Lägenheten ligger i en villa med trädgård och privat parkering till 10 minuter från Venedigs historiska centrum. Och 'ligger i Venice-Marghera i ett distrikt som kallas 'Garden City'. I omedelbar närhet finns alla större tjänster: kollektivtrafik, stormarknader, restauranger, pizzerior, apotek, banker, ...

Lägenheten har nyligen renoverats och inredda med omsorg.
Och 'idealiskt för att rymma par och familjer med barn.

Det kan bekvämt rymma 6 personer och består enligt följande:

Lägenheten ligger i ett mycket bekvämt område att besöka, liksom Venedig, andra viktiga kulturella centra i Veneto: Padua (20 min.), Treviso (20 min.), Venetianska villor i Riviera del Brenta (nås av en vacker cykelled ), Verona (1 timme), Jesolo (30 min.).

Perfect Home Base to Visit Venice

We spent 3 nights here. Super easy to take the bus to Venice. Also, close to train station, shops and restaurants. We would stay again.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Venice

This apartment was as advertised. It’s only a short walk to the bus that takes you straight to Venice in 10 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood was very pleasant and we loved walking to dinner places. The apartment has private parking inside the gate which made everything so easy. The only inconvenience we had was the place for everyone to congregate was the kitchen/dining room and there was one sofa for two people. There were four of us. The place actually has three bedrooms & sleeps six people comfortably, so when hanging out together, the only option was to sit at the kitchen table or be outside at a table. But honestly, it really was a great place to stay!

Comfortable and clean

This was a good first stay for our group in Italy since we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The apartment also is equipped with a washer and a dryer. The hosts were responsive when we had a noise issue, even though it was not in their control, they did what they could to help fix the situation.

Family Vacation

This play was great! Honestly, I think it was worth way more than we paid for it. Erika was extremely quick to respond to any message, her colleague was supper friendly and helpful when we checked in. Everything was easy. Our kids were thrilled to have their own bathrooms. Getting to Venice was simple and fast. We didn’t want to leave.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Property was perfect for us 3 couples in our 70s. Very clean with all the nessary essentials. Walkng distance to stores restaurants and public transportation. I would highly recommend it. Property Manager assisted us with all our needs.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 3 Paare, die in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung ein verlängertes WE verbracht haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Die Lage in Marghera ist ruhig und sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Kurze Wege nach Venedig und zu den umliegenden Städten. Die ACTV Zeittickets machen die unbegrenzte Nutzung des ÖPNV in Venedig und auf dem Festland möglich. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

The perfect apartment in the perfect location

Friendly and very helpful owner with a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Close to bus service that takes you straight to Venice in just 15 mins. Ideal for small groups and families. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Clean and modern. Would love to return in the future.

Great location for Venice

Lovely clean property, great location and the air-conditioning was most welcome! The owner, and especially the property manager were very helpful and friendly. The bus stop 50m down the road made visiting Venice very very easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Appartement parfait pour nous quatre avec ses 2 salles de bain. Très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Près de l’arrêt de bus et de l’épicerie. Proprio très sympathique.

Excellent séjour

La villa est très propre et très confortable, avec 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de douche. Elle est très bien placée pour visiter Venise ( à 30 minutes porte à porte en bus de la place Piazzale Roma) et la Vénitie en voiture ou en train (Vérone, Padoue, Chiogga,...). Pour la logistique du quotidien, tout est à moins de 10 minutes à pied (supermarché, pharmacie, bar-tabac, petits restaus...).

Nice apartment close to Venice

We really enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated apartment. Bus stop and train station to Venice are only a few minutes away. Communications with the owner were really easy. Linda was really helpful at check in, providing information on how to get to Venise and where to find local stores and transport. The apartment is well equiped and really comfortable, and offers a private gated parking. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Venice.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice

We had a wonderful experience at this home. Three bedrooms, each with their own bath room. Washer and dryer, which is so great when traveling. A very well equipped kitchen, although we did not cook other than breakfast. Not really a living room for very many people. The host was extremely friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Super easy to take the bus to Venice and back - only 10 minutes after a very short walk. I do not have much experience with renting this way (usually use hotels), but I can not imagine having a better experience. It was perfect for us. Thank you to Sylvia

Amazing

The house had all the information we needed, had good places to eat near by, and was able to provide us with confort. The house itself is remodeled and has all the regular appiences needes to cook if you want to. Even though it is a bit far from venice, the public transportation allowed us to travel easier. It is what what it looks like and it is worth renting. I recommend it 100%.

Sehr guter wohlfühl urlaub

Wir,drei ehepaare,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.schlafzimmer mit eigenem bad war ideal.es fehlte an nichts, der empfang, der service, die tipps - alles passte sehr gut. Mit dem drei tagesticket waren wir flexibel und schnell in der altstadt.da auch das wetter mitspielte,waren es sehr schöne tage in mestre.
