Detta 5 sovrum, 3 1/2 bad hem ligger på inre kusten vattenvägen, i ett lugnt gated community, 20 minuter från Historic downtown Charleston. Detta hus, omgivet av levande ekar, erbjuder en avkopplande södra atmosfär. Wrap-around veranda erbjuder en mängd olika naturliga vyer. Denna 3 våning hem har hiss tillgång till varje våning. Översta våningen har 3 sovrum med queen size-sängar och ett öppet bonusrum med en dubbelsäng. Bottenvåningen har ett stort familjerum, ett kök och en matsal med utsikt över floden Stono. Strax utanför vardagsrummet är master sviten med en king size-säng och ett privat badrum med en antik klo fot badkar och separat duschkabin. Det finns också en dubbelsäng belägen utanför köket med en anslutande halv bad. Detta flodhem sover 10 till 12 personer bekvämt och är idealiskt för att ansluta till naturen och koppla av.

Excellent, accommodation great, fishing was slow for the first couple of days, finally at the end started catching fish, a lot of sting rays, one shark, one big trout, overall everything was great, the elevator was a plus.

Charleston Family Vacation

Wonderful time with our whole family. House was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect week. Front porch was so relaxing in the morning and watching the deer frolic in the front yard was fabulous.

Spent the weekend celebrating my sister's 50th birthday. There were 11 adults and 2 toddlers, and we had more than enough space to be comfortable and not on top of each other. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need and then some. Had lots of extra chairs to accommodate everyone at the dinner table as we needed them to play games and eat. Water pressure was great, and bathrooms had all everything we needed. The boat dock was an added bonus and fun to walk out on and experience the water. Host was most accommodating to our party. Nice neighborhood and not far from Charleston, like 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Exceptionally comfortable for larger group.

Great location, excellent neighborhood— everything worked just great for our eight-person three-night stay. Property manager responded to inquiries in a very timely and friendly fashion.

Quiet, Relaxing and Comfortable

We hope we have an opportunity to go back!! Wonderful location for a peaceful, relaxing stay. We were in and out quite a bit for a wedding on John’s island, but thought the drive was well worth it. We had 9 family members and lots of space and everything we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked, the outdoor spaces we amazing. With it being a gated community, we felt extra safe and secure. Would highly recommend for large groups!! Thanks to this VRBO host!!!!

Excellent time

The house was beautiful and big enough for a big family. I would definitely recommend. The elevator was wonderful for moving luggage to all the floors. We hadd a blast playing ping pong and playing cards.

Wedding Weekend!

We rented the Stono River house to celebrate our son‘s wedding at the Old Wide Awake plantation! My boys graduated from The Citadel and I have one have any paper son that just finished his freshman year at the Citadel so I’ve been visiting Charleston for a long time… This was by far my favorite weekend! The house was so relaxing and brought me a great deal of peace! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful river home! All the best, the Prunty family Hope to visit again soon!

Beach getaway

We had a great time at this property. It was so nice and quiet, we even saw dolphins down in the river of the dock at high tide. It was nice and close to Charleston and the surronding beaches.

Perfect Location

This home was perfect for our extended family visiting for our son’s wedding. The elevator was a lifesaver for my elderly mother. Could not have been in a more convenient location to the venue. Loved walking the pier out to the dock and beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Gathering Place

We were in town for a wedding. This home was the perfect place for us to gather as a family. Nice neighborhood feel with plenty of room to spread out. The access to the dock and river kept the kids entertained.

Great rental on the river

We had a wonderful time staying here. The dock access was great - we all enjoyed sitting out by the river and just enjoying the view and the sea breeze. Close to all our favorite spots in Charleston, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Leanna was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions promptly.

Charleston Wedding

Our family used this house as a base for a wedding. House was clean, well-stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable with ample room (loved coffee on screened porch). Really would have liked to have used the pier and river but did not have time. Parking and elevator were also good. We would consider a return for a relaxing vacation.
