Beläget i Gulf Highlands Resort, en familj orienterade, gated community. Vi finns på framsidan av komplexet, närmast stranden (mindre än 5 minuters promenad) 3 parkeringsplatser vid ytterdörren. En stor pool är på vår bakdörr. Ett klubbhus, privat pool på stranden är bara en 5 minuters promenad bort. Tjugo sju miles av socker vita stränder, glittrande smaragdgrönt vatten, palmer som vajar i en mild havsbrisen. Två statliga parker, marina och vattenparker, en zoo, nöjen, jet-skiing, simning, snorkling, dykning, Dolphin Encounters, fiske, båtliv, segling, stötfångare båtar, tennis, golf, minigolf, middag kryssningar, och Incredible Middags.

Played Ball and Great Stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property. We came down to play Baseball and it was a perfect stay for us. We had a short walk to the beach, pools, and a short drive to the ballpark. The owners checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we need. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

Best rental at Gulf Highlands

We have stayed with Steve for several years and always enjoy it. The condo is clean, comfortable and provides everything we need during our stay. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further.

Paradise

Great place to stay for summer vacation, place is really comfortable and offers everything you'll need to have a great time everyday location is perfect, panama city beach just around the corner. Lots of activities for kids in the area, pools, gym, playground, you name it!!. My family we had an amazing vacation time.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

First of all…the owners are wonderful and easy to get in contact with. Second…the place is gorgeous! Comfy beds in all rooms and the living room furniture is top notch. Very close to the pool and playground which is much more convenient with little ones. We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

PCB First Timers

This past week we did not have great weather but we had a good time. The double red flags made the trip for the kids a little boring but we made the most of it. The owner Steven was awesome to get in touch with no matter time or day. We was disappointed that the beach club house was closed. We didn’t know that was going to be closed. Everything was clean and a short walk to the beach. Not sure we will be back to PCB in the future due to going to eat and Pier Park was so heavily packed and busy. The beach was extremely packed. We would go out as early as 7 am and it’s was already 2 to 3 rows deep. Never seen a beach this crowed except dirty Myrtle. Thanks for the nice clean condo and being so responsive to our needs. Awesome Stay

Condo was amazing! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach condo and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The condo was well-maintained and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better - a short walk from the beach as stated in the listing. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and linens. The building itself was also fantastic, with friendly staff and a great pool area. Overall, I highly recommend this beach condo for anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We vacation at PCB every year so I am very familiar with all the different condo complexes. This was our first time not being in a high rise condo on the water. It was so nice not to have to worry about elevators and parking garage. Check in and out was an absolute breeze. I feel like we ventured out more since we didn't have to have the elevator hassle! Convenient to walmart and restaurants. It is definitely a 5 minute walk from condo to beach. We did time it several times. My family decided that when staying at some of the high rise condos it can take longer to get to the beach then our 5 min walk. We absolutely loved the pool right in our back yard. It was definitely one of the biggest pools we have ever had at our PCB stays. It was always clean and never really crowded. Another huge bonus was having the nice grill and deck. We grilled multiple times during our stay which saved us a lot of money. Condo was clean, beds very comfortable. If you are ok with not staying right on the water this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend this unit!

Lovely family oriented resort!

Beautiful condo and really good location right next to the small playground and the larger pool on the property. Steve and his wife are very gracious and are there if you need anything. We will be booking with Steve again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

My wife and I enjoyed our time in Panama City Beach, and staying at this beautiful house made it an unforgettable experience! This was our first experience with a vacation rental--and it won't be our last. For about the same price it was far superior to a hotel stay. Steve was very approachable and responsive, especially during the somewhat convoluted check-in process. We look forward to returning and staying at this house!

A little disappointing that the pool on the beach was a crossed the street about 1/2 a mile but was still very enjoyable.

Nice place

Our condo was very nice. Check in was terrible. Went to the place we were told to go and no one was there except a security guard. Sent to another location and told we would be called when room was ready. Never got a call, went back and was told it was ready an hour ago and must have forgot to call us. All except checkin was good.

Great experience except for check-in.

The property was clean and very nice. Location was convenient to the beach and pool. Would stay again. Check-in was terrible. I was instructed to go to "Majestic" to check in but when I arrived was sent to "Eastgate" down the street where it took over an hour in a crowded lobby to check in. Was not a good start to the vacation.
