Original Large En ram, helt renoverad, topp till botten med alla moderna bekvämligheter. 3: e våningen Master Bedroom Suite med king size-säng, HDTV och badrum med övre privata däck för att ta i landskapet. En andra kung sovrummet är på bottenvåningen med HDTV. Det finns ytterligare 2 badrum på varje nivå. Perfekt för flera familjeutflykter! Övre och nedre vardagsrum med 2 stenglass eldstäder och 2 stora HDTV med Steaming WIFI service, Directv!, och Bluetooth ljudsystem! Barnens huvudnivå våningssäng rum har också HDTV.

Eight retired golfers. House really fit our needs for eight floor level beds which were already made up (thank you!). Hot tub was nice perk. Lots of parking space and outdoor deck and grill. Only comment would be that deck could use a bleaching or power wash, but a minor issue. All told, excellent property!

Kathy and Tim were easy to reach, very responsive, and super helpful as this was our first time to the area with a large group and we had many questions. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next summer .

Great place to stay

This was a great place. It was as advertised and well stocked: paper goods, glasses, dishes, silverware..etc. We did not need to purchase any essentials for a 3 night stay. In addition everything was clean and neat. Communication with the owners was also very easy!

Nice

This is the 3rd time my family has rented this property for a few days. The weather wasn't in our favor, yet again this year but we utilized the grounds as best we could. The location, space, and outside is great for our family with 7 children. The children loved the update adding another game for them to play in the basement. Thank you for another great stay!

Perfect Property

Beautiful house and property, perfect setup for our extended family stay! The rooms and layout of the house were great. The location and amenities nearby were fantastic. And the hotub and pool table made the stat even more enjoyable.

Great stay!

We had a great weekend in Lake Harmony. The house had plenty of space for our group of 11. The house was clean, well stocked, and in a great location - just over a 10 minute walk from the lake. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a great stay. We would love to come back!

Would have been perfect if

The property was well taken care of. Cookware was very good. Everything functioned. Freezer door needed to be shut carefully to make sure it was completely closed. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The kids on the ground floor did see a mouse. The host provided mouse traps and hopefully they will not return. We saw a number of deer on and off the property. No bears were seen and I have never and do not want to see a bear in the Poconos. Overall the property was terrific and the location was wonderful.

Great for our large group

Tim was super helpful when we had an AC issue and the service person was there within an hour. The house was great, loved the game room and extremely well stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach and loading zone for kayaks and paddle boards. Could use a deep deep clean, as I did notice the floor was dirty bc my infant was crawling around on the floor.

Retired Golfers

For eight retired golfers, this was a great choice for our golf trip to the Poconos. The seven bedrooms provided plenty of space and the kitchen, dining, and living areas were great. Nice that beds were all made on arrival. Towels not provided without a separate charge, but only a minor inconvenience. Hot tub soothed the muscles after each round!

Would return and recommend

We took a family trip that consisted of four families and their kids. Most kid were 18+ two were under 5. There was plenty of room. Adults ranged from 34-67. I state this because we had all age ranges and it can be difficult to please everyone but this place was amazing for all ages. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. I will say that large groups are difficult to get a local place to accommodate us for dinner so either you have to split your group of have longer wait time. Although you do have a full kitchen to cook if you chose that option. I would recommend this place and most certainly return to stay again when I’m visiting this area! Response time from owner is extremely quick and very kind. Oh extra bonus is when looking to plug your phone or other devices in, they have outlets made accessible so you’re not digging behind furniture to plug things in.

We view this as our own home away from home. Originally born and raised in the area. This home provides our family a mountain getaway much the way we were raised. Most of my family remains in the area. Our hope is you enjoy our home as much as we do when we visit.

We love the location and the history behind this specific property. An original to the mountain. Originally built in 1968, but never updated and unoccupied. We saw a unique opportunity to bring back to life a mountain original. Much like refurbishing a classic car, this home has all its original charm, with today's modern conveniences and furnishings. Full tile bathrooms, upscale vanities, new kitchen with granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, with everything you need for large family gatherings. HDTV, with Blue Ray players with tons of movies and Streaming via Smart TV, and Blue Ray Player.
