This family holiday villa, facing the sea and the island welcomes you for a sunny and relaxing stay. The villa is divided into two independent apartments, with floor: living room opening onto a terrace with wonderful sea views, a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) a bedroom with a single bed, a second with two bunk beds and a third bedroom with double bed 140x190 (separated from the living by a movable wall). a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this floor.
On the lower level are again: a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 + cot available, a second bedroom with double bed 140x190, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a third bedroom with 4 bunk beds (and a corner toilet with a sink and mirror furniture). All these rooms overlook the garden, where the view is also nice sea views. In the garden are provided a table and chairs for dining, a barbecue, and loungers.
Going down along the garden is accessed very quickly in the road that separates the house from the sea and a beautiful gravel creek, where the water is very clear.
By car you will reach in 5 minutes to Agay center where you find all the shops, restaurants, snacks, etc. and the sandy beaches.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
