Lovely Water Views

This apartment with two spacious bedrooms was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The surrounding area is perfect for walking to restaurants. We would rent it again!

The perfect home away from home!

Natalia and Fer have done a great job with this Sonesta room. The views can't be beat and they've made it bright and cheery and very comfortable with great bedding and a well stocked kitchen. They are organized and very responsive. We've stayed twice and plan to do so again and again!

Best view and location possible

Great stay. I used to live in the Grove and the view of the Marina, and Key in the distance were superb. Remote shades were important since the sunrise is visible and one can see it and close the shades without getting out of bed. One maintenance issue w the kitchen faucet was not fixed, but all in all a great value.

Simply Beautiful

My family and I had a wonderful stay with MVR-The Ultimate Miami Escape w-Skyline Views.The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had wonderful views. The hosts were very welcoming and quickly responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was so awesome with lots of restaurants and activities. We look forward to returning.

Weekend in Miami for sailing regatta

Excellent location, beautiful views. We really had hoped for early access of the unit and while we understood it may not have been possible, it doesn't seem there was any communication with the hotel to make cleaning of that unit a priority. This would have made our stay exceptional as we had traveled all night prior and were extremely tired and just wanted to rest and shower.

Definitely coming back!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great. Lots of restaurants and parks within walking distance. Lots of shopping around the area. Incredible view of the water and boats. Rooms with great soundproofing, which is especially important with little kids. Overall well stocked units, although if you are staying all week and have kids you will need to stop at store for some basics (paper towels, higher quality toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets) Very friendly staff and quick response from host one needed. Pool is salt water and so nice! Highly recommend a stay here! Thank you, Miami vacation rentals :)

Great location and view, could use some creature comforts

The view, location, balcony and pool are outstanding! We were 2 couples in town for a long weekend and engagement party. The apartment is spacious and it is super to have 2.5 bathrooms. The apartment was quiet and well air conditioned. We were comfortable! Be aware that the building itself is modest, not a luxury building (it is also a Best Western hotel). The elevators were occasionally crowded. Inside the apartment, a few creature comforts are needed or need upgrades - a few more hangers and hooks, a fresh carpet, more wine glasses and - oddly- bedside lamps that turn off at the bedside rather than across the room. It was a really solid place to stay with our adult kids in a terrific location.

Breathtakingly beautiful

Wow! What an incredible view and location. Wonderful apartment felt like we were staying in a large two bedroom suite in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. I am originally from Coconut Grove and can say that this is a premium place to stay with an even better view than the Ritz next door. Lots of great restaurants near by. We have kids and they were very happy to try three different Ice cream places.Great for families playground right across the street and heated pool. Plenty places neeby to walk and explore.Host was great about checking in to see if we needed anything and staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful condo with great view

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is very light, cheerful and nicely decorated. The view is spectacular from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second bedroom has a view too. All as advertised. Bring your own coffee filters as I was told those aren’t supplied. We did end up finding some that someone left though which was helpful.

If you want a comfy bed and clean floors???

Ill give you the positives first, I have stayed in another units in this building a few times that was completely beautiful and fabulous, with no complaints at all. 5 star. The management team are great and really try to be so helpful, we really love them. We also understand that problems can arise when you are renting many apartments with a high turnover. Very Happy with the Management team. The general feeling of the property was OK, the views of the bay are beautiful. The master bedroom was lovely with a comfy bed, bathrooms clean lots of towels, the living area was very comfortable. the kitchen was OK but lacked enough kitchen supplies and the frying pans were old and badly scratched. My disappointments - The 2nd bedroom had a bed that was like a mountainous valley, was sooo uncomfortable, when we explained that this was not a bed that anyone could sleep in period, we were told at first that no one had complained about this yet. Then we had to wait for someone to come and see this mattress to then agree that this mattress was really bad and unsleepable.I have never experienced in all my years of VRBO sleeping in such an awful bed and basically being told that we are going to have to put up with it, We asked for a credit as we couldn't use the bed and were told that the owners did not agree with giving us a credit. in any way shape or form for this, so basically we had the use of the room but couldn't sleep in said room. My HUsband and I have rentals and understand problems happen, when they do we make it right for our guests. I was so choked to hear that the owners didn't seem to care. My next disappointment was the floors as they were beyond dirty and sticky, they did try to clean these floors which did help a little, my husband thought it was to do with the cleaning products they were using that was damaging the surface of the floors. So every morning my husband would clean the floors with water and a towel . Slowly they became cleaner and less sticky. They did give us back our cleaning deposit to cover the dirty floors and the fact that we had to keep cleaning them. I think by the time we left the apartment the floors were starting to shine and feel clean. I would definitely stay in the building again, and have future reservations, as I said earlier I love the management company, even though we felt they dropped the ball on us this time, but normally they are amazing. I would never stay in this particular unit again.

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
