Ett fantastiskt 3 sovrum, 4 badrum / badrum beläget mitt i hjärtat av Killin och ligger i Loch Lomond och Trossachs nationalpark och bara några minuters bilresa från Ben Lawers bergskedja.
Huset består av tre rymliga sovrum, alla med badrum och TV. Det finns en stor öppen planlösning / matsal / kök, perfekt för att underhålla eller koppla av och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten från golv till tak franska dörrar som vetter mot en stor balkong. Vardagsrummet har en 50 "SMART TV, med Freesat och surroundljudsystem med iPod-anslutning. Fastigheten ligger på 1 mil tunnland mark, komplett med en rymlig uteplats med grill och en uppfart som är tillräckligt stor för fyra fordon. Dessutom finns det ett torkrum i källaren.
Stadskärnan - som innehåller många pubar, restauranger och butiker - ligger en fem till tio minuters promenad bort. Det finns två golfbanor inom 20 minuters bilresa från fastigheten. Det finns många aktiviteter tillgängliga precis utanför dörren, inklusive många cykelleder, kajakpaddling och fiske på Loch Tay.

Great Stay

Great house, with everything you’ll need for your stay. The view from the main room/balcony is fantastic. Great communication before and during the stay and simple self check in. Restaurants etc a short walk away. Happy to recommend.

Fabulous stay

Would recommend staying here. The house was fabulous and a well equipped kitchen etc. and the rooms were very nice. Beds were comfy. Bit tricky to Locate as the post code takes you to a different house. The house sat at the back of a drive on it’s own and the view was superb. Lovely walks nearby. Jake family & friends.

Killin weekend

Wonderful picturesque town, great pubs and walks, handy supermarket. The accommodation was outstanding, the photos don’t really do it justice. beautiful open plan kitchen/ lounge area ideal for socialising. Bedrooms and en-suites all top class. Friendly and helpful interaction with host. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely Killin It!

Fabulous house with everything you could want. The balcony is a real sun trap in the morning - yes we had the sun 🌞 Killin itself is lovely and the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do for all. Our host was super helpful whenever we had any issues - which to be fair were all down to us. Great family weekend, enjoyed by all - will be back.

Outstanding holiday home!

Mike was very responsiv and provided a lot of helpful tips. The house was in a very good condition, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our great stay. Fantastic Highlands Escape

We stayed at Bal-Na-Coille for five nights in August. The property has been decorated to a high modern standard with all rooms having on suite shower rooms. There is a separate bathroom too. The kitchen well designed and was well stocked with everything you would need in a self catering holiday and there is a BBQ available for use. The weather was against us most days but it was great to come back to the property after a day battling the elements thanks to how welcoming and cosy the house is. I would highly recommend this property and I'd like to thank the owner Mick for all his help and attentiveness throughout our stay.

Great location in a small, quiet town

Large, roomy 3 bedroom house on the edge of a picturesque Trossacs town. Location is excellent for exploring the surrounding countryside and National Park. The house is very well appointed and has lots of room. Seating is comfortable, as are the beds. 3 bathrooms are roomy and well appointed. Open plan kitchen / dining room / living room is very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Excellent property.

Beautiful property

The house is very homely with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of home comforts . For our 3 night stay there are enough restaurants close by to eat in a different place each night. The location of the house is central to explore east and west coast in hour to hour and half driving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Contact with owner was fast and easy.

Tolles Haus, es blieben keine Wünsche offen

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit 5 Personen und 2 Hunden in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Die Lage in Killin ist super, man geht zu Fuß in den Ort um einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind recht schmal aber sehr gemütlich und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, das ist wirklich toll. Küche auch bestens ausgestattet. Tolle Ausblicke aus dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen in der Umgebung fährt man meist ca 1 Stunde oder länger. Mike war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und entspannt. Vielen herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

Fantastic home from home

We had a fabulous week at Bal-na-coille! The property was immaculate, well-equipped and very spacious and comfortable. The living area is open plan with lots of space in each of the kitchen, dining and seating areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and more. We’re only sorry that the weather wasn’t good enough for a barbecue. Before we arrived, Mike (the host) kept us fully informed sending us a welcome pack and giving us recommendations for dog-friendly places to eat in Killin. We can highly recommend The Courie Inn and the Falls of Dochart Inn was also very good. A really thoughtful touch was a box of Quality Street and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. There’s lots to see in and around Killin and the autumn colours were stunning. The Falls are spectacular and we hunted out the Stone Circle, the Dochart Viaduct and Finlarig Castle without having to leave the town. We also enjoyed short trips to Aberfeldy, Pitlochry and Callander. We’ve every intention of coming back to Killin during another season to be able to appreciate the stunning scenery. Thank you to Mike and family for letting us share your lovely home.

Great stay!

From first booking to leaving the property we have nothing negative to say regarding our stay. House has everything you could need. Beautifully set out and the balcony to sit and drink our morning tea was fantastic! This is our annual family get together and it didn’t disappoint. Three great bedrooms with spacious en-suites. Set in a really beautiful village I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Host although not onsite was available if we needed anything. I came away with great memories and a slight dose of house envy!!

Short break

Lovely house in a lovely setting. En suites in every room makes sharing a house so easy. Beds comfortable. Well equipped, cooked a big Sunday roast and had enough pots and dishes. Easy walk to village which has well stocked supermarket and good local pubs/ restaurants.. Courie Inn especially. Seating is great for after long walks and wood burner a treat. Would definitely return here.

Lovely property and great host

Wonderful house within 10 mins walk from restaurants and pubs. Every possible amenity and felt very homely. Wonderful log burner and surround sound system for cooler evenings! Weekend in Killin

The house was fabulous. The en-suite bathrooms were a huge bonus for everyone and there was absolutely everything thought of regarding kitchen equipment. A beautiful location and house which made the stay really relaxing and wonderful.

Clean, Comfortable, Spacious

A very well equipped, clean and comfortable holiday home which from first impressions carried the "wow" factor. The views from both the front and back windows are excellent. A short walk to nearby restaurants and shops and the marvelous waterfalls. Our three cars sat in the driveway with room to spare. A very relaxing place to enjoy a family catch-up. Book it.
