Welcome to this nice and modern town house in Bunyola, ideal for 4 people.
From roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the village of Bunyola and its surroundings. It is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. In the furnished courtyard you can extend the menu with grill dishes and spend pleasant hours with friends and family.

In the 3 - storey house you will find the spacious, air - conditioned living - dining area with open kitchen on the ground floor. Watch a program on satellite TV or organise a game night with the kids. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils for cooking. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom with a trundle bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace on the ground floor. The second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning on the first floor. A second bathroom with shower is situated on the first floor.On request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.

The village of Bunyola is characterized by its proximity to the Tramuntana mountains and is your ideal holiday destination if you like hiking or cycling. Versatile routes e.g. To the waterfall Salt d'Es Freu or to the Castillo de Alaró but also the mountain villages Biniariax, Fornalutx, Valldemossa and Soller are recommended.

In Bunyola you will find all the important services you need for your stay. The nearest sandy beach is in Puerto de Soller. From Soller, the historic railway goes through scenic landscapes to Palma de Mallorca. The island capital of Palma lures with cultural offerings and historical buildings such as the Cathedral "La Seu", the castle "Bellver" and the beautiful old town.

Please note that the house is in the center of Bunyola and the week of September 18 to 24 are celebrated the City festival. There may be noise in the streets.

Great location!

Very modern apartment

Very modern apartment with two bedrooms, two toilets and a very cosy terrace behind the church and market square in a lively typical mallorquin village. Close to mountains, Palma, Soller and a station for the tourist train. No natural light in the kitchen/living room. Parking is min 500m away.

Ein wundervolles Haus von 1880 in einem tollen spanischen Bergdorf

4,5*** Wir hatten einen wirklich erholsamen und tollen Aufenthalt. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit der tollen Aussicht auf das Gebirge und das Dorf ist einfach traumhaft. Die neuen Terrassenmöbel sind sehr bequem. Hier lässt es sich super frühstücken und abends bei einem Glas Wein und Bier wundervoll entspannen. Der Check In ist unkompliziert. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die beiden Klimageräte (Wohnzimmer+Schlafzimmer) funktionieren einwandfrei. Auch die übrige Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett- und Eisen, Haartrockner,alles da! Es gibt hier und da kleine Defekte (Sonnenschirm bleibt nicht immer offen, undichte Duschwand, lose Steckdosen), aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten! Die Fenster sind bis auf im Hauptbad doppelverglastes Thermopen. Da weckt einem weder der Marktplatz noch die tägliche Straßenreinigung oder Müllabfuhr :) Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts 1x ein Stromproblem und 1x aufgrund von Strassenarbeiten ein kurzes Wasserproblem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier aber die schnelle positive Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler und die ebenso ausgezeichnete, schnelle wie auch sehr angenehme Kommunikation und Reaktion des Eigentümers!!!!!! Bunyola hat alles was man braucht. Ein Cafe mit super Empanadas, einen kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf und eine tolle Gastronomie. Nur parken ist leider wirklich katastrophal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten traumhafte Tage. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Immer wieder gerne

Nous recommandons très fortement ce logement : moderne, propre, spacieux et surtout emplacement et terrasse extraordinaires (vue, taille de la terrasse, situation géographique idéale pour visiter l'île mais aussi car tous les commerces nécessaires sont à quelques centaines de metre de la maison). Enfin, l'accueil par les propriétaires a été au top. Le meilleur de tous les logements loués depuis 20 ans.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Apartment is in top location and very spacious. The view from the terrace is amazing. The communication and check-in were uncomplicated. The landlord responded to our messages very quickly. There is lack of wall hooks, garbage can and shower shelf in the bathroom. A garderobe at the foyer would be very practical

We had a great stay

The location was amazing, close to a beautiful church and center of the village with restaurants, bakery and supermarket. Although parking is difficult in Mallorca, there is a convenient large free parking at the entrance of Bunyola, 10 minutes walk away. The terrace has wonderful views on the mountains, and we enjoyed having lunch up there! The host was very communicative and helpful! We had a great stay.

L'animation quotidienne de la place du village avec ces bars a été vraiment très agréable pour se sentir au plus près de la vie majorquine! Vraiment enchanté par notre séjour un lieu idéal pour pouvoir sortir du monde des station balnéaire. Guiem à le propriétaire fut très accueillant (petit panier gourmand à notre arrivée) et arrangeant (horaire d'entrée plus tôt que prévu) Nous recommandons en famille ou entre amis.

Very nice, airy and clean place that keeps cool during warm days for great vacation life.

We stayed for four days and we loved staying in the absolut heart of the village with the church as our neighbor. Very close is a grocery store with all you need, bakeries and great restaurants. Don’t miss the Sa Placa for every day dinners and even better the Antic Grill! Lovely food.

Everything was just perfekt for us.

The location is very clean and situated in the center of Bunyola close to the Plaza with restaurants, bars, Cafes, Supermarket and bakery nearby. Parking is difficult, but we were there, when there were Holidays in Mallorca, so we could park at the school Yard. We felt very comfortable in the house and enjoyed our visit very much. Everything was just perfekt for us.
