Plats! Plats! Plats! Denna enhet är en del av The Landing Condominium Complex och ligger precis utanför Highway 7 på den främsta kanalen för Lake Hamilton. Det är mycket lätt att hitta och nära till sevärdheter Hot Springs och bekvämligheter inklusive Oaklawn! Kort gång, köra bil eller båt avstånd till många restauranger, marinor, shopping, nattliv, etc. Enheten är inte direkt på vattnet som det sitter i den andra raden av byggnader, men har en partiell utsikt över sjön från balkongen. Enheten är på bottenvåningen på parkeringsplats nivå så några åtgärder för att förhandla! Även om inte på vattnet, är det i direkt anslutning till poolen och tennisbana, vilket inte är fallet med vattnet byggnader. Complex ger direkt tillgång till sjön med ett lusthus för gemensamt bruk. Båtskenan ingår ej men kan göras tillgänglig på begäran.
Den bostadsrätt är cirka 1100 kvm med två sovrum och två fulla bad. Det var helt ombyggda och renoverade i april år 2015. Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, toalettbord, full mästare badrum med badkar / dusch, 48 "platt-TV, dubbel garderob och skjutdörrar tillgång till balkongen. Gästen sovrummet har en king size-säng med full storlek garderob och en 48 "platt-TV. Köket har modern utrustning, inklusive mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, cookstove, Keurig kaffebryggare samt är fullt utrustade med alla köksredskap, tallrikar och bestick. I vardagsrummet finns en 50 "platt-TV samt en vacker utsikt över sjön Hamilton och otroliga solnedgångar. 24 'täckt båt slip är ett par hundra fot från enheten, dock finns nära slip gästparkering.

Landningen är en gated villa komplex med en pool, tennisbanor och gott om gästparkering. Ett lusthus på vattnet är tillgängliga för gäster för fiske, picknick, eller bara titta på sjön aktiviteter. Semester fyrverkerier kan ses från egendom!

Många semesterbostäder på Lake Hamilton är inte lätt att få till, inte har en utsikt över den främsta kanalen för sjön och inte nära till allt som Hot Springs har att erbjuda. Denna enhet har allt detta och mycket mer!

Mom’s Birthday

This trip was to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The condo was spacious and it was clean. She had a wonderful time and it was a great location. The beds were comfortable and the basic supplies that we needed for the stay were provided which was very convenient. Thanks for the wonderful visit.

Great stay

The place was very nice and clean, no issues were found from me. We didn’t stay very much in it due to playing a tournament down the road, but it was a good environment from the little time we actually did spend. Close to everything as well.

Comfortable, Cozy and Lots to Do!

Our check-in process was super easy and the instructions were very thorough. We didn't have any problems and never had to contact the manager. Once we checked in, everything was just as it described in the ad. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch! The kitchen was accessible and had just enough pots and pans and things to cook for us all week. I used the washer and dryer multiple times for our clothes and my daughter's uniforms. The highlight for us was the pickleball court because we had a lot of down time while we were there. We had a blast playing and the owner had extra paddles and balls there. We also used the grills that the facility had available a couple times and they were nice also. The pool was refreshing and it was a great stay! The only thing that I can say negative was that the floor had some previous water damage in the condo and it was a little wavy which was hard to get used to at first as you walked down the hallway but by the end of the week we didn't even notice it. Overall, it was a great place!

Great Place to Spread Out

2 king beds and a pull-out couch made it so everyone could comfortably spread out. Bonus was the 4th of July fireworks shot off directly across the lake from the complex.

Perfect Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Fully stocked with everything you need. Just grab your groceries. Located right on Lake Hamilton, only 10 minutes to downtown. Owner is very responsive to any questions. We will be booking this place again

I like the location of the property, however, it really needs a deep cleaning and not just a surface cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need to be painted and cleaned, as well as the laundry closet. We found no dish detergent but we can live with that. A quick trip to Harps was sufficient. The decor is beautiful and well paired with the chosen theme. The sofa and 2 chairs need to be cleaned. There was an ant invasion in the kitchen. I think that this property would be a 4 star if it were to get a deep cleaning. There was alot of construction in most of the units which can be quite noisey. The workers had wires and boards in our walkway and we had to pick up their water bottles after their day was over. I wish it was stated in the description before we rented it. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property is a ground floor with direct access from parking lot. This unit is adjacent to the pool and tennis court and is perfect for families with kids or for folks who can't negotiate the steps at most of the other units in the complex. While it is not directly on the water and has a limited view, it still provides access to the lake and has other advantages that the waterfront units don't. The location of the property is what sold us on buying in this complex as it is close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. We were also impressed with the property manager and the condition that the grounds and buildings are kept.

Very short boat ride to Fisherman's Wharf, Back Porch Grill, Boathouse Restaurant, the Belle of Hot Springs and several other restaurants, which we really enjoy.
