Awesome sweet weekend getaway

Nice house and easy to get to. The AC could only go as low as 76 and to all of us that stayed it was a little warm but if you turned and fans on and had air flow it wasn’t bad.

Best vacation yet

This was absolutely the best place I have stayed. Love the property and the owners and the access of everything was fantastic! Made great memories with the kids and family. Will never forget this place or the family that helped every time I had a question about anything. Y'all are the best!!.

Great host and place to stay!

Cozy but spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, spacious living areas and large fully equipped kitchen. Close to groceries/food and around 10 minutes from the beach. Ths owners are very communicative and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

The home is adorably decorated and conveniently furnished with everything needed. We just moved to FL and this was an excellent way to become familiar with FL living as we waited for our new home to become available for us.

Great place to stay!

Plenty of comfortable places to sleep, has almost everything you'll need. Close to groceries/food and not too far from the beach. Ths owners are very friendly and reply quickly with legitimate answers. Would definitely stay again!

Shortcomings in the details…

There were a lot of issues with the home that isn’t technically listed under the five star rating reviews. As soon as we arrived my husband was stung by a hornet by the front door. The property guy came and sprayed but it still wasn’t a great start. The place in pictures looks great however it’s not… The living room furniture is uncomfortable and practically unusable. The drain in the shower was clogged as soon as you started the water. We got a drain snake and unclogged a lot of hair. On the topic of hair, the rotators in the dryer were covered in hair and had to be wiped down. The master bed is broken. It leans to the head and middle of the bed. We peaked underneath to find dust and used socks so we just dealt with the uncomfortableness. The bunk beds don’t have high railings and our kid could get knocked out if they sat up while the ceiling fan was on. You’re not allowed to change the thermostat, it has to stay at 76F. Pack extra fans because the ones they do have, shake. The back door doesn’t stay shut. There is no broom only a vacuum that overheats. I think if there was a more through cleaning and walk through of the house it could be better. Definitely not staying here again but I enjoyed the closeness to relatives and our doggy accommodations.

AMAZING PROPERTY & PEOPLE

Me and my family had the best time in this home and the owners are so cool & friendly and great host!! It felt like we knew then for years! Wonderful two months

It was a great place to spend the winter, the house was in a great neighborhood close to many activities to keep us busy. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to relax and rest.

Missing items

When we arrived there was no toilet paper or paper towels or garbage bags. Had to have the property manager bring us some. There is no cable only Hulu and Netflix if you want to sign into your own account. The back yard patio furniture was in very poor shape and the front and back yard a mess. Needs a good lawn mowing and clean up !! The furniture in tv room not comfortable. Beds were good kitchen was stocked good with plates bowls etc. large eating area was great
