hem nära Daytona Beach på Rose Bay i Port Orange,

Great getaway!

Our group had a great time here! The bunk beds made room assignments easy, since everyone had their own space. Super close to the beach and everything we wanted in Daytona, while still being away from the traffic of the strip!

Nice house and easy to get to. The AC could only go as low as 76 and to all of us that stayed it was a little warm but if you turned and fans on and had air flow it wasn’t bad.

Great host and place to stay!

Cozy but spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, spacious living areas and large fully equipped kitchen. Close to groceries/food and around 10 minutes from the beach. Ths owners are very communicative and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Plenty of comfortable places to sleep, has almost everything you'll need. Close to groceries/food and not too far from the beach. Ths owners are very friendly and reply quickly with legitimate answers. Would definitely stay again!

Shortcomings in the details…

There were a lot of issues with the home that isn’t technically listed under the five star rating reviews. As soon as we arrived my husband was stung by a hornet by the front door. The property guy came and sprayed but it still wasn’t a great start. The place in pictures looks great however it’s not… The living room furniture is uncomfortable and practically unusable. The drain in the shower was clogged as soon as you started the water. We got a drain snake and unclogged a lot of hair. On the topic of hair, the rotators in the dryer were covered in hair and had to be wiped down. The master bed is broken. It leans to the head and middle of the bed. We peaked underneath to find dust and used socks so we just dealt with the uncomfortableness. The bunk beds don’t have high railings and our kid could get knocked out if they sat up while the ceiling fan was on. You’re not allowed to change the thermostat, it has to stay at 76F. Pack extra fans because the ones they do have, shake. The back door doesn’t stay shut. There is no broom only a vacuum that overheats. I think if there was a more through cleaning and walk through of the house it could be better. Definitely not staying here again but I enjoyed the closeness to relatives and our doggy accommodations.

AMAZING PROPERTY & PEOPLE

Me and my family had the best time in this home and the owners are so cool & friendly and great host!! It felt like we knew then for years! Me and my fiancé is planning a trip to come back to hang with them!!! Lol but if I could give this home 10000000 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I WOULD !! We had a wonderful time!!
