Denna fastighet hade ett nytt modernt kök, 2 nya badrum, golvbeläggning inifrån och ut och alla nya möbler i april 2017.

En lägenhet på bottenvåningen med en stor privat trädgård / terrass med öppen planlösning. Beläget i en lugn del av Los Gigantes och har fantastisk utsikt över havet, klipporna och La Gomera. Den består av 1 dubbelrum och 1 tvåbäddsrum, 2 badrum (ett badrum) och öppen planlösning, fullt utrustat kök och matplats som leder direkt till en stor privat terrass och trädgård via två altandörrar, vilket är idealiskt för året runt uteservering . En elektrisk soltak har precis installerats över terrassen vilket är till hjälp under den mitten / sena eftermiddagssolen.

Extremt välskött block med 4 lägenheter, åtkomst från gatunivå ner en kort trappsteg. Det finns ett urval av pooler, en strand och en naturlig stenpool (om vädret tillåter det) inom 5 minuters promenad från lägenheten, alla erbjuder utmärkta faciliteter.
Lägenheten har gratis wifi, Skywire Smart TV med ett stort urval av TV-kanaler och en DVD-spelare.

Calle El Pino är idealiskt beläget för hamnen, bytorget, restaurangen, butikerna och stranden, allt en kort promenad bort.

Det finns en städservice i slutet av din vistelse och linne tillhandahålls för en vecka byte.

En bil är inte nödvändig eftersom en mycket bra busstrafik ger en pålitlig service längs kusten till närliggande städer och stränder om du vill utforska. Det finns dock gott om parkering vid vägarna om du bestämmer dig för att hyra en bil. En härlig kuststig leder till Puerto Santiago (1 km ungefär) och vidare till Playa de la Arena (3 km ungefär).

Den närmaste flygplatsen är Teneriffa söder (Reina Sofia) och ligger 30 minuters bilresa bort.

På grund av en nedgång vid trädgårdens bakre gräns måste man vara försiktig om barnen bor eller besöker denna fastighet. Den markeras av en liten vit stödvägg men detta är inte en säkerhetsbarriär och försiktighet bör iakttas för att inte gå för nära. Vi kan inte hållas ansvariga för olyckor.

Summer holidays in Tenerife

The place is very nice, well equipped and close to all facilities (groceries, restaurants and beach are within 10 minutes walk maximum). Big plus for the terrace, where we enjoyed having breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a and great sea view.

Another wonderful trip

This is a high spec property. Our third visit and Tanya and Alan are always making improvements. Loved the new couch and automatic awning. Of course the terrace and views are the main attraction - the cliffs, the sea, the sunset. Also close to all local amenities and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, furnished to a very high standard, lovely outdoor space with stunning views.

Just back from a lovely relaxing holiday in Los Gigantes. The apartment was spotless, modern, with lovely decor and everything we could have wanted. Outdoor space was fantastic, with great views of the cliffs and over to La Gomera. Sunbeds were very comfortable as were the beds. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio every evening. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great stay at los gigantes

The apartment is very well located in à peaceful street far enough from loud bars of Los gigantes and with à great sea view and lovely terrace. Very well furnished. We were very well welcomed by tanya and her husband. The only disappointement when we arrived Was to discover that there was no arrangement for a swimming pool. But we spent 2 great weeks in tenerife.

Super Relaxing........Prefect

A super apartment, beautifully presented and ideal location. The garden was a great asset and the view of the sea was beautiful, morning, noon and sunsets at night. The town is not very far away and a downhill walk, the trip home is slightly harder but easily walkable, even with the supermarket bags, if you don't hire a car!! There is no need for car hire, as everything is in the town. The marina is easily walkable with some good bars. There are many great bars and restaurants around the Square, This is an excellent apartment and we will be back, thankyou.

Super apartment with amazing views!

The apartment was very well appointed, clean, modern and had everything we needed. As others have said, the views really are as fantastic as advertised, and we very much enjoyed eating al fresco each day calmed by the wonderful view and surrounds. We've not been to Los Gigantes before and knew little of it, but were impressed with the "village" feel and being able to access all that you needed on foot. We did hire a car which was handy for a few excursions, Mt Teide another highlight, but you could definitely manage without. We hope to return and explore the island further and to enjoy another wonderful stay!

Fantastic location with great sea views

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Alan and Tanya's apartment. The location was perfect for getting in to the village and the sea views from the terrace are fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything that you need for a perfect self-catering holiday. We very much enjoyed our evenings dining alfresco on the patio and enjoying the sunsets. The pool at Tipsy Terrace is just a few minutes walk away and we made good use of it. Sun loungers are provided at no extra cost and there are shower facilities there. The harbour is a hive of activity with many boat trips going out daily. The whale/dolphin watching we recommend and also a trip to Mount Teide is a must to see the wonderful flora/fauna. We cannot wait to return and are already looking at flights! Many thanks for a great holiday. Anne and Steve

Fabulous and modern

Just returned home from a week staying at this lovely apartment. Loved the decor, view and very comfortable bed and modern bathrooms. Everything about this apartment gave us a very nice holiday. Not far to walk into the harbour or town. Lots of places to eat and the harbour was atmospheric. Our hosts were very helpful when we had a problem with the tv and wifi which was out of their control and was a fault by the supplier. Plenty of crockery and glassware plus essential washing machine. A nice touch was the welcome pack. Fabulous patio with sunbeds and view. I think Tanya and Alan have a superb holiday home and our stay was too short. A good information brochure supplied. Plenty of storage space. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Los Gigantes: l'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse avec vue sur la mer que ce pour les apéro/repas ou pour se prélasser sur les transats. De plus, l'appartement est bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied des commerces et de la plage.

Another wonderful week

Second time staying at thIs apartment and we still loved it. Tanya was very accommodating - allowing us to delay our final payment on the property while we awaited more info on gov travel restrictions. In the end I was so glad we decided to travel. A relaxing week, stunning views from the terrace, chilled out drinks and dinner in the evening as the sun set. The apartment has everything you need and lots of lovely little bars and restaurants in Los Gigantes too. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Return visit

This was a return visit to the property, chosen because of its location and all the facilities that are available. Given that we arrived just after a Sand storm, the apartment was in excellent condition, and Mike and Sue had worked really hard to bring it back to its high standard which I know they like to keep..If I had any criticism, it would be the Internet, the service is a little intermittent, but you can live with that. Unfortunately the property is booked out for the period we wanted next year, otherwise we definately have returned.

Mix emotions...

We rented this place for the Terrasse and the view... on this side we were not disappointed, really nice view with some grass in front of your nose which is Luxury in this area where it is just building and concrete. The apartment was really nice furnished and clean but much smaller than expected... but we didn’t need bigger, I wouldn’t recommend for 2 couples. We had 2 major issues with this place, you have to close all the windows for safety when you are not there, which make sense, but also at night... what make you feel really claustrophobic... as it is on the 1st floor, you have the feeling to be in a cave... the biggest problem was the neighbours... so if you’re lucky, you might have it quiet but was not our case... between the next door neighbour watching horror/action movie on his laptop on the Terrasse during apero/ sunset time and the neighbours “shagging”/screaming/talking all night, it was a real nightmare... 1st time I was looking to go home during vacation! Overall cute place but will not take the chance to go back! Good luck!! ;-)

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The apartment was a real home from home with very comfortable bed and furnishings. Very close walking distance to lots of very good restaurants and supermarket. Perfect location to relax and also to explore the island

- Very good location in a nice street in a small town. - Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to restaurants and local beach - Little terrace is ideal to spend breakfast and dinner while watching the ocean. - 2 green parrots joined us in the mornings which resulted good photos and good start of the day - Home is nice and well equipped, comfortable for 4.

Excellent well maintained property

Great property in a lovely location.

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks, 1 - 15 March2019. The apartment was very well furnished and comfortable with great evening views toward Gomera. We had a bit of an incident but Sue and Mike and Tanya were extremely helpful. It was good to renew our acquaintance with Los Gigantes after some 25 years - but we have to admit to finding that our advanced years made some of the inclines a bit more of a challenge. We have been taking holidays in Tenerife for many years and have fallen in love with Los Gigantes. The laid back, relaxed atmosphere and free from hastle bustle are perfect surroundings for us to relax in a hope you will benefit and enjoy this as well.
