Om boendet

Våra 2 sovrum - 2 badrum lägenhet ligger tvärs över gatan från två av Maui bästa södra stranden stränder (Charley Young och Kamaole 1). Charley Young Beach har fantastiska vulkaniska bergformationer, och det finns toaletter och livräddare stationerade strax ner på stranden vid Kamaole 1.

Surf är mestadels skonsam och perfekt för simning, paddla boarding, kajakpaddling, snorkling, valskådning (i säsong) och förundras vid de spektakulära solnedgångarna.

Koppla av i en solstol och ta ett uppfriskande dopp i vår uppvärmda färskvattenpool. varva ner i jacuzzin. Kasta en biff eller några hamburgare på grillen och njut av lunch eller middag vid poolen. Det blir inte bättre än det här!

VÅR CONDO kunde inte vara mer bekvämt beläget ... .. Det är mitt i South Kihei på Pacific Shores, ett välskött lägenhetshotell med massor av restauranger och affärer för alla budgetar inom bekvämt gångavstånd. Golf, tennis och exklusiva restauranger och shopping är en tio minuters bilresa bort i Wailea.

Vår lägenhet ligger i byggnad A och är en slutenhet med trappor eller hissåtkomst.

Smakfullt inrett med en drottning säng i båda sovrummen och dra ut soffan i vardagsrummet.
Smart TV i vardagsrum med Netflix tillgång och platt-TV i båda sovrummen. Gratis wifi och långt avstånd till USA, Kanada, Hong Kong och Kina.

Luftkonditionering med totalt 4 takfläktar för att hålla dig cool!

Sovrummet har en komplett badrum med en promenad i kaklat dusch.

Den huvudsakliga Badrummet har en badkar / dusch combo.

Vår lägenhet är perfekt för 1-2 par, eller en familj upp till 6 personer. Vårt komplex är en härlig blandning av Maui-invånare och turister från hela världen som du får möjlighet att lära känna vid solnedgången vid stranden och vid poolen och jacuzzin.

Vår lägenhet "Husregler kräver" tyst tid "från 22:00 till 08:00. Poolen är stängd under den här tiden och de flesta av oss bosätter sig i en film hemma eller går i pension tidigt. Detta är inte platsen för regelbundna sena nattpartier.

Så kom bo med oss! Vi levererar strandstolar, badlakan, paraply, kylare, snorkelutrustning och boogiebräda. Bara ta med baddräkten och solskyddsmedel - och ha en fantastisk semester!

Great condo and location

This unit was well equipped, very clean and met all our needs. The equipment like chairs, boogy boards and snorkel gear were appreciated.The only small issue was with the coffee pot as it it was not the proper size for the coffee machine. Its as if the original pot was broken and replaced with another one but its too small and doesn't enage the valve below the filter. You have to keep lifing the pot up to drain the filter over and over again. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient none the less.

Great Location

We came with family and friends to renew our vows. The location of this condo was perfect. It took us about 5 min to get to the beach and 6 min to a lovely shopping area with bakeries, home made ice cream/gelato stores, and other stores. The condo was a good size for 6 people. Many extras came with it such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen is a bit small for how many the house holds, and hard to maneuver, with very little counter space, but other than that, it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. We are so thankful to have found this place.

Unit had everything we needed and 4th time in Maui we love the location. Owners responded very quickly and very accommodating. Would have liked more accessible space to put luggage in closets as there were 5 of us. Minor issue

Great accommodations

Very clean and comfortable unit and so close to the beach. We really appreciated having beach towels, chairs, boards, snorkel gear and a cooler available for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and having two full bathrooms was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming!

My family of 5 loved our stay here. It had a very welcoming feeling right when we walked in. There were so many little things already provided that we didn't need to go shopping right away (except for food). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked! They thought of all the little details that most places don't bother equipping you with. The location is on point! We were able to walk to many places, like the beach and the shops. We felt very at home and the host was great!!

Great stay

We had a great time, enjoyed how much was within walking distance. Also, not too far from the airport, great central location. Really appreciated the beach items available for us to use. The AC was only available in the main living area, but with the fans provided we were able to circulate the air into the rooms.

It has everything

This condo has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount supplies. We made several meals in it. The beds were comfortable and the living room large enough for our family of five to hang out and play games. We also loved the location of the unit! Although it’s definitely within walking distance to the beach we usually drove. Kihei was a great place to stay with lots of fun food options and beaches and activities.

Maui stay

It was perfect for us, a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a pull out couch. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. As eating out each meal gets expensive, it was wonderful to have the kitchen to be able to cook breakfasts, keep a stock of snacks and make some lunches and dinners too. Having the washer and dryer, we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. Well stocked with nice towels as well as beach towels, chairs, sand toys, noodles, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Some board games too, which the kids actually enjoyed. It’s a good central location in Kihei, it was a good location for home base as we set out on daily excursions. Right across the street, walking distance to Charley Young beach. Walking distance to Kihei Caffe. I highly recommend staying here, I would stay again.

Perfect For Our Stay!

This property worked perfect for our stay. We were a group of two couples. Each couple had their own bathroom. The unit was well equipped. We especially liked the beach chairs and boogie boards that were there for us to use on the beautiful Charley Young Beach. Don't plan to use the deck. While there is a table and chairs, there isn't enough room for it to be usable; especially when the air conditioner is running and making half of it wet. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach, a little longer to the grocery store, and just a few blocks to an ABC store. There were usually a couple of food trucks on Alanui Ke'ali'i. The food at both was very good.

Great Location

This was our first time staying in Kihei and this place was in a great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to great food options as well. The place is clean and has just about everything you may need. Owner was responsive to questions as well. Great stay!!

Pacific Shores vacation

Thanks to Craig and Tammy for renting their condo to us for two weeks in February. Everything set out in the VRBO description of the location was exactly as described and the condition of the condo on entry was great. We had no problems with check-in and we always received prompt responses and assistance when we had any questions iin advance and during our vacation. The condo is perfectly placed facing inside a walkway near an adjacent building, away from the highway and some construction on the other side of the building. It was very quiet during the day and night. For us a significant advantage was its close vicinity to the beach which was in our estimation the best family beach on the Island. With its two comfortable bedrooms and bath facilities in both rooms, this is a great condo for families who are planning their stay in Maui and more specifically Kihei.

Awesome Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Craig & Tammy’s condo! The location was perfect! So close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops! We spent every day at the beach and had everything we needed from beach chairs to boogie boards. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking some meals at home. Thank you Craig & Tammy! We can’t wait to plan another trip!

GREAT location

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. It was so spacious for the 4 of us.. Walking distance across the street to the beach was so close and oh my gosh the speech is now my favorite on the island and I have been to many over the years. The sand is like walking on cotton or something it is perfect sand and the views are stunning with views of the West side of maui along with 2 different islands, Close to rocks but not too close where they are in the way for playing in the water, And lots of beautiful Palm trees nearby just make a stunning setting. The owners did a tremendous job of making sure we had what we needed here and we were grateful for that and had so much fun playing on the boogie boards and even using some of their snorkeling gear. The sand toys were a special touch For my youngest... And even as older ones if I have to admit :) We used the cooler every day. It was amazing being able to use the washer and dryer after getting everything wet after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and save a little bit of money. I wish we didn't have to leave.
