Lyon Lake är en privat sjö (100 hem) som täcker cirka 200 tunnland. Det finns ingen allmän tillgång.
- Begränsad båttrafik.
- Sandbotten / vårmatad sjö. Väldigt ren. Eftersom det är en privat sjö kan vi hålla den behandlad för att kontrollera ogräs.
- Bra fiske efter bas, blåfisk och solfisk

-Hus intill Marshall Country Club där arrangemang kan göras för att spela för personer som bor i detta hus.

Huset var utformat för att dra nytta av den fasad mot sjön. En öppen planlösning låter dig njuta av utsikten från nästan alla rum.
- Executivehem. Helt ombyggd 2008 med alla moderna bekvämligheter. Mycket privat känsla.
- Västra sidan av huset är nästan helt fönster.
- Över 1200 kvadratmeter däck med utsikt över sjön, 200 av dem täckta.
- Fastställd garage fungerar som en skärmad veranda med 20 fot fönster med utsikt över sjön.
- 750 kvadratmeter stort rum på övre plan har eldstad, fönstervägg med utsikt över sjön, bra sittplatser, HD LCD-tv och stereoanläggning.
- Spelrum på lägre nivå har biljardbord, eldstad, spelbord. Gå ut till skärmad veranda vid sjön.
- Kung sovrum på lägre nivå har sjöutsikt och dörr till skärmad i veranda, och hund dörr till inhägnad i trädgården område.
- 210 ft lakefront. Ekvivalent med 5 partier (3 på sjön, 2 bakom). Massor av parkering.
- Gott om gräsmatta för spel eller bara spela fångst. Massor av mogna träd.
- Ett kontor som är fäst vid det stora rummet har allt du behöver för att hålla kontakten medan du fortfarande är en del av samlingen.

Intill Marshall Country Club
- Privat klubb men arrangemang kan göras för att spela där för personer som bor i huset. - Klubben har en mycket trevlig pub / matsal bara en kort promenad från din ytterdörr.
- Pontoonbåt och brygga och badflott tillgängligt under sommarsäsongen.
Lätt att hitta och lätt att komma till andra platser från. Bara två miles från I69 avfart 32. Halvvägs mellan Chicago och Detroit. Historiska Marshall ligger bara 5 mil bort. Marshall har ganska mycket all den civilisation du vill ha: antikviteter, restauranger, livsmedel, biograf, bowling, museer, glassbutiker. . .

Välskötta hundar välkomna MED SPECIFIKT INNEHÅLL AV HEMMAR. Ytterligare $ 100 städavgift krävs om husdjur är överens om.

Golf trip

Family Reunion fun

We wanted to meet in Marshall as our newest niece was born and lives there. We had two families coming in to see her from across the country. This was the perfect home! 3 long bedrooms, 3.5 baths. So much space. And the usage of the boat was everyone’s favorite part! The deck space and all the seating is truly impressive as well! We will definitely be back!

Marshall, MI lake house

We had a wonderful stay. The house was everything I hoped it would be. The owner was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. He really seemed to care about how we were doing and if there was anything he could do.I would like to return sometime during warmer months.

Early Fall Getaway

We have noticed this property for years, finally had dates line up for us. Very nice, large home, big comfortable, bedrooms, access to pontoon boat and an amazing view with incredible sunsets. Owner was easy to work with and caretakers were always available. Nice vacation!

Overall great place to stay on a lovely little lake.

Really loves the property and layout. Lots of outdoor space. I would only recommend you bring your own dish towels and beach towels and those are not provided ( I think there was one dish towel and dish rag). Wide open floor plan. Lots of room for guests.

Great accessible lake house

It is so hard to find accessible rentals, but this one exceeded our expectations! The lake is tiny but we enjoyed relaxing on the pontoon boat and the incredible view from the back deck. The town nearby (you must drive) had several restaurant options and parks that our family enjoyed. We would definitely return here!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Location

Our family stayed in this home over the Thanksgiving weekend, and it fit our family perfectly! Its very clean and roomy, everyone had a place to sit and we had plenty of space for our board game competitions. All of our needs were met and fun was had by all. Thanks Dean's Friendly!

Beautiful lake house

The home was really nice for a short family vacation. Expensive, but beautiful home with a beautiful view. Only big negative was the host getting there 15 minutes before our checkout time and waiting outside for us to leave. Made loading up our cars and packing up somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, host was accommodating and nice. Would recommend if budget allows.

Best Michigan Weekend!

This is the second time we have rented this VRBO property. From the ample deck space to the amazing sunsets to the charm of this quaint town, we love this location and home. There is a special peacefulness about this home that will bring us back again and again. The pontoon boat is just the icing on the cake. See you next year!

Amazing House

Our family loved the house!! From the second we arrived we were greeted and shown around. Kids loved dance parties in the basement and their bedroom. The views with all the windows were beautiful. Loved the deck to watch sunset and the kids got to fish for the first time. Great communication with the host from start to end. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Amazing Lake House!

Upon arrival we knew this was the weekend house for us! This home is a mix of updated and original decor, and charming in every way. The lake views are amazing from every window. The deck was inviting and full of great conversation areas. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog. The property is huge and only a 4 minute walk from Marshall country club and golf course. The boat and kayaks were an extra perk! We used them all! Make sure you bring your fishing poles because the pan fish are plenty in this lake. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook your own meals. Make sure you visit the quaint town of Marshall where you will love the breweries and shopping. Can’t wait to go again next year!

Lots of Living Space

We had a full group of 10 people but we never felt crowded. Plenty of space to spread out. Lots of seating everywhere, inside and out. Plenty or parking (we arrived in 4 cars). Our only regret is that we were so busy with other plans, we hardly had time to fully enjoy the property. Would love to come back and just relax and enjoy some time on the lake. Had a storm come in our first night and it made for a brilliant light show over the lake. No worries about loosing power as they have an automatic back-up generator on site. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful Lake House

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. We were there for a college reunion and it was a wonderful place to reconnect. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. We will look forward to staying here again at a later date.

Beautiful house, wonderful location, perfect hosts

The house is absolutely beautiful and you feel right at home as soon as you enter. It was big enough that everyone felt comfortable and it was absolutely spotless! We were met promptly when we arrived and told everything we needed to know about the property. There were 6 of us plus our dog and we all really enjoyed hanging out at the house, cooking dinners on the grill, and going out on the boat. One of the reasons we rented this house is the accessibility for my Dad who is 91. He was able to maneuver through the house, bedroom, and get down to the yard and on the boat without issues. We grew up fishing and it's been a long time since my Dad was able to fish (he caught two!). The pictures don't capture just how special and wonderful a house this is. Thank you for the wonderful memories our family will have of the time spent in this beautiful house!

Great Summer Getaway

We enjoyed our week on the lake very much! The floor plan of the home is great and everything is provided for your stay. We loved the pontoon and evening sunsets. Spent a lot of time in the water and fishing from the dock. The lake is quiet and the water was warm. Tom and Tammy were wonderful, and Mike was very responsive, as well. We'll be back next summer!

Exceptional Experience at Dean's Friendly

Beautiful, spacious property on a gorgeous, quiet lake. The managers are amazing and responsive. The lake was warm and clean. We had 10 adults and a toddler and never felt crowded! Everything you need is there, but being some beach towels along. Fishing on the dock was awesome. Dark Horse Brewery is great, as is shopping in downtown Marshall. I could have skipped Sand Hill Crane because the food is eh. The River Walk is a little outdated,but the Mansion Tour and Honolulu House were both interesting. Live music at the Country Club was great! We're booked for next year!

Such an amazing home❤️

Such a great home to stay at...... very comfortable and cozy. The property managers met us at the house and they were WONDERFUL. Always available to answer questions by text during our stay. The use of the boat was an awesome plus. The lake is very small and was cold this time of year, but we still enjoyed boat rides and the beautiful sunsets. The ONLY thing we can say that was a disappointment there was the lake bottom- thought it would be sandier at the cottage, but it was very mucky and weedy...... the kids didn’t like walking out there without shoes....... That being said, it was a great trip and Marshall is a wonderful town- everyone was sooo nice! Loved the stores, restaurants, and getting to visit Dark Horse Brewery! We will be back!!!❤️

Great Family Getaway

Very clean property and spacious home. Exactly as shown in pictures and described. Absolutely great communication with property manager. Lots of things to do and even with cooler weather a few days we had a fun time with local golf courses. Mike and Sharon, thanks for sharing your home. We will be back!

Beautiful lake house

Enjoyed our family get together here. Spacious, open floor plan home with wide lake views from most rooms in the house. Wonderful full length deck in back. Great having use of pontoon boat and kayaks. Had up to 8 adults with plenty of space. House managers are very responsive. Enjoyed a round of golf at course right down the street. Downtown Marshall has many great shops, restaurants and brewery. Can recommend coffee shop, Serendipity. We will be returning next year!

Family fun at the Lake

Great home, perfect little lake. Very clean property and very comfortable. Separate spaces for all of us. Pet friendly. Nice pontoon boat with tubing. Nicely appointed kitchen. Beautiful outdoor deck with views of the lake, We all had a great time and would definitely come back!

Family Lake Fun

This was a very well maintained, well stocked and well laid out house. We had small kids (3 under 7) and the dock and swim area, plus the boats, were perfect for entertaining the kids and providing family fun. Great experience and great sunsets from the expansive porch.
