James Sparrow House byggdes 1797. Det är ett utmärkt exempel på ett Charleston Single House i sen federal stil. Detta är en 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum enhet. En perfekt plats för stora familjesammankomster eller en rolig helg med vänner. Vi kräver en två nätters vistelse på måndag-onsdag och en tre nätters vistelse på min torsdag-söndag. Gå uppför de vackra fasaderna till den stora verandaen, du kommer att njuta av ett mycket stort, elegant vardagsrum och matsal på första våningen, samt ett fullt utrustat kök och halv badrum. På andra våningen finns två stora sovrum med 2 queen size-sängar i varje och båda med eget badrum. Den tredje våningen är ett fantastiskt utrymme med två sovrum ett med 4 inbyggda enkelsängar och ett med 1 enkelsäng. Det finns också ett badrum. Beläget på Cannon Street i designområdet Downtown Charleston, ligger det en kort promenad från populära restauranger och barer, inklusive två James Beard-mottagare restauranger. Njut av några av Charlestons bästa lokala restauranger med Hominy Grill, Lana, Two Boroughs Larder, Five Loaves, dagligvaran och det vanliga, allt ligger inom 3 kvarter i stugan. För en morgon söt behandla försök Wildflower Bageri eller Sugar Bakeshop bara några steg bort.

Njut av högt i tak, underbart naturligt ljus, högupplöst tv, tvättmaskin torktumlare och en charmig veranda. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Hushållsartiklar / apparater inkluderar mikrovågsugn, kaffekvarn, kaffebryggare, hög def-tv, gasutrymme och elektrisk ugn, köksredskap, kylskåp, kassaskåp, ismaskin, popupbrödrost, kaffekokare, iPod spelare / högtalare, hårtork, liten strykbräda, disk, kaffe, toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, tvål.

Vi kräver en två nätters vistelse på måndag-onsdag och en tre nätters vistelse på min torsdag-söndag.

Delightful!

Everything about this home was perfect for us! Our grandchildren loved sleeping on the third floor, and felt very snug and happy. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go - fabulous location!

Perfect Getaway with Friends

We had an amazing stay at Casa Zoe! The house was perfect for the 12 of us. The most comfortable beds and spacious for all! The house had such character and the location was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

My friends and I stayed to celebrate mine and another friends bachelorette party. The house was beyond clean, and perfect amount of space for our group of girls. We enjoyed every minute!

Charleston Trip

Bachelorette Party

We had an AMAZING stay at Casa Zoe. The house is gorgeous. Plenty of space, beds & bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Host was quick to reply with any questions we had and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Girls getaway stay!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Claire was so responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to king street and walking distance to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend this property enough! Gorgeous southern charm styled home. Definitely want to go back!

Best Bachelorette

We were in town for a bachelorette weekend. There were 12 of us and this property was perfect! The owners were so accommodating to our needs, and excellent to communicate with. The listing was very accurate so our expectations were certainly met. This property is just a few blocks from King Street so everything we did was walkable or a $10 Uber drive. Also, the air conditioning worked GREAT which we appreciated as the weather was hot and humid!

Perfect Location & Property

This was one of the best & well managed places I have stayed at - the hosts were incredibly communicative & helpful throughout the entire process. The home was beautiful & looked exactly like the photos, we loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings. Perfect location to King street and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere! Couldn’t recommend this property, or the hosts, more!!

Perfect for Golf trip of 8

This was our second time in the house, and once again it was terrific. The location is ideal, and the accommodations are perfectly suited for 8 adults. We were there on a guys' golf trip and give it very high marks. The front porch is a gem to kill time and tell stories over a beer.

Great property and location!!

This house is beautiful and so charming! It’s an easy walk to anything you’d need and the neighborhood felt very safe. The property manager was prompt and responsive. We had an issue with the oven and they were able to fix it right away. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we are back with a big group in the future!

Holidays in Charleston

Casa Zoe 1 was perfect for our group… great gathering spaces and also perfect sleeping arrangements… beds were comfortable and cozy. Each of us had a space to relax/sleep. No need to share pristine bathrooms - luxury. Our host/contact responded quickly and offered useful info. Our house was a winner!! Thank you

Southern charm. Good for a larger group

Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient location with dining within short walking distance. A bit further to walk into town but we did it several times.Historic building, I believe in National Register. As such, you want the mindset for staying in an older property. Lots of off-street parking. We would stay there again. Loved the expansive front porch!

50th Girls Birthday

Sparrow Hall was so lovely. We loved every square inch of the home and hated to leave. Eight women stayed comfortably. We drank coffee in the parlor each morning, we played games and drank wine around the dining table each night, and sat and rocked on the porch to decide what we see life looking like now that we’ve all turned 50! We imagined who all have slept here in the last 225 years, walked on those floors, touched the banisters and doorknobs. It was decorated beautifully. I’d love to come back and bring my entire family. Temperature was nice for the people on the third floor. Only thing to note for improvement is the hot water in the attic bathroom only gets hot if the sink hot water is running simultaneously. It took us a bit to figure that out.

Wedding Week

We stayed at Sparrow House for daughter’s wedding June 1. It’s perfectly located for walking to King or Southbound restaurant across the street! We had 3 vehicles as it turned out and used two parking spots directly in front of the house. The other parked on the street where there is always plenty of space. We loved having a quick soup or sandwich at Ladles and ate there several times during our hectic week. Lovely big porch for enjoying the evening . Took lots of wedding photos from first look to unburying the bourbon there!!! Everything you need was provided. Just know there are no closets and be prepared . Old houses didn’t have them! We had all the kitchen amenities and WiFi as well as cable. We figured out the last day that Regular programming is on YouTube for this home !!!!! We were very busy so watched little tv but the news. Beds were great ! Baths as well. Top floor was used sparingly by friends and family who came in town for one day before moving to the host hotel. Would highly recommend this home ! It was a magical week at The Sparrow House!

Great house and historic neighborhood. We loved our stay.

We love Charleston and this was our Seattle-based family's third trip to the city. While we've rented houses on Folly Beach, this was the first time we've rented a house in Charleston proper. We're so glad we did! The Sparrow House absolutely captured the imagination of our kids. We have five kids between the ages of 12 and 22 and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Just the right mix of shared space and rooms with privacy. We also had a great thunder and lightning storm one night and the kids had a perfect view high up under the eaves. Stevenson and Meg were awesome as property managers. We appreciated them giving us a call with a heads up on a maintenance issue before we checked in. They followed up immediately with answers to our questions and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. After staying at a brand new house on Folly Beach we appreciated the history and "lived in" bones of the Sparrow House. The neighborhood is lovely with several great restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance. Note that there is currently a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. We will gladly recommend the Sparrow House to our friends and family and we hope to return again soon!

Great girls weekend away?

We had a group of moms getting away for a fun weekend in Charleston! We loved the charm of the house and distance to everything. Baquette Magic was our favorite coffee and breakfast spot close by plus plenty of bars and restaurants! Very quiet and safe seeming neighborhood as well. The house was comfortable especially the second floor with 4 queen beds each with en suite bath. The bunk room does not have a bathroom and you have to go through the small single bed room to the closest rest room which wasn’t great at night time or for getting ready. Kitchen is very small so not a gathering place or great cooking kitchen but it worked for us as we had no plans to cook! We also didn’t have WiFi for the weekend but they were very responsive to getting it fixed. The porch is delightful for morning coffee and evening wine. House has two large rooms to gather, a dining room and cozy living room. We spent a lot of time in those when back at the house. Built in 1796, tons of character and charm. Would definitely recommend!
