New adventure

We have never been to OC before. Other the the long car ride , we had a great time. It was nice to have the private beach and pool at our finger tips. Darlene was a great host. You can tell she cares about the people who rent her place. Checking on us to see if everything was alright .That’s a sign of a great host!

Exactly what we expected and more!

We loved our stay at golden sands and the condo was exactly as described. Everything you would ever need is a short walk or drive away. The condo was charming, clean and had everything we needed, even a k-cup machine. Thank you for a great vacation, we will be back!

Perfect location!

Darlene’s condo is cozy, in great location and in the perfect location. We loved having an amazing view of the beach and enjoyed the peaceful environment. Also, the condo was just as described and was very clean! Darlene is really nice and we found it very easy to communicate with her when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay! Great couple getaway

Our weekend

We had a fantastic time. Darlene was an awesome host. Loved spending time on the deck. Enjoyed live music on Saturday and a DJ Sunday. Check out Saltwater 75. Great place good food on the water.

Summer Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was just right for us. Kitchen had all the essentials as listed. My hubby enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning. The property was very nice and close to the beach. We loved our view of the ocean from the 15th floor. Thanks to the host, Darlene for sharing her condo with us!

Wonderful Property

This was our first trip to OCMD and will definitely return. We had the pleasure of meeting Darlene when we checked in. The condo was perfect for our stay...we saw dolphins from the balcony and the location was perfect. We look forward to returning and renting from Darlene again.

Beach Condo

Dear Darlene, My boyfriend and I had an excellent time in your condo and we will definitely reccommend to anyone looking to get away. The property was a small spacious condo with beach decor through out. There was plenty of room for 2 adults to enjoy a nice get away over looking the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning before starting our day. The kitchen and appliances were perfect for our needs. Plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the local buses to get around easily. We will be back. Our host Darlene excellent! She was accessible and checked in to ensure we had no issues during our stay. Thank you for the use of your cute little get away by the sea!

The most beautiful place!

This is the ideal location for a perfect beach getaway! Clean, convenient, and cozy! Perfect view of the ocean. The access to the tiki bar, pool, and games was a huge plus! I highly recommend renting from Darlene. She was kind, helpful, and even checked in with us via phone to see if we needed anything. Absolutely no complaints, and we will be back!!

Beautiful and Cozy!

Me, my wife and son just rented this unit last week! It was a prefect! The owner is super friendly and very easy to get in touch with. The view is absolutely beautiful and the unit was very clean! We weren’t looking for a big unit and found this one to be perfect for us.

Amazing sunrises

Darlene was very communicative and responsive. Check-in at the Golden Sands was expeditious and pleasant. The parking space assigned to the unit is most likely the best parking space on the property. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. The very best part was hearing the waves crash while watching the sunrise from the comfort of bed!

Oceans Calling Festival

When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. We will be back soon!

Great Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time. We love fishing and there are an unlimited number of headboats in the area. The unit is studio condo that met all our needs. Internet and cable TV is provided with a large variety TV station. We had access to a sauna, gym, tiki bar, 3 pools and great parking. The beach is only steps away. Restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities are within walking distance.
