Vacker utsikt över stranden från sovrummet och balkongen. Underbar sjöutsikt från vardagsrummet balkongen. Vardagsrummet, matsalen kök 1/2 badrum och tvättstuga är alla ner. Master sovrummet, master badrummet, gäst sovrummet och gästbadet är alla belägna på övervåningen. Pinnacle-hamnen är en underbar 26 tunnland stor resort belägen mellan vackra Powell-sjön och viken och är en fantastisk familj destination. Sjön erbjuder kajakpaddling, paddling, fiske, båtliv och andra fritidsaktiviteter. Fyra tennisbanor, Bocce-bollplaner, volleyboll och en stor lekplats finns alla på fastigheten. Great getaway

This property was perfect for our family to get away for a few days! Condo was clean, organized and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that the owner provided beach chairs. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Wonderful vacation

This property is exactly as listed and wonderful to stay in. Elizabeth was super nice and easy to work with. When we walked in, the condo smelled like lemon cleaning supplies and was immaculate! I could not be more pleased! We hope to stay in this condo again next year.

Great Location! Amazing Views!

We had a really good time at Sunnyside. Location was great being right on the beach along with 2 clean pools! Grocery shopping is a short trip away.

Great Place

We very much enjoyed staying at this family friendly condo. The property owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo was very nice and had a lot of stuff for guest use. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

This condo had all that we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. The accommodations were great and there were a lot of extras that we enjoyed including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys for the kids and a cooler! Also, it was easy to communicate with the owner if we had questions. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying here. The unit was clean and well-supplied. The convenience to the beach was unmatched. The beach was not too crowded, and the kids had room to play. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. This was a great place for our family to stay.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful time during our PCB vacation. It was made even better because we stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat. It is a clean, beautifully renovated condo. We definitely want to stay at this lovely home again!

Amazing place!

The trip was amazing! My young girls (7 & 5 yrs old) loved it! So easy to go to the pool or the beach. Beth was an incredible host. Any time that I had a question, she was quick to respond with an answer. Extremely accommodating! I would highly recommend this place and especially Beth as a host! Thank you so much for letting us stay. :)

everything you need, right on the beach!

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas! Beth was an attentive and helpful host, even over the holiday, and her condo was comfortable, clean, with everything we needed (even toys for the kids to play with in the sand). We had a couple days of colder weather, but with the indoor pool, the kids never got bored, and we loved walking along the beach when it was too cold to swim (and some of us swam anyway!). I would 100% recommend booking this condo, and we hope to stay here again sometime~!

Pleasant Stay

Had a busy week of baseball but enjoyed the condo! The lake is an added amenity as my son fished every night. Condo was clean and had plenty of extras. Host was available for any questions we had and very helpful. The only negative would be the elevators. But, they were actually installing a new one so they would have 3. Highly recommend and served us well!

Perfect Vacation Condo

Elizabeth was excellent to work with !! She answered all my questions quickly and made sure we were set up for a perfect visit to her condo!! Beautiful place - comfortable beds- gorgeous view of the ocean/beach off the bedroom balcony . Loved drinking my coffee early in the morning while watching and listening to the ocean waves!!

Great stay!

We had an awesome time in A339. It is very nicely updated, clean and bright. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The spare room was awesome for teenage boys. This was our 3rd visit to pinnacle port (first time in this condo) and we would definitely rent from Beth again!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Hi, I purchased this unit in October of 2017 for family, friends and guests to enjoy. I also wanted to find a place close to my daughter and her family when I come to visit. I researched for over a year to find a unit that met all of my requirements: safety, entertainment, amenities, family friendly, not too crowed and number one, ON THE BEACH! My goal was to create a place that felt as comfortable as being at home. I believe I have accomplished this and I hope you will feel the same. The unit is completely renovated with light colors, new kitchen, new furniture, new floors, bathrooms, air/heating unit and a large size washer and dryer. You will also enjoy TVs in each bedroom and a 55" smart TV in the living room and free WiFi
This property offers so many fun things to do. You can play basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, swim ( 2 Great Pools), fish on the pier or you can enjoy Pier Park and Shipwreck Island with the kids to name a few. There are many great restaurants within a 10 to 20 minute drive. If you just want to stay in and enjoy the beach, there is a Winn Dixie and Publix just minutes down the road.
The rates are set for you to enjoy your family vacation and enjoy the many entertainment opportunities.
The more I stay at Pinnacle Port, the more I realize that I made a great choice! I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
