The best!

My husband, our 2 boys (1 yr & 11 yr) and myself booked this condo for our yearly family vacay and had the best time! Condo was great, the beach was amazing and we love the area! This was our second time in Perdido Key. Condo owner is a great guy and super easy to get ahold of for any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back! In the mean time I’ll be dreaming of the blue waters and pretty sunsets!

Great vacation

Great condo and location

Our only complaint was that neither of the TVs worked...no signal on either one. We were only there a week, so it was not a deal breaker. Other than that, the condo was very nicely furnished, easy beach access, great location.

Family vacation

My 2 granddaughters and I stayed here for a week. The building and room were clean. There were amazing views from the balcony. I will definitely stay here for our next visit.

Easy get away

Nice location and beach wasn’t crowded at all due to location. Owner made sure check in was easy and everything was as expected. Nice having the extra 1/2 bath we normally don’t have that. Neighbor that lives their was very nice.

Our little slice of Heaven

We just spent a week at Windemere 604 and I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was absolute perfection. Clean, adorable, had everything you could need. I have zero complaints. The beach was quiet and clean, we never had to wait on elevators We will be booking again. Mr. Len was great to work with and so courteous. Book this condo, you won't regret it.

Amazing condo

Len was the best! He was so easy to communicate with. This was a little piece of paradise. The description was perfect about this condo. It is a nice little one bedroom with a bunk in the hallway. It was a perfect size for my wife and I on our 25 th wedding anniversary! It was one we will never forget!! You won’t be sorry if you book this condo! We hope to come back for years to come!! Great stay

The communication with the owner is excellent. Len is very professional, and does his best to go above and beyond for guests. We had a small issue with a toilet, and I let Len know. He could have said just use the other toilet. Instead, within a few hours, it was fixed. The property itself was great. The view was amazing. The amenities are great. The beach is quiet and right on the property. All in all, a wonderful stay. My family would definitely come back!

Quite and peaceful

We recently stayed and it was very nice. You could tell it was an older unit. But it had the perks and location was amazing. Washer was broke property owner did send Maintence out only to tell us it was unable to be repaired. Over it was a good stay.

Great time

The condo was clean on arrival. It was smaller than we are used to but we honestly weren’t in the condo that much. It is in a great location with plenty of food/shopping nearby. There weren’t any beach toys or inflatables with the condo. However, the condo building itself has an area with toys, inflatables, chairs, umbrellas etc. The condo owner communicates well.
