The Sands of Kahana har de största 3 sovrum bostadsrätter (1850 kvadratmeter) på ön och vi är en av de få 3 sovrum enheter vid Sands of Kahana som har luftkonditionering i sin enhet. Våra priser är låga eftersom du bokar direkt med oss och spara. Andra fastigheter den här storleken hyra för nära $ 500 per natt.

Föreställ spektakulär havsutsikt och levande regnbåge himmel från alla perspektiv i denna magnifika tre sovrum, två badrum villa i Kahana Maui. Med över 1850 kvadratfot, har denna ljusa, luftiga, och natursköna enhet ett stort vardagsrum, matsal och kök med alla vitvaror och gott om förvaring. Vi är på 5: e våningen och det finns en hiss i vår byggnad. Du kan också ta trapporna om du vill.

Det tredje rummet har två enkelsängar och utsikt regnbåge över trädgården. Central luftkonditionering och tvätt inom enheten ger ännu större komfort och bekvämlighet. Inrymt på Sands of Kahana, alla gäster har tillgång till Kahana Beach och en mängd bekvämligheter i komplexet inklusive två Ocean Front pooler, badtunna Jacuzzi, heltäckande sida restaurang pool, fullt bar, motionsställen, volleyboll, tennisbanor, putting green och dagliga gäst underhållningsprogram.

Great View

Nice clean roomy 5th floor condo with a great view of the ocean and island across the way! Host provides great communication and responds quickly. Provides an assortment of beach and water needs. Large balcony to watch the sun set every night. Right on the beach with great snorkeling. Saw multiple turtles every day! Nice quiet area with shops nearby.

#356 Wow!

The property was beautiful and well kept. Our 5th floor condo, #356, overlooked the ocean with views of other islands. This beautiful condo was just what we needed for 4 adults, with lots of room, comfort, and well furnished. Captain Jacks restaurant, on-location, was excellent and was less costly than other local spots. We would choose this condo again in a heart beat!

Maui Dream come true!

Our family of 7, including our young adult & teen kids, spent 4 amazing nights in this beautiful condo on the beach. Communication with the owner was perfect. The home was clean & had everything needed for cooking, including many spices & ice maker. Towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers in the condo for use. The bathroom set up has the sinks outside the toilet & shower rooms so they can be used even when the shower rooms were occupied. Washer & dryer in the unit worked great. PLENTY of space for a large group to spread out in or outside on the 2 lanais.The lanai off the living room has a large outside table & seating for up to 10 people; we ate our meals there. The view from the living room and lanai is AMAZING! The beach w/mild waves is just below the lanai & perfect for swimming. The A/C worked great, but we mostly just had window & lanai screens open with ceiling fans for a perfect breeze w/o A/C. There’s a small general store within a 5-7 minute walk. There are grocery stores & anything you’d need within a 10 minute drive. It’s close to Kaanapali beach& hotel areas, but “our” beach was a little more secluded & not overpopulated, which was nice. The resort is safe& quiet. The stars at night were beautiful & relaxing. We’d been planning of our family’s 50th state visit to Hawaii for years. Maui was all we dreamed it would be & this condo was truly “icing on the cake” to be our vacation home. We hope we can return to this home again someday! Thank you!!!

Fabulous Family Vacation

The condo was air conditioned, in a perfect location 5th floor looking down on the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes&pots&pans The grills on the grounds were good. The restaurant was nice. Pool a good size. Water on the beach was calm for swimming chairs for relaxing we would definitely rent this condo again! 5 nights was not enough!

It met all our needs. Very spacious with enough sleeping spots for all ten of us. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking items. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony. Our only complaint was the floors didn’t seem as clean as they could be.

50th Birthday celebration

The condo is beautiful! Kitchen is huge and stocked with all that is needed utensil and appliance wise. Very spacious facility and the view is incredible! So close to the beach and pool. Air conditioning which is a plus as not all the units at sands of Kahana have air. Rob was amazing to work with and his communication was great!! Mahalo from the bottom of my heart!!!

What a View!

We had an amazing time here. The condo met or exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredible to wake up and go straight to the lanai to watch the whales jumping. The room felt spacious, clean and quiet. There were plenty of amenities nearby and the staff were all friendly.

Perfect family vacation

This property is located in the Kahana area of Maui. Super convenient for stores, restaurants and beach activities. We watched rainbows and whales almost every morning while having coffee on the lanai. Also had a sea turtle come ashore, right at the property. Convenient bar/restaurant right on property.

June Maui Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Maui! The accommodations were great - perfect for our large group of 7 adults. Plenty of space, gorgeous views, kitchen was well-stocked so we could do our own cooking, the entire unit was super comfortable for our needs. Everyone we worked with - from the owner to the property management company to the onsite staff - were very communicative and fabulous. Would definitely stay here again!

Multi-generation bonding In paradise

I had the pleasure of traveling with my 80 something mom and step-dad, my daughter, son-in-law and sister to Maui. The condo was everything we dreamed about. The view was worth a million dollars, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was attentive. What a special place! We’ll be back.

Great experience at Sands of Kahana

Our extended family had a wonderful time in Hawaii. Part of our positive experience was the time we spent at this location. The condo was very roomy, located right on the beach with great 5th-floor views and with plenty of beds for all of our family. Every member of our family agreed with how perfect this condo was for us. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic!

Overall, we were very happy with the unit and everything associated with it. It met our needs perfectly for a family of 9. The unit was a little dated in a few ways and a few minor things in disrepair, but nothing at all that hindered our stay or enjoyment. Rob was fantastic. We would absolutely stay again.

Memorable Visit

Thank you to Rob and Virginia for allowing us to stay in your home. Your abode is located in a perfect location in Kahana, and the pictures do not do this justice. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and all the beach accessories for the perfect vacation. Our two weeks at this location was perfect for me and my family. We have stayed in many locations along the West Maui coast, and this was definitely our best experience. We look forward to staying here again next year. Thanks again, and much appreciated

Amazing View

Large Unit, perfect for our family of 6.(all Adult's, College age) Views are amazing. While the unit needs new bathroom doors and shower doors, and a few new upgrades, the view and size makes up for it. Beds were comfortable and everything you need is in kitchen. Easy check in, but not before 3pm unless you go through property management. For the price we'd for sure rent again. Property is clean and great location. Loved it...

Awesome stay

This unit has a great location and view! It is well equipped with just about everything you need. The five of us were quite comfortable and it could handle several more very well. We have a timeshare at Sands of Kahana and the rest of our family stayed there which was convenient, and we obviously love the complex. This review must include how saddened we all are for the people and town of Lahaina. We are grateful for the time there just before it happened, but send heartfelt thoughts and prayers to those in Maui. I do believe those going to the island now will help support all the surrounding area businesses and people however. So, again, we do highly recommend choosing this unit!

Perfect condo for our family vacation!!

We rented this condo because we are traveling with 4 young children and we wanted to be close to the beach so that it was less of a production to go to the beach. This was the perfect place!! The condo is extremely spacious, clean and only a short elevator ride down to the pool or beach! The condo was perfect for us! We will rent again! One thing we realized is the small room with 2 twin beds has no A/C. Luckily, the couches are also pull out beds so we camped out there! Our group size was 5 adults and 4 kids and we were perfectly comfortable! We cooked every meal on the condo, did a load of laundry every night, vacuumed when needed and showered everyday. We truly felt at home here!

Family Get-Away

This property was perfect for my husband and me, our grown children and a 21 month old grandbaby! The kitchen was so well appointed - spices, Tupperware, pans, utensils, pitchers...there wasn't one item I thought I needed. The restaurant s great for lunch or casual dinner. Probably the best $8 Mai Tai I've ever had. The beach is just steps from the unit. Swimming with the turtles was fabulous! We slept with the windows wide open to the sound of the breaking waves - no need for air conditioning. The unit is quite large - perfect for a toddle...very safe. Lots of board games, pool toys and pool towels. The owner was very good at staying in touch to make sure check in went well (it did). We'll be back!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We first bought a 2 bedroom timeshare at the Sands of Kahana in 2003 sight unseen. We were promised by the realtor that sold us the timeshare that the Sands of Kahana units were the biggest 2 bedroom condos on Maui. We wanted a big place since we had the 4 young children at the time. When we first checked into our unit, we couldn't believe how big the unit felt. We then had a great family vacation and fell in love with the Sands of Kahana complex. So, we decided that we wanted to be a place outright that we could use anytime during the year. With our growing family we decided to get a 3 bedroom place. Although there are only a few 3 bedroom units in the complex, we were so happy to find a 5th floor, corner unit with two lanais that is right on the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There are fabulous ocean views from the lanais, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. Since we have a corner unit we have a great ocean view but wer also get a great view of the ocean front pool right below us. It is comforting when we can look down below and see the kids playing in the pool and hot tub right below us.
From December to April you should be able to see the whales in the bay from our 5th floor lanai. In the past few years, a nice turtle reef has developed a few hundred yards south of the Sands of Kahana beach so you may see some turtles lying on the beach or some turtle heads popping out of the water.
