The room itself was fine, however there were a couple of things that I did not like. The towels were not clean and the room itself did not appear to be cleaned very well.

Very clean condo in great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The private parking in the garage is a definite plus during the hot summer months!

Family vacation

My 2 granddaughters and I stayed here for a week. The building and room were clean. There were amazing views from the balcony. I will definitely stay here for our next visit.

We always enjoy staying at Windemere, and this was no exception. Our host was hospitable and gracious and the condo was comfortable, inviting. condocondo was inviting ancomfortable

Perfect size for the 2 of us. Enough closet and storage for our stuff for a week’s stay. We appreciate the little things, salt and pepper, coffee and filters, extra toilet paper and paper towels. Nice balcony for beach views and dolphin spotting. You have to drive everywhere but we knew nothing was close and were ok with that. Pizza place across the was ok in a pinch but not my favorite. Host was very friendly in his messages. Condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. No late night restaurants close by and no one would deliver so make sure you get dinner before tucking in for the night or you might need to make a road trip to town.

The best!

My husband, our 2 boys (1 yr & 11 yr) and myself booked this condo for our yearly family vacay and had the best time! Condo was great, the beach was amazing and we love the area! This was our second time in Perdido Key. Condo owner is a great guy and super easy to get ahold of for any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back! In the mean time I’ll be dreaming of the blue waters and pretty sunsets!

Easy get away

Nice location and beach wasn’t crowded at all due to location. Owner made sure check in was easy and everything was as expected. Nice having the extra 1/2 bath we normally don’t have that. Neighbor that lives their was very nice.

Great condo and location

Our only complaint was that neither of the TVs worked...no signal on either one. We were only there a week, so it was not a deal breaker. Other than that, the condo was very nicely furnished, easy beach access, great location.

Food left in freezer and ref , food left burnt on the range , no temp indicators on 3 burners , sand and hair all over flooring , used soap left in shower . Tv speakers in living room are blown , mismatched light bulbs in fans , things just gave a cheap run down dated feel to it , just needs a thorough cleaning , re washed what dishes we used . Very noisy , up and down the halls and people leave their dogs barking for hours trapped in room . The good was a very nice beach , excellent parking , great location . The owners probably have not seen it in awhile so probably unaware of the overall run down condition and the housekeeping not their fault . We still had a nice time , just probably look for a cleaner quieter place in the future so won’t re book the Windemere .

Our little slice of Heaven

We just spent a week at Windemere 604 and I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was absolute perfection. Clean, adorable, had everything you could need. I have zero complaints. The beach was quiet and clean, we never had to wait on elevators We will be booking again. Mr. Len was great to work with and so courteous. Book this condo, you won't regret it.

Anniversary getaway

Loved being right on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the waves when the sun was too bright to be on the beach. There was a mixup before we got there on who was to clean the condo so it was dirty ehen we arrived but Leonard took care of it immediately. We went to the grocery store and it was clean before we got back. Perdido Key is very relaxing. It was just what we needed. It was great having a reserved parking spot out of the sun. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing condo

Len was the best! He was so easy to communicate with. This was a little piece of paradise. The description was perfect about this condo. It is a nice little one bedroom with a bunk in the hallway. It was a perfect size for my wife and I on our 25 th wedding anniversary! It was one we will never forget!! You won’t be sorry if you book this condo! We hope to come back for years to come!! Great stay

The communication with the owner is excellent. Len is very professional, and does his best to go above and beyond for guests. We had a small issue with a toilet, and I let Len know. He could have said just use the other toilet. Instead, within a few hours, it was fixed. The property itself was great. The view was amazing. The amenities are great. The beach is quiet and right on the property. All in all, a wonderful stay. My family would definitely come back!
