Pinnacle Port Condo, 2-bed 2. 5 bad 8 sovplatser (räknar 3 i king size säng). 1 king size-säng, 1 queen size-säng, drottning bäddsoffa och tvilling sovhytt. De 2 sovrummen ligger på övervåningen med vardagsrum, kök och 1/2 bad nere. Nyligen ombyggda hallbad. Underbar utsikt över viken från varje balkong och fönster. Vacker Lake Powell på ena sidan och Mexikanska golfen å andra sidan. Du är bokstavligen omgiven av vatten. Detta är vad semester antar vara. Du kan promenera de vita sandstränderna, eller gå crabbing utanför sjön Lake Powell. Njut av soluppgången eller solnedgången över havet, utanför din balkong, eller lägg dig under lusthuset på en gunga och njut av Lake Powells vatten. Ny soffa och överdimensionell stol i vardagsrummet. Nya täcken och filtar i sovrum. Havsutsikten från befälhavaren är fantastisk! Wifi tillhandahålls egendom bred, även kabel och platt-TV. Ingen kabel i gästrummet, den TV spelar DVD-skivor. Anläggningen har 2 pooler, en är inomhus / utomhus och uppvärmd säsong så att du kan bada året runt. Säker, gated community med 24-timmars säkerhet på plats. Precis i öster, precis intill är Carillon Beach en av de 10 bästa stränderna i världen, med miljontals golfsemester, och i väst ligger Camp Helen State Park och Rosemary Beach. Pinnacle Port är den bästa platsen i Panama City Beach. Ingen annanstans i Panama City Beach kan du hitta en utväg på stranden och en sjö på 26 hektar. Bort från trafik och folkmassor, men ändå nära till shopping, restauranger, mat, golf. Bara en kort bilresa öst är Pier Park som inkluderar Back Porch Seafood, Margaritaville, Pompano Joes, Dillards, Target och andra affärer, tillsammans med en stor biograf. Underhållning för vuxna och barn, mindre än 10 minuter bort. Över broen västerut finner du natursköna 30A, med höga butiker och restauranger och stränder i världsklass, så kör du vidare till Destin med utloppshopping och mat. Detta är verkligen semesterdestinationen som du kommer att komma tillbaka till i åratal. Detta är en rökfri enhet och inga husdjur. The properties location was excellent. The property itself was nice, clean, and well stocked for our stay. The host was excellent in communicating with me in a timely manner as we had trouble locating the place. We enjoyed our stay and will reserve again.

Pinnacle Port is an excellent location and the interior upkeep of the property is spotless! They do an excellent job in keeping everything spotless. Services were all spot on! Our unit had a great location on the 5th floor. Kitchen was updated and nice. Unfortunately the couch in the living room is worn and uncomfortable. The two side chairs are nice but hard. Tv is small and not a smart tv but does have cable. Bedding is nice but mattresses were uncomfortable. There are no dressers in either. There is a cube unit in one of the closets but hard to get to where it is mounted. Bathrooms are nice but Tub drains very slow. Beach balcony is great. First floor one could use more seating. We don’t anticipate returning to this unit but the facility and location are perfect. Private and wellll maintained.

Girlfriend Getaway

Great location! On the beach with chairs and an umbrella. Sunsets from the beach and pool deck are beautiful. Beach views from every balcony. Well-equipped kitchen with two coffee makers, a pod, and brew options was available. The only downside no SmartTVs. We had planned a night binge of a few Netflix shows. I would stay there again. This was my second time at this unit.

Everything was pretty much on point! One lil minor issue, There was an extremely bad odor coming from the sink/dishwasher area. We bought some plug-ins, put a scented sanitizer down the disposal, and lit candles… It was much better! The condo itself was clean and comfy. The building is just very very old! Some of us were a little bit older so probably wouldn’t rent with stairs again.

Fun and relaxing vacation

The condo was easily accessible. The beach view from the bedroom was beautiful. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. One of my favorite surprises was the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were set up and ready for us first thing in the morning. I’ve had to call and rent them before which was expensive and a challenge.

Convenient location reasonable price

The property was fine and the location worked well for easy beach access and access to Lake Helen State park and 30A. I think it could have been better stocked with at least full rolls of TP and more than one dishwasher puck. We were aware going in it would be minimally stocked but it just felt sparse. I hate to buy an entire container of dishwasher pucks for three days of visiting. That said, with 5 of us there we had to wash plates bowls and dishes multiple times a day since most items only had 4-5 pieces. Some folding chairs would be nice so we could all sit at the table for dinner. I believe the listing mentioned quarters for 7 but there weren’t 7 sleeping spots. All in all it was fine but some simple tweaks would have made it great.

Beautiful view

This newly updated condo has everything you need for a beach vacation, including the best view of the beach! The location is amazing with a Publix, Dunkin Donuts and many reataurants nearby. Chair service each day was a bonus!

Great Location, friendly staff

The location was right on the beach. Very clean and cozy. The staff at Pinnacle Point were very friendly, always chatting with us and asking how we were doing. Special thanks to Tony, one of the employees, who helped us out! Great place to stay, we will be back!

Family beach Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We felt very much at home. The condo had been well renovated. The beds slept wonderfully. We could have used a couple of items such as, an oven mitt, extra dish towels, and pillow cases for the extra pillows. Already planning our next visit

Wonderful get away

We booked this condo last minute and all went well. It was a good experience. Reserving was easy, condo was clean and pictures were accurate on the listing. I love the closeness to the beach . overall it was a great stay for my friend and myself. We will go back.

The property and room were clean and well maintained. We had oc ean view from both de ks and a short walk to the beach. The location is perfect. Close to the store and 30A is right up the road. Third time at the property, just right.

Good Stay

The stay was great, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, has the basics of what you need. The place is outdated but everything was still functional and clean. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool on the super hot days but did a good job when it cooled down, we had a box fan that we brought so that helped. Has great views of sunrise and the beach. Overall a good stay and I would come back.

The worse view ever!

We were so excited about booking this particular condo for the beautiful views that they had pictures of on the website. When we got to the condo our view of the living room balcony was not a view of the beach but a view of a direct parking lot which they did not have pictures of nor was it posted anywhere. I was very discouraged and upset since the views is why I chose this particular condo. I messaged the owners to let them know that the pictures that they listed does not match up to the actual view that the you get. They pretty much just said sorry and left it at that. Another thing we did not like is if it was sprinkling (not lightning)they would shut down the pool. So the days that we were not able to go to the beach due to it being to rough or double flag with light rain we weren’t able to use the pool either. The pool was also to deep for my children. The shallow end starts at 4 1/2 feet and rapidly gets deeper. If you have young children I wouldn’t recommend this place due to no entertainment being close by. Overall the trip was a bomber! On the plus side we found two great restaurants I would highly recommend. Stinkys fish camp and Boondocks! They were amazing!!!

We are so excited to own a condo at Pinnacle Port. When we stayed here, we fell in love and knew this is the only place we would buy in Panama City Beach. We can't wait to share it with friends and family. And we want you to feel at home.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Surrounded by Water!! Are you kidding, when we saw that there was the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Lake on the other, we thought there can't be anything as good as this. Indoor heated pool for year round swimming. It just felt like home.
