Just the right size for our family of 8. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck. It was great to have a trail to the estuary and beach so close. Ping pong and foosball was a fun bonus. Thank you!

This is a fantastic home that is situated minutes from both the estuary to the left and the beach to the right. The home is an open concept with bedrooms and bathroom on each side of the house. The hot tub and fire pit are near each other so you can enjoy both at the same time. It's very family oriented with the many outdoor games located nearby. My son especially loved using the clamming guns. The nearby beach has many clam fields and he was very successful in filling his limit each day.

Great place for families!

We went here on a family vacation and had a great time. We liked the layout of the rooms so the kids could have their own “wing.” Nice big backyard to play in and super close to the beach.

Excellent location allowing you to experience both the bay as well as the ocean. How cool is that? House has pretty much everything you could ever need. Love the hot tub. The manicured, fenced yard was gorgeous. Enjoyed the sectional couch and large dining table with padded seats. Loved the little sitting area. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The only thing that I found troublesome was low water pressure in both of the showers. Barely a trickle. That might be something they can take care of and improve.

The best part of this property is outside. The yard, fully fenced, is perfect for our dog and grandkids. Corn hole tournaments, hot tub conversations, we even pitched a tent one night. The only thing missing were lounge chairs, we like to lay down outside and we couldn’t do that so it was a draw back. The inside is fine, good kitchen, great washer and dryer. Unfortunately the water pressure in the bathrooms is low and the one walk in shower could use an upgrade. The bedrooms are fine but could use a few more blankets. Also, it could sleep eight easily if you have three couples but if you bring single friends that don’t share a bed you may have issues. Just count the people then count the beds. As with most vacation rentals there needs to be a printed instruction sheet on how to use the TVs. So many remotes so little time. All in all a good stay. We’ve been coming to Gearhart since 1981. We’ll be back.
