It was in a perfect location, centerally located to all that we wanted to do. Rockland was super nice and super cute. Plenty to do and see. The home was very well equipped and very comfortable.

Nice house, very easy to relax in. Great laundry facilities which came in handy during rainy weather. Great location with easy walk to Rockland center and short drive to Camden.
