Sunset Cottage är i hjärtat av norra Neapel. Det är en 2 sovrum 2 badrum stuga, perfekt för 2 par eller ett par med barn. Det är nyligen renoverade, vilket innebär att bokstavligen allt inuti ner till apparater, köksredskap, sängkläder, golv, dörrar, badkar, armaturer, kranar, möbler och dörrhandtag är alla nya. Vi ville kvalitet med bekvämligheten av en stuga känsla. Det öppna köket har barstolar för extra sittplatser och tittar ut i vardagsrummet och stora skjutdörrar som öppnar på Bevakat och inhägnad bakgård. Det finns 2 tvillingar i gästrummet, med fullt renoverade gäst dusch och badkar. Befälhavaren har en dubbelsäng och badrum med en helt ny badkar och dusch. Det finns också skjutdörrar från sovrummet som öppnar på din privata screening i veranda. Utomhus Området har en privat gård utrustad med en gasgrill och matbord med utsikt över gården. Det är delvis inhägnad.
* Observera att detta är ansluten till en annan enhet som sitter bredvid stugan, men stugan själv är helt privat med egen front och bakgård, uppfart och entré och lever som en enda familj hem.

Wonderful Naples fun

The cottage is a very well appointed cottage, everything you could want or need for a beach vacation was provided. The unit was very clean when we arrived and very location friendly to all the Naples attractions, just a short trip to the beach. The unit is nicely updated and comfortable. Will use again.

Great place to stay

This place has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday. Not only is it located in a great, quiet neighborhood that is close to the most beautiful beach in the area (Vanderbilt Beach), it is also equipped with everything that makes you feel right at home. The property is very clean and nicely decorated, and the owner makes sure that you can start your holiday rightaway. Great service! From there you can go to the beautiful Delnor-Wiggins State Park (a pass is provided), drive to Downtown Naples in no time or even walk to one of the best seafood restaurants in town (Randy's). Thanks again for making my holiday perfect!

WOW!!!!! Talk about perfect in every way!!!!

We were so blown away by this rental and how it was managed. We loved the simple code to enter and leave the premises, making us feel our items were always safe. Everything was so beautifully decorated. Whatever I needed...they had it!!! Well equipped with everything. Kitchen was incredible with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. The lanai was amazing for reading or relaxing. Very private. We all slept like babies every night. Ask us how close we were to the beach???Try 6 blocks. Shopping & Restaurants??? Right at your fingertips. Just amazing!!!!! We needed this vacation and staying here made our week perfect!!!! Thank you to your team!!!! We want to come back for sure!!!

Quiet Home in North Naples

Clean and comfortable property with great indoor and outdoor space. Had everything we needed for our family of 4 to eat and relax at home when we weren't at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. Great enclosed porch and backyard patio. I wouldn't call it walkable, though. Its a quiet neighborhood , which is great for families, but lacks sidewalks, and isn't close enough to walk to anything worthwhile. Unless you bring bikes, expect to drive everywhere. Daily parking at Vanderbilt Beach is $10 in the garage.

Sunset cottge

Lovely well-appointed property in good location. Easy walk to beach and park. Only negative: the entry code was not provided by VRBO before our entry and had to contact owner who was given incorrect code. Luckily owner was able to help us enter VRBO did not provide code until the next day.

Fantastic place

Cook's dream kitchen

My husband and I have been renting properties in Naples Park for 15 years, and I feel we saved the best for last. I agree whole heartedly with previous reviewers. At the time we booked, I hadn't noticed the "More Details" at the bottom of the property description. The house is a duplex. The online pictures of the property are of the unit on the left side. We rented the unit on the right. That unit is not pictured, but before booking you can request pictures. The units are very similar with identical kitchens. For our needs it was even nicer with a king size bed in the master bedroom and comfortable furniture on the little screened in porch. Also, as of our stay, the back yard of that unit was not fenced in which made the yard sunny and breezy.

Ideal home away from home

Great accommodation ideal place for beach and shopping and visiting all the attractions in the surrounding area. When I return to this area of Naples i will be contacting this agency for my accommodation.

Fantastic

Was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and had many extras . Dana and Michael were great to rent from. I wood 100% rent this place.again. It is close to shopping the beach and many other fun activities.

we'll be back!

This lovely little house was perfect for our week in Naples -- It's attractively decorated, was in pristine condition, and very comfortable for our family of 4. The owner/manager, Allison was very professional and very communicative during the planning stage. She was also thoughtful enough to leave us a little welcome gift and made sure the house had basic supplies so we didn't have to go to the store right away. It's convenient to everything in North Naples but it's a bit of a trek if you plan to spend a lot of time in Old Naples. That said. The beautiful beach at Wiggins Pass is nearby and the house comes with its own beach pass which is a big plus! The Mercato has lots of restaurants, a Whole Foods, lots of fun little stores and a Nordstom Rack. We've been going to Naples for many years so we ave favorites and am happy to say they are nearby. If you like Thai food, don't miss Sushi Thai. They have 3 locations, but the original is just down the street. And Green Monkey Yoga, our favorite yoga studio, was just 10 mins. down the trail. If I had to reach to find an improvement, I wish the porch was a little bigger and had more comfortable furniture. But that wasn't really a big deal since we only had our morning coffee out there. I would highly recommend Sunset Cottage. We'll be back.

First visit to Naples :)

This property is in a nice neighbourhood and an ideal location (North Naples), a short ride from all sorts of shops, supermarkets and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach at the Delnor-Wiggins State Park, for which a pass was provided. It was approximately 10 miles North from 5th Avenue Naples. This 2 bedroom bungalow was very clean and fresh (lovely attention to detail with decor) with every possible appliance and utensil being provided. The agent/owner was very helpful with any questions or help needed and we would not hesitate to return here for another holiday. Our week here made a perfectly relaxing stay after a few busy weeks traveling in the U.S. Thank you for making this a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

We love the location of this cottage! It's unbeatable. The neighborhood itself is also very friendly. We enjoy walking in the mornings and in the evenings, and this is the perfect community for it. We love to walk to the beach, as well as some of the nearby restaurants. We can hop in the car and be anywhere we want to go in less than 5 minutes, The Mercato, the beach, stores, cafes, etc. We have been all over the world and yet we can't imagine living anywhere else!

The cottage is less than a 5 minute drive to everything you could want or need, beaches, banks, restaurants, shopping, dining, movies, gym, library ,etc. We love the updated renovations and decor, it feels clean and cozy. The yard is also oversized for the area, and we enjoy eating outside or sitting on the porch when it is cool and reading a book. We planted a Royal Poinciana out in the front yard about 17 years ago, and in the summer it has a shade canopy over the yard and blooms giant red flowers, its stunning!
