Merry Breeze 4 är en året runt stuga med 212 fot delat / privat strand på en mil lång sandstrand i Lake Michigan. En kort utfärd tar dig till Sturgeon Bay fyren och dörren County Land Trust Bevara erbjuder härliga vandringsleder. Lakefronten är perfekt för kajaker, vindsurfing, simning och segling, med lätthet att starta dina tysta vattenaktiviteter. Perfekt för 4 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och upp till 3 barn!

Lämna dina bekymmer bakom. Ta med din cykel för att njuta av en vacker, rustik, slingrande rida eller din kajak / kanot för paddel runt stranden. Läsa en bok eller ta en tupplur på repet hängmattan. Vår stuga har sin egen speciella charm inbäddat med skogen bakom och mot vattnet. Du kan koppla till ljudet och titta på vågorna som du blir pigg i denna "komma bort från allt" reträtt.

En mysig vinter reträtt! Beundra skönheten i den frusna sjön front, ta en lugn promenad i skogen, bryter ut dina snöskor, bygga en snögubbe eller bara gosa framför en eld. För vinterreservationer: För att göra förberedelser för vintertid, ber vi om två veckors varsel före en datumförfrågan. Tack!

Stugan erbjuder 2 sovrum och 2 badrum / sovplatser för 4 personer. Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en privat badrum / dusch. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. I vardagsrummet finns en full storlek, bekväm futon. Det andra badrummet har en dusch.

En komplett kök är väl utrustat för att förbereda måltider du njuta i inglasad matplats. Eller du kanske föredrar att använda Weber grill och fest på däck komplett med bord och stolar slappa.

En kort biltur tar dig till centrum Sturgeon Bay eller till dörren County många andra pittoreska byar, nyckfulla butiker, konstgallerier och restauranger.

Stayed at Merry Breeze 4 a couple of times. The place to stay if you like to take walks on the beach and experience the beauty of Door County, especially Lake Michigan. If you need to do some shopping Sturgeon Bay offers a variety of shops.

Merry Breeze 4 is our happy place in Door County. Peggy’s cottage is an absolute delight — cozy, welcoming, and perfectly located. It’s one of those rare gems you fall in love with and almost don’t want to tell anyone about… just so your favorite weekends stay available.

One of the Best

Merry Breeze 4 Cottage is great place to stay. We have been going for the past few years and love the location. The cottage is cozy, perfect for those cold winter nights and great a catching the gentle breeze off the lake.

Incredible place to stay!

While not ON the beach, the cottage was just across the road in a cluster of other adorable cottages and there is a beautiful view through the picturesque tree-lined road of the water and the sun glinting off of it. The sound of waves lulled us to sleep each night and made the screened in porch (that faces the water) so relaxing. We saw deer, so many birds, and funny squirrels that kept us entertained--we never once felt the urge to watch TV in such a gorgeous setting. The cottage was perfect and had everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. If you enjoy sunrises, the ones here were incredible. Peggy was easy to reach for check in and checkout, and she graciously checked in via text to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this enchanting escape!

Merry Breeze

Merry Breeze is just that, ... a breath of fresh air that takes us to our happy place. We love this quiet little cottage on the shores of Lake Michigan, the sound of the surf, the sand under our feet, the night sky filled with more stars than we've every seen, and the sunrise over the lake. Thank you for making Merry Breeze the coziest, most comfortable little place to stay.

Merry Breeze getaway

A great property in a quiet location provided a great stay for our first trip to Door County. Loved the screened in front porch and the firepit on the beach. Everything was a short drive away and we enjoyed coming back everynight away from the busy tourist sights. When we got the address it looked farther from the beach than we expected, but when we arrived it was truly just steps away. I would recommend this location and stay here again. Thanks Peggy for sharing this location with us.

Great Get Away

Highly recommend this property. We loved the screen in porch. The cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook at “home” some days during our stay. We loved long walks on the beach. Our boys enjoyed fishing as well. Property owner was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely book this property again! Thanks Peggy.

Sweet cottage near wild and beautiful Lake Michigan

Peggy was great to work with and available to answer questions. We loved the cozy cottage, perfect for two people. We admired the clever craftsmanship and efficient use of space. Especially appreciated the real wood fireplace—so romantic after a walk on the beach. Be aware that Merry Breeze 4 is the 3rd cabin in on one side of a small road with Lake Michigan on the other. There are nonetheless still great views of the lake with the lovely lulling waves the only sound we heard at night. The area is amazingly quiet despite being fairly densely populated. We slept great; a rarity on vacation for us.

The cottage was exactly what we expected from the listing. Very cute & cozy in a beautiful & quiet location. Easy jump off spot for Door exploring but also far enough away from hustle of busier areas to enjoy some serious downtime. Beach/bay offers a true Lake Michigan experience. Screen porch a winner on our rainy day. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking utensils although we ate out most of the time.

Beautiful cabin in a serene setting

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be a wonderful getaway for us. From the beautiful well-appointed cottage to the picturesque scenery we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The fall foliage and the sounds of the lake made this a magical experience.

Great Location!

This cottage was the perfect location to explore Door County and then relax and unwind! Clean, comfy, cute, and a very well stocked cottage with beach access, benches and fire pit. S’mores on the shore! Great walking and short hikes on road, beach, and close by nature preserve. Easy drive to all that Door County has to offer. Would love to rebook on any future visits to the area!

Wonderful Location

Peggy’s cabin is in the perfect place for a beach getaway in Door County. It was clean and well-maintained, with a nice screened in porch to sit on and listen to the waves. It is a great jumping off point for exploring the towns of Door County. We will be back!

Cute lake cottage

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It was charming and is located just across the narrow lane from Lake Michigan, which you can see from the cottage. The sound of the waves was so peaceful! Communication with the Owner was very smooth. Thank you, Peggy, for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Cozy cottage with lovely views!

Great location, steps from a wide sandy beach with shallow, clear water for 100 feet out; mile Long Beach walks in either direction, and a shady lane in front of cottage that is great for walks and biking. Wonderful screen porch to enjoy watching the waves, cool lake breezes and beautiful moon reflections over the water. Comfortable, nicely decorated home with easy access to all living areas. Great kitchen/dining area functionality and clear directions to use of lighting, ac/heat, fireplace, appliances and TV/stereo and plenty of hot water. A lovely week spent laughing with friends, playing cards, Long Beach walks, wading, sunning, cooking in and eating out, shopping and watching fireworks on the 4th! Only one issue…the sheets on the twin beds did not fit well, coming loose at all hours and could use a new mattress on one of the beds. Otherwise, a very special vacation!

Merry Breeze Delight

The cottage was charming! Very well appointed and comfortable. All of the comforts of home but in a beautiful setting! Close enough to enjoy the various communities but felt like we were in the country while at the cottage. Peggy provided detailed information and was quick to reply to my emails.

Great Place!!

Great place to stay. House was clean, bed was comfortable. Just steps from lake michigan. We came up to go to the Packers game, its about an hour from Lambeau, not a bad drive. Good communication from owners. Would definitely come back.
