This was a clean, well set up apartment that was perfect for our stay in North Vancouver. We appreciated the how helpful and supportive our host was, whilst remaining unobtrusive.Location was great, on a residential street with readily available parking, but not far from amenities. Access was simple and separate from the main house. The kitchen and laundry set-ups served our needs well.

The property was as advertised and fantastic! The check in and check out process was simple and clearly articulated. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants which was wonderful. The suite was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and a surprising espresso maker! It was nice and quiet as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had a wonderful week in this accommodation. It was clean and everything matched the photos. Check-in was clear and easy, and the owner responded quickly to our questions. We found the location ideal for visiting the attractions of North Vancouver. Lonsdale Avenue is full of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and the bus line is close enough to get to downtown Vancouver without a car. You can take the bus and then the SeaBus. Parking in front is easy and free. I highly recommend this vrbo!

Wonderful stay. Great location. Parking in front of the house. The suite was clean, well stocked and very private. Communication was prompt and easy. Public transportation, stores and restaurants were in walking distance. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great for Visiting Family

The unit was very clean and well equipped. We were visiting elderly relative and able to cook a big feast for Thanksgiving for him. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Cozy Little Suite close to Lonsdale

Owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. Suite was very clean and tidy. Washer and dryer were super convenient with 2 little kids. Nothing but a positive experience. Would stay here again in the future.

The house is perfect and stocked with everything you need. It’s close to a grocery store with only a slight hill back up to the house. The host is wonderful and very attentive if you need anything. The house is clean and had plenty of light for a basement suite. I stayed for a month visiting family. It was perfect. I highly recommend it.

It was the perfect place for a two week stay. Well appointed kitchen for me to cook meals not just reheat meals. Cozy living area where we watched movies. Dining table was perfect for playing cards. The beds were comfortable and I may have taken a nap on the couch. Soaker tub a bonus and having a washing machine when staying for two weeks was perfection. Location is excellent for shopping and dining out. I will definitely be looking to stay here for future stays when visiting family.

Nice attention to detail!

Lovely little apartment, extremely well equipped, clean, new and very centrally located. The owners were prompt in reply to all correspondence and were very friendly and polite. We had a great stay! The apartment was equipped with plastic cups, bowls etc from ikea which was ideal for our young children!

Overall it is good and everything works fine. But it is located in the basement. Natural light is limited and the humidity is high (no aircon and limited airflow with open door and windows). For a short stay it is no problem but after a week you will miss natural light. Bedrooms are very good. The sofa was falling apart and the cleaning in the kitchen can be improved.

Hi Thomas - thanks for your review. Unfortunately it was raining most of the week you were visiting, and the air here in Vancouver is a lot more humid than Denmark. Thanks for the heads-up on the loose arm on the sofa, I have tightened it (it's a new sofa and I had to assemble it myself, so may not have tightened it enough). Correct it is a basement suite. There are windows in each room, however with the grey and rainy weather during your stay, I can appreciate the comment about lack of sunlight. Thanks also for the heads-up re the kitchen. Usually the cleaners are impeccable and we take a lot of pride in how clean the suite is (per all the previous reviews), so apologies as something must have been off. Hope you had a great stay in Vancouver & hope to see you back soon!

Great suite and very clean

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. It’s a great suite, roomy (we were 4 adults), very clean, close to pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants, walking distance. Would definitely rent again!

Très propre et bien situé pour le transport en commun

Très propre et fonctionnel. Tous les appareils sont neufs et propres. Pas vraiment de commentaires négatifs à part le fait de ne pas avoir des moustiquaires pour pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la suite. Merci

North Vancouver Access

This suite is located off the top of Lonsdale and provides easy access to all the amenities in North Vancouver. The suite is very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. Jason and Melissa are great hosts.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked with all essentials and good directions for all features in the suite. Pleasant quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking.. Owner very accessible. I would comeback.

finding a quite place

My daughter and I had a great stay. Quiet and uneventful. well stocked kitchen. I need to follow up with property manager though as I don't see the damage deposit has been returned and we checked out a week ago tomorrow. Perhaps it will show up tomorrow. not sure of the normal time delay. would stay there again.
