We had a fabulous stay on Seneca Lake. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the views were spectacular. Check in and out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

It was nice and cute but the furniture was uncomfortable to watch tv because of the position of the one sofa.The sleeper sofa mattress was extremely thin and I could feel the springs in the mattress. I thought I would be more comfortable laying on the mattress to watch t v instead of the sofa. I was extremely nervous about the gas heater in the bedroom.Because the front of it wasn't fully covered. For that reason I wouldn't recommend having kids there.The basements steps were steep to go up and down into the bedroom also. There were some spider webs in the LR and the air conditioner's front was extremely dirty. The host was wonderful and always got back to me with any of my questions. The kitchen was fine!

Everything was very nice well stocked if you wanted to cook. Could use softer mattresses and a mattress pad for pullout couch. Also maybe have a kayak for the guest. Parking was good. Could have been cleaned better around the fire pit but we did enjoy having a fire on a cool night. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee at the end of the deck

About 5 steps to Seneca Lake with a fire pit and beautiful sunsets. Centrally located in the middle of all the Finger Lakes.

My husband and I spent the week here for the first time. We were greeted by the most stunning sunset over lake seneca. We found everything we needed during our stay and the check in/check out process was smooth! We will definitely be back!

The views are unbeatable and the property was clean and functional. My only note is to perhaps have an exterminator spray for spiders being right on the lake, there were quite a few inside.

Lake house

This was our second time staying in the lake house. The outside needs a little care. The house doesn’t have a large oven. It does have a toaster oven. It has a very firm bed mattress , but the bed room is on lower level and must walk upstairs to the bathroom. I did miss last step in the middle of the night on my way downstairs. Great location and right by the lake. Can’t beat the price.

The cottage and view was even more beautiful than the photos! It was so breathtaking and peaceful, my husband and I will definitely be returning! The owner and his property manager are amazing too, I left behind a few valuables and they welcomed me back to the cottage without question to come back to get it. 10000/10

Lovely weekend abide by the lake

This is one of the nicest properties you will find in the finger lakes area! Right on the Seneca lake, lovely neighborhood, amazing views, nice facilities and a great host! Perfect getaway for couples and small families! Just loved our stay!

35th Wedding Anniversary!

Our second time staying at this great cottage. We stayed elsewhere last year and it didn’t live up to Mike’s place so we returned. Mike is a fantastic host as is his property. This cottage is literally right on the lake. Just what we look for. This place exceeds expectations for two people. We can’t wait for number 36 so we can return and celebrate all over again!

Great beach cottage

We had a great stay at the cottage. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. I slept an hour longer than normal due to the quiet location and comfortable bed. We hooe to return here someday soon.

Right on the water

We booked a few days to get away. This place is small but well kept. The location near Geneva is great. Being right on the lake with our own dock was perfect.

Amazing views!

This was the first part of our week’s vacation, the weather wasn’t great for the first few days but we finally got some sunshine. We feel that this property lacked in outside appearance but the inside was great. There is a lot to do in the area and we made the best of it!

Cozy Place on Lake Seneca

This little gem exceeded our expectations. We are simple people and this is a simple house with the convenience of waking up and getting in your kayak and exploring Lake Seneca. The little cottage isn't that brand new perfect place, but it suited us better than we could imagine. It made our 20th anniversary that much more enjoyable. I would highly consider renting this again if it's just my wife and myself. There is a sofa-bed upstairs so I guess you could sleep 4 max.

Location absolutely breathtaking!

This little one bedroom rental is in a great location. Perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved the finger lakes, 1st time visiting and the owner is very punctual. Had a little trouble getting the heater to work and he called within 15 min and walked us through it. House does need some repairs and updates. Thank you for sharing your home!

Cute Cottage

A very cute cottage but a lot of steps. The bathroom is on the first floor and the bedroom is on the second floor great view of Lake Seneca the cottage could’ve used Better cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. There’s no dishwasher or oven. The grill outside needs to be replaced.
