Rymlig master suite med king size-säng, byrå / spegel och 26 'plasma-TV. Andra sovrummet möblerat med dubbelsäng och 26 'plasma-TV. Tredje bäddsrum trevligt inredda med två enkelsängar, byrå / spegel och 20 'plasma-TV. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på sovrumsgolvet (1: a våningen).
Kök i full storlek med komplett helt nytt redskap, porslin, bestick, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost och radio / cd-spelare. Alla apparater (kylskåp, ugn och diskmaskin) är helt nya. Frukostområdet har 4 sittplatser med ett stort fönster med utsikt över sjön. Barområdet rymmer två barstolar. Sittområde möblerat med bäddsoffa (queen size) och Loveseat. Avskärmad uteplats är utrustad med 4 stolar och ett bord för att njuta av sjön.
Matplatsen serverar 4 personer. Vardagsrummet är möblerat med stor soffa och en älsklingsplats. En 46 "plasma-TV med digital kabel-TV och DVD-spelare är där för att ge dig förstklassig underhållning. Ett enda bilgarage kommer att ge, enkel parkering. Vi tillhandahåller pappershandduk, tvättpapper för badrum, tvätt- och diskmedel, skräppåsar och tvålar. Hyresgäster måste köpa fler varor efter behov. Startförråd är bara för att ge ett försprång.

horrible host

The first day we were stuck in the vrbo waiting for serviceman to install new, internet boxes packaged up in a closet. We were not compensated at all for our time. The condo was dirty, carpet stained, light bulbs out, microwave door broken, and host never returning our calls. Bad vrbo. Stay somewhere else

Super easy check in and close to everything

Loved the location, check in/out process super easy. TVs were a small, but barely had time to watch them so it was fine with us. Kitchen was stocked nicely, had many things other rentals I have been to didn’t have. Would stay again!

Everything we needed

Nice little condo that was in fairly good repair. Not very modern but the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 3 of us. We would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay

The condo was perfect, plenty of room, clean, perfect condition from top to bottom. Setting was perfect for anyone vacationing with plans to attend Disney parks or any of the other parks in Orlando, minutes drive to any of them. Everything was exactly as we had been promised. Owner was very friendly and handled everything promptly and courteously.

I've seen better places for the price

Overall not bad experience. Locality is good, very close to Walmart super center. Nice spacious rooms, Living room and sit out areas. Cleanliness could have been better. toiletries are not sufficient, kitchen utensils are little bit greasy and rusty. Could have been better for the price.

Awesome

The location was ideal for Disney. There was also a grocery store and liquor store within walking distance. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years. This place and location is one of the best. I recommend this location. I will rebook my next vacation.

It feels like home!

This property was exactly what I was looking for. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was nice gated community. The only thing was the community Wi-Fi was useless most of the time. Rashid was very prompt in answering my texts. Overall great place to stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Nice Spot

Great location close to Disney and not to far away from Seaworld/Universal. Very quick access back out to the main highway. I really liked how close it was to the Walmart, however word of advice go a little farther down the road to Publix or Target. The condo itself was nice and well maintained. Excellent for the cost. We typically stay in larger houses with a pool, but for this trip we had less people and opted for a smaller property and this was absolutely perfect. Cheaper than a hotel and much nicer.

Great place to stay

the owners were so nice and a pleasure to deal with. the house was in a gated community with a fantastic pool and hot tub. Close to everything one day it was cool so we just hopped into the car and went to SeaWorld. the shopping was great so close to great outlet malls. you have all the food choices you want and things to do. we didnt have the best weather but becuase this house was so close to everything it didnt matter. met a lot of the neighbors and ended up going to dinne with one family. so friendly. we had a great time and felt so comfortable...

Oakwater is a GREAT (& newer) Vacation Spot

Rashid (Owner) does a good job communicating ahead about the amenities and logistics of the VRBO. Oakwater is really a hidden gem and is super close to all of the Disney attractions (although you will have a little bit of a learning curve if you have never driven in Central FL traffic). The reason for 4-stars vs 5-stars is that the little things were missing: not enough toilet paper (for a week rental), dryer works (for laundry - just not real well), no laundry detergent (& renter needs to start the laundry / linens upon checking-out), 1 kitchen trash bag (again for a 1 week rental), condo shows some wear/tear. BUT - the experience is still VERY good just not 5-star IMHO.

Great location

Loved the pool area! It was spottless! Friendly staff, property owners and visitors! The VIlla we rented was in need of TLC. The carpeting upstairs should be replaced. New paint would go along way to freshen the whole unit up. My husband replaced several burnt out lightbulbs. The listing stated that there was a startup paper/ cleanup kit. None was found. We were asked to wash all towels and the bedding before we checked out. Providing the laundry soap to do so would have been nice. The patio area and view was nice. We enjoyed our coffee out there each morning and our evening nightcap. The location is perfect for theme park goers. There was a Walmart within walking distance and a great steakhouse near by also!

Comfortable townhouse close to Disney

We enjoyed our stay- everyone had their own space and we had all that we needed. The gated community felt very safe and there was a lovely pond with fountains out the back. There were a few small maintenance issues that could be addressed: There were a lot of light bulbs out so we had to buy a box of candle bulbs so we had adequate lighting in the dining and entry way. There were not enough wash cloths in the bathrooms- only 4 total, and 2 of the beach towels had large holes in them. Several light fixtures did not work at all. The cable in the master bedroom did not work. But overall the place was clean and we were comfortable for our 8 day stay. The Disney parks were just a short 15 minute drive away. And Walmart is right next door!

Disappointed

As soon as we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew. The queen bed had a broken slat and the box spring was on the floor on one side. A side rail fell off of a dining room chair when we pulled it out to sit down. The coffee pot water reservoir is warped and will not close. The lid to the carafe is missing also. There were several missing vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors. The tv in the bedroom at the top of the stairs didnt work. The screen door off the back was missing a hinge and wouldnt close. Overall, it wasn't very clean. The carpet in our bedroom had candy wrapper, cellophane, tags from clothing, and a toenail! Downstairs there was a gummy bear on the floor and the furniture was very dusty. The downstairs toilet is oval with a round lid - obviosly doesn't fit - and it was missing a bolt. We contacted the owner upon arrival via text message as it was late at night. No response. We text him the following morning and sent pictures of the issues listed above. No response. The third day we text and called leaving a voicemail. He did call back and had someone come fix the bed and the screen door. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the condition of the property. We will not be staying again.

Worth the price

My family spent spring break visiting Disney. Positives -location is very close to the parks and easy access from the main road -very clean and spacious -priced well for what you get -extra pool toys in the garage Negatives -not enough linens - towels, pillows in short supply for the number of people allowed to stay -stove is not in great shape, and coffee pot is inoperable -plenty of dishes but NO kitchen cooking essentials (oil, spices) hidden in the cabinets (except salt & pepper) Overall I would recommend. It worked well for our family for this trip!

Buena estancia

En general nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien, la casa estaba completamente aseada al momento de que llegamos, el vecindario es tranquilo y los vecinos muy amables, hacen falta algunas cosas de mantenimiento a la casa pero nada que impidan disfrutar unos días tranquilos en familia. Le daría un 10 solo que nunca pude contactar al propietario para aclarar unos temas de accesos peatonales. La gran ventaja es que tiene el Walmart a unos pasos y los parques a 15 min.

This is very clean and 5 Star property only 1.5 mile from Disney. The rate is the lowest guaranteed. I will match any rate for the same kind of property. Two level town home 3 bed 2.5 Bath 1750 ft2.We provide starter paper towel, bathroom tissue paper, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags and soaps. Renters WILL HAVE TO BUY more supplies as needed. Starter supplies are just to give a head start.
