Lyxvilla ligger i en privat urbaniseringen med privat strand i den reserverade zonen, på gångavstånd från havet.

Tomt 2500 m2 med perfekt trädgård har en hög integritet .. Villa har 6 sovrum och 6 badrum, en master sovrum på 50 kvm. M. med jacuzzi, två sviter och två individuella sovrum med delat badrum (alla sovrum med luftkonditionering) och en lägenhet med en separat ingång, badrum och kök.

Designermöbler och heminredning. Den uppvärmda poolen 8 x 4 m med massage och motflöde, landskapsarkitektur.
Över tusen växter, inklusive stora palmer och 400 år gamla olivträd.

På bottenvåningen finns ett kök, matrum 50 m2, fullt utrustat Gaggenau apparater, inklusive en vinställ, korn kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, ugn, diskmaskin, induktionshäll, etc. Kök Bulhaup, tv 60 tum.

Vardagsrum 50 m2 med en vit skinnsoffa grupp och 60-tums TV, design spis.

Sovrum 50 m2 med direkt tillgång till huvudterrassen, badrum med jacuzzi, marmor och Onyx. Amerikansk valnöt parkettgolv.

På andra våningen trappan gjord av Onyx. Det finns 2 sovrum typ svit med badrum, sovrum-rum, privat sovrum och badrum.

Costa Brava Getaway

Excellent property for extended family/friends vacation. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. 5 minute walk to beach and easy access to Costa Brava and Girona.

Wow….just wow! Spectacular property and a super host.

2 couples for one week. Wanted some luxury and relaxation and this property along with our host, Alex, over delivered! The pictures actually undersold the beauty of the villa. It is amazing! Spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean, beautifully decorated and lots of small but really intelligent features. Plenty of room to hang out outside and enjoy the sun, shade, pool and breathtaking view from either the main patio area or the expansive deck on the 2nd floor. Our host Alex was over the top accommodating and super responsive in our communications. We were all impressed with his professionalism, and we have had some very good hosts on this trip. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want the pool heated you need to let Alex know ahead of time because there is a marginal daily fee to cover the heating, and it’s well worth it to have the pool at a comfortable 80 degrees or so. And it takes a couple of days to get it to temp. Also, taxis into town cost close to $20 so either do a big shop in town and stock up for your stay , rent a car or be prepared to add $40 round trips to your meals. We didn’t want to leave the villa for even a second so we dined here for every meal, keeping it simple, but the kitchen is definitely able to provide everything you need to prepare more elaborate meals. There’s a small shop a short walk away with most items. We’d return in a second, thanks for an unforgettable stay Alex.

Property is as described- beautiful area

Property is as described- Tossa de Mar area is very beautiful. House is very modern in a gated community. The home has a security system, exterior cameras, and and a gated entrance. Heated Pool is not that heated, still quite cold. Alex, the property manager, stated that the pool is heated to 24 c or 75 f which is still cold when you get in. We would recommend they heat the pool to 26 c or 79 f without charging an additional fee if they are going to continue to advertise the pool as "Heated". Had an issue with communication with the property manager during stay. He apologized for accusing us for having a dog, which we did not have, and entering the property while we were not there and without our permission, we assume he was looking for signs of dog that he thought we had. All was very creepy and made us uncomfortable. He said he "I'm very sorry" when we called him on it.... but still, we felt it was out of line. He said it was only possible to enter the house as we left a door open, so is he checking all the doors while we where gone. We did give permission to a pool and landscaping crew to come to the house on that day to do exterior cleanup only. After that we made sure to lock all the doors and put the alarm system on. The house is best for adults, teenagers, and older kids 6+ . Nice private beach as part of community which was very nice.

Be aware of unexpected charges

We stayed at the property at the beginning of May. The property is beautiful, as described, and well maintained. Our experience with the property manager was mixed however. The biggest frustration point was around pool heating. The pool is described as heated, however, be sure to read through the entire description in great detail AND have a perfect memory. When we arrived and were looking forward to jumping into the pool, we realized it was freezing. Upon contacting the owner, we were informed that it was our responsibility to inform him that we wanted a heated pool and that there is an extra charge to heat the pool AND that it would take 5 days!!! to warm up the pool to an appropriate temperature once the heat is turned on!!!! This was mind blowing as we first booked the property back in January and considering that it was 5 months between booking and actual stay, that the owner would give us a heads up and/or ask “hey, so do you guys want the pool heated”? We ended up paying an additional €125 for pool heating and only got to enjoy it for a few days. Separate note, we ended up paying an additional $160 for 8 glasses that accidentally broken during the stay. The owner nickel and dimes which seems ridiculous when you are paying over $5000 for a 1 week stay. This was our experience. Not to say that we didn't enjoy the property or our stay, but want to make others aware to expect unexpected charges.

Merveilleux séjour a Tossa

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette villa au coeur de la verdure , à 10 mn à pied d'une plage familiale . Piscine, table de ping pong , et 2 scooters électriques à disposition. Notre hôte était tres disponible et réactif . Nous avons été charmés par ce petit coin d Espagne et par la ville de Tossa .

The Best Luxury Villa I have ever stayed in….

I had the opportunity of staying at Alexander’s Luxury Villa in Tossa De Mar. The villa was breathtaking and the hospitality of the owner made the experience even better. The attention to detail he provided along with his courtesy really made my family and I feel welcome. The villas location is perfect. Very close to the town and a 2 minute walk to a private beach. You really can’t ask for anything better. The villa itself is stunning. The views from every single part of the house are incredible. Will 100 percent go back as I really felt that this has to be the best luxury villa in Tossa De Mar.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

The place is amazing, too quality furniture and fittings throughout. Larger gardens but all on a hill with some terraces for relaxing. Great pool area which is perfectly accessible from the huge kitchen, dinner and living space. Alexander was a great host, always on hand to answer questions and solve and issues. Only thing that didn’t work were the pool lights but the pools was fine otherwise. Need to be mindful to stop making noise after 10pm as the neighbours are quick to inform Alexander, even for the noise of kids playing nicely in the pool. 10 minute walk to the beach with a short cut through the garden. It’s a steep walk but on a road so manageable. On the beach there are two bars, a basic but good one and an expensive one which is better for evening meals but always check the bill, we spotted over 100 euros of things we didn’t order on our bill and this was our third time there. The beach is amazing, busy at the weekend but empty all week. The sea is clear and no jellyfish which we saw. The beach is sandy but with small stones on the shore so beach shoes are helpful but not essential. We would definitely return to this resort and this amazing villa. Huge thanks to Alexander for helping to make it a perfect 10 days.

Wonderful week in the Costa Brava

The property was breathtaking and the perfect basecamp for our party - 4 adults and 5 children - for a week in the Costa Brava. The house was well equipped and Alexander ensured that every detail of our stay was enjoyable. He went above and beyond by showing up at the hospital to translate for us when a member of our group required stitches. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy an amazing and relaxing week!

Comfortable well appointed villa in great location

We had a wonderful two weeks in this elegant villa. The house is beautiful and designed to the highest degree. The garden is large, with a good sized salt water swimming pool. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality kitchenware and crockery. We all loved the huge and totally secluded patio and swimming pool area surrounded by mature palms and shrubs. There was plenty of room for reading quietly, chatting or playing table tennis, which our family particularly enjoyed. None of us will forget the extraordinary evening light and dining under the stars. The private beach for the local community offered the most delightful swimming in crystal clear water. Alexander was a very attentive host, and was quick to help us with any queries. We were all sorry to leave!

This property is outstanding!

We had a marvellous stay. The owner ,Alexander Sul was very accommodating, helpful and informative. The location was safe, private and beautifully landscaped. The pictures on the website do not show how truly beautiful this property is. The home was ultra modern with the best furnishings and appliances. We will certainly be returning.
