Detta är en nyligen uppdaterad 3 sovrum, två badrum lägenhet i centrala Saratoga Springs. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt kvarter med en 5 minuters promenad till centrum och 5 minuters bilresa till Saratoga Racetrack. Inkluderar en välfylld, rymligt kök, nya sängar / sängkläder, alla nya möbler, centrala luft, privat gård, fram och bak verandor, och off-street parkering. Clean and a fantastic location!

Neighborhood reunion

Got to get with childhood friends that we haven’t seen in 50 years. Had an awesome time reminiscing the good ol days!! Apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Thanks Dave and Laura.

Great location for our weekend getaway

This apartment was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an easy walk into downtown Saratoga. The hosts replied quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Great place!

We loved our visit and everything was so well organized and neat! Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a cozy living room which was perfect for the kids to play card games. Highly recommend!

Another great stay at Dave and Laura’s

This was our second time staying at Dave and Laura’s. Our group was 6 of us ( 3 couples) and the 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for us. Since we stayed last year, they have made a few updates, which shows they are consistently investing in this property. The property is conveniently located walking distance downtown shops and restaurants, which is why we loved the place. Check in was easy and the hosts followed up to see if there was anything we needed.

A great gem of a place in Saratoga Springs

This very nicely decorated property with great amenities was perfect for our party of three friends. The bedrooms were spread apart enough to give us all privacy, and the property is within walking distance to the heart of town, with a bustling restaurant scene. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

wedding weekend stay

Stayed with family while attending a wedding in Saratoga. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. Ample parking and so convient to everything. Would recommend !

This was a girls getaway weekend for my sister-in-law and myself, and we had a great time. It’s a terrific location we could walk everywhere that we wanted to the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean .

Very nice apartment with comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen well stocked and bathrooms had shampoo and soap. Excellent location in a very walkable neighborhood with restaurants all around. Highly recommend.

Wonderful visit

This apartment is perfect for a group of friends visiting Saratoga Springs - quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and Skidmore. It was relaxing and comfortable, and Laura and David were attentive and communicative hosts. I would love to stay here again!
